This location has horrible customer service. Even though they just opened up the store again, for the last few years they had glass around all of the items and treated us like criminals. When I recently walked in, both gentlemen behind the cash register were on their phones and didn't even look up to greet me. I requested an item behind the counter and the gentleman, Kwasi, couldn't even read the labels. He just began holding each one up rather than reading the label himself. After my purchase, I realize Kwasi did not thank me. When I said "you're welcome for my business," and mentioned that a thank you would've been nice, he just laughed in my face. I will not be returning. As other commenters have mentioned, there's another gas station literally a block and a half away. read more

Though, I did not read reviews before taking my vehicle to this service station, I should have read them before visiting this place. I took my wife's Lexus there for brake job. After the job was done, the brakes were still squeaking, so I took it back but was told it would be a while before the squeaking noise would disappear, but it took almost 6 months for the squeaking to disappear. They also told me that I would need front brakes only to find out that that was not true. I took my other vehicle for oil change. The oil service notice was not reset. I noticed the guys pressing a lot of buttons to reset the light, obviously didn't know how to do it, so now, I continue to get an "oil change due" notification each time I get in my car. After the oil change, I started noticing smoke form under my hood, but due to my work schedule, I wasn't able to go and report the situation on time, and I was honest about my reason for not coming sooner. The guy was nasty, disrespectful and wouldn't let me get a single word out, continued to interrupt me. I finally left. I also had a family friend that took her vehicle there for inspection, only for her vehicle to develop more symptoms. They are so horrible and I will not be going there. read more

First of all I'm only giving this place 1 star bc I have to in order for my review to post. But believe me this place is undeserving on a half of star! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! First, My folks came here because their car broke down and out of convenience their car was towed here...nevertheless expect to get what we paid for these "get overs" charged my folks $970 cash to fix their car...Not to mention the car broke down the vary next day and the AC stopped working. The next day when we had the car towed back. Do you know these jerks had the nerve to say to us: they were too busy to look at the car so come back Monday. Only when my boyfriends father threatened to call the police did they open the hood of the car to even take a look. Then come to Find out they never even changed one of the two sensors they charged us for!! Florid!! Wtf I'm so effin pissed !! This place is such a ripoff !!!! While most gas stations advertise their gas prices with signs mounted high so they can be seen from the road, this place has one sign mounted low to the ground. I went to get gas last night and was surprised to see 4.99 gal for 93 octane. Needless to say I moved on. As far as I know this is the only station in this region selling gas for almost 5.00 a gal. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place. read more

Price gouging at it's finest. The gas price is always astronomical no matter the national average. The snacks inside are even higher in price. I am not a smoker and I know a single black and mild isn't $2. I am sure the owners takes advantage of the college students right across the street at the community college every chance they get. I'm only giving one star because it isn't possible to give a review with no stars. The employees are both dishonest and unprofessional. I originally steered clear of this station because of the extremely high gas prices. I am not sure if there gas prices remain absurd because I don't even consider purchasing gas from this station. Unfortunately, my son took his car to this location for an inspection . After a failed inspection for what I felt were fair reasons we proceeded to fix the issues fully planning to return the car there for the re- inspection fee of 20.00. During this time the car never moved from my driveway as it did not have valid tags at the time. Upon repairing and returning the vehicle to the station my son was told that he would be charged a new inspection fee of 75.00 because the car had moved 1000 miles since inspection a week before. I asked the service guy would he be willing to acknowledge that someone had made a mistake as we have a previous inspection from another station with the proper mileage. His response was that they do over 60 inspections a week and that they never make mistakes, which I'm sure is not true. My only guess at why they would do something like this is to make more money perhaps. Either way if you are looking for honest and quality service from professionals this is not the place, avoid this place at all cost. You've been warned! read more
