O stars. During our meeting I requested a durable medical power of attorney and financial power of…read moreattorney. We provided original will to open probate to handle the estate of a deceased spouse. Indicated I would get back with info on new will. Also setting up a trust. Mr. Swain took no notes during the meeting we attended. Weeks later I had not received any notice that anything had been done. I called the office and the office person lit into me that they were not supposed to track me down. The info was provided for the two first items mentioned, which Mr. Swain did not do. Therefore, I requested the original wills be returned so probate could be started. The original wills were needed by the new attorney I selected. The lafirm did not return the original cwills. They sent copies each time I requested the originals. This has caused delays and will result in far more expenses to handle the legal aspects. They said they didn't have the originals. There were two of us in the meeting with Mr. Swain. So there were witnesses. They said they didn't have the original wills, but the kept sending copies which were a problem for my new attorney and me. So sad. 0 star
