I live around the corner and didn't drive my car again until Monday. Tire pressure light came on (TPMS). Acura sends a vehicle health report each month, now the report indicates an issue with the TIre pressure sensore. It's either needs to be replaced or 1 needs adjusted. Tuesday went in for them to reset the light. They didn't have a TPMS reset device for 1 & did another reset which didn't work. Was told it will go our once it's driven. We'll didn't happen. Called back and was told my car doesn't have a sense. REALLY DUDE! So my husband took the vehicle back and showed them the report. They were trying to charge us to correct something they messed up and didn't have knowledge about. Plus they lied saying they check my tires and filled to factory recommendations. They forgot I can see on my phone Mt tire pressure among other things. Just flat out lied to us. I DO JOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR TIRES FROM THEM. It's a shame because Lola was great in assisting me but she lost 2 customers because of their poor service and just out right lie to us about what they've done.
