I blew that away anyway everyone's great now let's talk about the bad I had a couple problems literally in the first month I had this thing I went camping for two extended trips the Fine folks at RV There Yet in Saint Augustine, drove to my campsite and fixed my problems on site the very next day so I wasn't interrupted. I can't say you won't have problems in the future but you definitely want a company like this standing behind a big purchase. Don't be shy. We decided on a Jayco Jay Flight and contacted R.J. at Blue Compass RV in St Augustine. He was great to deal with. We reached an agreement to purchase the model via phone as we live 2 hrs away, but the night before we went to sign the papers, we saw another model we thought would better suit us. I told R.J. about it and he had those models side by side for us to compare when we arrived. We preferred the second model and spoke with Jared, the general manager regarding price. We negotiated what I felt was a fair deal and signed a sales agreement. Upon returning a few days later to do the walk-through of the trailer and sign off on the final paperwork, we met with Matt in financing. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions without hesitation and breezed us through the process. Even though we chose to buy one of the lower priced units they sell, they treated us as if we were buying a top of the line diesel pusher for hundreds of thousands of dollars more. They could not have been more friendly, accommodating or fair. No hard sell or being pushy. From the initial contact through the final signature, it was an absolute pleasure to deal with everyone we met there. We would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
