Where do I begin? How about if you want your vehicle repaired, and you are ok with wasting more of your time to bring it back after your repair, then sure, use this business for their services. In other words, I do not recommend this business for their mechanical services. I have a Honda element. I brought the vehicle in for a repair to the head gasket, and to replace the a/c condenser fan. They had the vehicle for nearly 6 weeks, to replace the head gasket, and when I went to pick it up, they didn't replace the fan I requested that needed attention. THANKFULLY I DOUBLE CHECKED BEFORE DRIVING IT FAR, or else I would have damaged the head gasket agin. So I took it back and they fixed the fan free of charge. About two days later I'm experiencing running issues, idling issues, and a check engine light. Code check says VVT replacement (likely from their reconstruction of my engine after replacing head gasket.) I bring it back to them, they want to charge me additional for the new problem that was absent before the head gasket replacement. I go ahead and have them fix it. I get a call to pick it up my car is ready a day later, and I go to pick it up, to find now when driving there is a noise coming from the front right when I make a left hand turn. I call immediately and am asked to bring it back so they can fix. I bring it back the next day and they have it for an hour, and I leave, only to realize the noise is still present, as if they didn't actually do anything to fix the second issue they caused. I will not waste anymore time or hard earned money at this mechanic. I highly suggest another repair shop if you don't want your time or money wasted. I will not be returning. read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a mechanic's. I went in with an old Volvo that smelled like it was leaking oil and asked for a free estimate; a couple hours later, I was handed a bill for $140 in labor, just to find the leak. (They wanted about $400 more to fix it; I later paid less than half that at another mechanic.) These people lied to me, then turned downright nasty, yelling at me when I tried to calmly reason with them. I talked the bill down to $70, but only by threatening to call the cops. I usually let annoying experiences slide, but I went so far as to contact the Better Business Bureau about these guys...stay away from this place. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this place. We're from from Virginia on the way to Orlando for a family vacation. I had no clue where I was or what place would be trustworthy and not try to take advantage of stranded travelers desperate to make it to their destination. I found them on Yelp, with great reviews so thought I'd give them a shot. The lady that answered was so kind and knew exactly where we were when I gave a few landmarks. She arranged to have us towed. It was storming-pouring down rain. The owner looked at van and within just a couple of minutes of us telling him what it was doing he knew exactly what was wrong. By this time though it was after 4pm and the close at 5. I needed a fuse that was a special order through the dealership. He called every local place he could to try to find it. A guy that worked at a local auto parts store brought him what he though may work on his way home. It didn't. The guy went back to the store to try again. Couldn't find it. The owner checked with someone he knew at a local junkyard. He found one. It was already 5:20. He said he would bring it to him on his way home. It worked!! He replaced the part, charged my battery, cleared the codes and we were all set! The owner and his wife stayed there until almost 7pm to get us back on the road-we were still 2 1/2 hours from our destination. They both went above and beyond for us. And the price was waaaaay cheaper than I expected! I would absolutely HIGHLY recommend this business! read more

I was a little nervous about bring my car to a new mechanic shop by myself because I barely know anything about cars but they made me feel so welcomed and they explained to me about what needed to be done and why. By far best experience I had. They didn't try to push me to get anything else than what I came in for, which was pretty surprising considering every other mechanic I've went to try's to push me to get something else done. They answer all my question in a way I could understand it which was extremely helpful. The owners and employees there are so friendly and delightful it made me feel like I been going to them for years. I stayed and waiting for my car to be done and it felt like it went by so quick because of how great the service was.
