I took my 2015 Jeep Wrangler, my flat toad vehicle to have the Demco Stay and Play Duo brake system installed. Camping World had the system on sale online a couple hundred dollars less than many smaller RV companies, which they honored in store. Their installation quote was comparable to others I received. Dillan service representative and Alberto the installation tech were very professional and completed the work on time as promise. After getting home I noticed the activation light wasn't working and notified Dillan and he scheduled me an appointment and Alberto discovered a small rely needed to be replaced. I had to wait only about 45 minutes for the repair and there was no charge for them to replace the non operational part. In conclusion I am very happy with the new brake system and service completed on my Vehicle.

If I could give Camping World Ocala a negative I would love to. I was looking for my first RV and met William Rivera ( Big MISTAKE) After doing some research I found that they were marking up their RVs almost $10 and burying the customer with bullshit fees. I sent this video to the Camping World rep (WR) and his response is shown in the images Needles to say, I will NEVER CONSIDER this place nor recommended Camping World Ocala to ANYONE! Do your research and you'll see their true colors. https://youtu.be/6wrsMU7WMuQ

The tech (Alberto) who did the repairs came by while we were doing our walk thru and explained everything he did!

What, When, Why, How is useful, but no example is given. No coaching theory or strategies with example drills are given. Common coaching questions and problems are not addressed. For example, I have a student who has played for years, but never had formal instruction. She makes so many fundamental mistakes in footwork and court positioning, stroke production, shot selection, and grip that it is difficult to correct so many ingrained bad habits. I've found this is a common problem with students, numerous bad habits and no formal coaching until they hire me. Nothing in this guide or videos assists me with this common problem. Videos: There were 2 one hour videos that were assigned that were just a recording of a zoom call with an instructor and 2-3 students about how to play pickleball with some coaching tips throw in. It wasn't even on a court, just a zoom call in a house. Quizzes: The quizzes have several questions that are suspect and aren't clear. An example: When in the "Ready Position" at the net and your opponent is at the kitchen line, and there is a threat, your paddle should face: 9, 10-11, 12, or 4:47 o'clock. According to IFPA, the correct answer is 9 o'clock. So we're both at the kitchen and "there is a threat." Do you mean my partner popped it up? or did he dink it really wide so I'm open to an ATP? There is almost always a threat when the ball is on the other side of the court. This question needs rewording but even then, nothing is wrong with a ready position holding the paddle at 10-11 o'clock unless the ball is popped up and you're going to get smashed, then you can back up and drop the paddle lower as you get closer to the baseline. Defending an ATP, the paddle should also be lower, probably 7 o'clock. Final Evaluation: This was a one hour zoom call with an instructor and one other student besides me. The other student had no knowledge of pickleball and couldn't even answer basic questions like rules when serving. He passed, but shouldn't have so the quality control is quite poor. I strongly urge you NOT to make the same as I did. This certification was a waste of money and I'm still trying to get a refund, but so far my emails have been ignored.
