I showed him a picture of what i wanted, specifically asking if it was possible with my current hair length and type. He said yes and then just gave me a bowl cut which only lasted about two minutes. After that he backpedaled and called another employee to help explain that i dont have the right length or hair type for the desired style in the photo... even though I specifically asked before he started cutting??? I now look like a three year old and my week is ruined. First time i trust a barber and this is what i get. No hate to the employees who seemed nice enough, I just seriously believe they did not know what they were doing. If you want something that requires an ounce of skill from your barber- go somewhere else.

I've changed my hairstyles over the years and Ish has given me great flat tops, crew cuts, and regular men's cuts. The service is friendly and personable. Ish always asks me how my family is doing. I STILL make the long drive crossing over 2 state lines just so Ish can cut my hair. NOTE: If there is a wait, I will wait for Ish to be done with another customer instead of having a female hairdresser cut my hair. This is a personal decision to make sure the haircut is done right, as with other regulars will also wait for Ish.

Headliners fits the bill when it comes to fun and friendly atmospheres, but most importantly the barbers who work there treat you like your a regular even when it's your first time in that chair. Since my first cut their roughly 2 years ago I have never so much as thought to go any where else. I genuinely enjoy my monthly cut and look forward to going in the shop.
