Let me begin by saying I'm not really a taco person so deciding to come here was a big stretch for…read moreme. I was indeed pleasantly surprised and really enjoyed the experience from the food to the service. The self ordering kiosk was seamless, wait service was friendly and welcoming, decor and ambiance were typical fast foodish taco eatery with plenty of seating. The food and beverages were quickly delivered to our table. The portions were humongous and could easily feed 2-3 people. Everyone was more than satisfied with the food quality and flavor. The Mac and cheese was a different type of combination and a hearty serving. They Loved the birria grilled cheese with the crispy bread and gooey cheese and like giant helping of birria. . The French fries were a crispy hit!! Loved the loaded nachos...unfortunately the nachos got soggy rather quickly but the salsa guacamole combination was especially delectable. The platanos Maduro was a favorite and we had to order an additional a to go. The street corn was also the right combination of sweet and sour and a hearty portion for a 'side'. Definitely felt satisfied and will return. Great for a family outing because there was something for everyone's palate and large enough portions for kids to share. My only complaint is that everything was very salty. I'm always on the lookout for salt because of my hypertension. While it tasted great, I could not finish my birria grilled cheese because it was very salty...my companion ate it and loved it. It was filled to the brim with birria and wonderfully gooey cheese! We have enough leftovers for dinner so the food fest will continue! Yes, we will definitely return!

You walk in and place your order on their iPad. They never greeted us or asked if we needed any help. Once we ordered, I received a text stating my order will be ready in about 10 mins. They brought out our loaded fries and guacamole. A bit later, the stack wrap came out. At a 1/2 hour later, we still didn't receive our tacos. (Everyone around us who came in after us already had their food.) I asked the worker who said he was going to check. A couple minutes later, one plate came out. Then 10 mins later, the other 2 plates. Few things to note: --They bring out plates separately when ready rather than waiting for the entire order to be ready. --Tacos don't come with chips. (Weird!!) However, other menu items include chips (burritos and stack wraps). --Side of guac doesn't come with chips. On a positive note, the Caribbean tacos were delicious!!

There was a guy Chris who was there that I didn't realize worked at that restaurant telling me that I wouldn't regret going to try the food there. So I gave it a chance and.The lady Mary came out and helped me with the order and the decision on what to choose. I am absolutely glad that I did. So she suggested a fan favorite, which is called the Escobar roll. There was no line no waiting and there was seating spaces to keep everyone comfortable. Then that guy Chris came back and he was the actual chef that made the roll so I watched him in real time created, and I was definitely pleased with each layer that was added to the roll. As soon as I got into my car, I tried this dish and I was a blown away. It was absolutely amazing. The flavors from the sauces to taste in the plantain to the avocado to the meat. You could taste each individual even though you're eating it all together. I must say that I will definitely stop at the restaurant the Escobar kitchen inside of bravo every single time I go to bravo.

So you have to walk into Bravo supermarket and the left of the building is where you will find Escobar Kitchen. They have a counter where you place your order and a QR code menu or a iPad menu as well. We ordered the Arroz Enchurrascado and it's a must anytime you go to Escobar. This rice is seasoned to perfection and accompanied by good size chunks of skirt steak and sweet plantains. The slices of avocado give a nice touch of freshness. Then we ordered the Boom Boom Roll which has white rice, cream cheese, sweet plantains, double portion of churrasco, double portion of shrimp, double portion of crabmeat, tempurized. With chimichurri, spicy mayo and general tso on the top. This roll is meant to be shared it's sliced into thick pieces, which needs a knife and fork so that you can cut it into chewable. Once you taste this roll it's an explosion of flavors, the sauces they use give this roll dimension and all the meats in this roll are packed with its own individual flavors that compliment each other. Anytime you're in the mood for Latin fusion sushi Escobar is definitely the place to go, You'll always leave there satisfied with quality and service.

Think chill Miami energy meets Japanese-inspired cuisine. We started with warm hand towels and airy rice chips with a tahini miso paste that honestly set the tone for how good the rest of the night was going to be. Starters included spicy Hamachi Maki, salmon crudo, and a cucumber salad in a sauce so good we kept it on the table to dip everything else into. Drinks were a highlight too. I had a passionfruit mocktail, refreshing and fizzy. My fiancé went with the Japanese-style highball, made with a specialty machine that only three locations in the state have. Super light, smooth, and you feel it way before you really taste it. For dinner I had the Chilean Seabass, easily top two ever, served with a beet radish that was way better than it sounds. My fiancé had the ribeye with wasabi mash and baby corn with crème fraîche. Both were incredible. Dessert was a hazelnut vanilla ice cream situation that reminded me of Ferrero Rocher in gold flakes. Warm, cold, crunchy, creamy, every bite hit differently. Our server Haley was amazing, attentive, knowledgeable, and sweet. We ended the night with a caramel fudge in edible wrapping which was such a cute touch. Foodies, this one's for you. Go.

We ordered Chicken Satay appetizer ($11.75) three skewers of grilled chicken with peanut sauce to dip into, Chroma Sliders ($16.25) white cheddar, bacon jam and chroma sauce, Chopped Salad ($13.75), and Seared Tuna + Crispy Rice ($20.25). We also shared Bread Pudding with a salted caramel sauce and gelato for dessert and it was incredible. Everything was well prepared and flavorful. These are smaller portions and just enough for the three of us. Service was really good and professional more like what you would expect at finer dining restaurants. The outside patio was nice as there was a breeze and each table had fly prevention fans on the tabletop which was excellent. They have a decent sized menu and they do offer some larger entrees to share which we will have to return to experience. This is a definite recommend and a place we will return to. Beautiful area that this restaurant is located in within the Lake Nona Med Center. Outside the restaurant in the courtyard there were several vendors set up selling things for Mother's Day. This itself was a beautiful area to spend time in. Free parking via garage.
