This is a review for dishonest service at Can am in Bothell WA. I am from Oregon and while traveling north I called ahead for my order and then ended up at wrong CAN AM location. On reaching we asked the attendant if our order was ready. The attendant asked which order and then said it will be ready in 10 minutes. HE NEVER LET US KNOW THAT WE WERE AT WRONG LOCATION & THAT WE HAD NEVER ORDERED AT THAT LOCATION. Then again while we were having pizza I saw attendant was checking phone numbers and ignoring some. I wondered why he needed to do that. Later we got a call from the location we had ordered. At this point I realized that we were in wrong location. I told them what had transpired and gave them contact number for the Bothell WA location. When that location called I saw ATTENDANT IGNORING THEIR CALL. This behavior made it evident to me that ATTENDANT deliberately mislead us. I was really upset by this and will never visit or recommend this CANAM location. read more

A couple things are wrong with this place. The owner yelled at me when I asked if they do fundraiser and how much the pizza would be if they did. He could have simply said they don't and left it at that, but he yelled at me instead. I was also planning to order a pizza because I had in the past, but decided against it and simply ended the call. I had ordered the pizza in the past and thought it was mediocre at best, but did like the Indian style pizzas for something different. With that customer service and not being great pizza, I'll gladly go for other small local chains or simply go someplace like Papa Johns, which is probably just as good if not better. They have great Gyros, messy to the point of needing a bib, and loaded with everything. SO I ordered pizza for the family and a gyro for myself... Hectic day, kids bouncing off the walls, and really looking forward to the gyro. Pizza guy gets there and my kid answers the door. I get there a few seconds later, and the befuddled guy gives me two pizza's and a 2 liter bottle of pop, which I did not order. No Gyro. Now I really wanted that Gyro, and I'm annoyed. we look over the order, and can't seem to find the gyro on there, but the pizza guy agrees the price I paid is two high for just two pizza's He goes back to his car, and calsl Can Am up... comes back up, takes the 2 liter bottle, (it's for someone else) and says his manager is coming with a new gyro. Manager shows up in ten minutes with a new Gyro... I am IMPRESSED by the store professionalism, and politeness of everyone, especially with my kids going all crazy and the general level of chaos. and once again, its a damn good Gyro. My wife comes home an hour or two later, and looking at a side counter says "what's this?" Turns out my seven year old had taken a small bag and put it on the junk counter when the pizza guy opened the door. Inside the bag... the missing Gyro. So writing this as both an apology for my mistake, and a testimonial of very good service. read more

I've never been to this place physically, so have no idea if they have sitting place or not..how huge their setup is..but I do no that they serve very delicious pizza, and I'm talking about the East India pizzas...try the butter chicken or the butter paneer(cottage cheese) pizza, and go for mild hot for everybody....I found them to be a bit expensive..but then you should never regret paying for quality... Any time I order the Halal pizzas for Delivery they take 1.5-3 hours to arrive. I order off the Slice app but after waiting an hour and seeing the arrival time increase to an hour and then an hour more I call only to find the pizza is only beginning to be made. Their staff is always unenthusiastic and rude. The pizza is alright but it's not worth the 2+ average wait each time. We have ordered 2-paneer butter masala pizza's (Large one w/diff topping and medium w/diff topping) a few cousins visiting from out-of-station were allergic to a few toppings. I gave them a very high-end review of canam. When the order arrived, they have messed up the order and when I called to report the same (had to wait on the line for 6 minutes) the guy on the phone was rude. We had good experience with camam before, but I did not expect such a bad customer service from canam when there is an issue with the order. Initially, the guy on the phone completely denied it, but when I insisted he kind of agreed. Will defintely think twice before ordering again. Walked in and was expecting the standard run of the mill pizza but was I ever wrong! I was greeted by a nice gentlemen that gave me his personal recommendation for the best Indian pizza in the area. I was not disappointed, the pizza came out fast and the chicken tasted delicious (ordered the Tandoori chicken pizza). I am not sure about some of these so called "horrible service" reviews as this was not the case with me. Some reviews say you can't use the restroom because that clearly is a reason to give a business one star because you can't walk the 10 feet to take care of your child's needs. Regardless, the staff was friendly and my food came out in under 10 minutes. The taste was phenomenal and I would recommend this place over others. I ordered from Can Am 2/23/19 and it was my first time. New to the area and wanted to try a new pizza place. Worst decision ever - I waited over 2 hours for the delivery. I called twice and was treated SO rudely on the phone. The first time they couldn't track my order and the second time I was told it was sent with a car but they had no idea when it would arrive. And the price was outrageous, 2 medium pizzas + delivery charge and a $5 tip was $42.00!!! Are you kidding me!? First and last time customer for sure. read more

When complained about it over the phone, the person answering the phone (Ravi) basically told me that it was impossible.......I took it back to the shop and and asked the lady at the front desk to taste it.She took a bite and was forced to accept it was too salty. This was the second time ordering from Can Am (couldn't figure out how to edit my first review from January 2013). Again, delivery is prompt and earlier than they estimate, and in my mind, that's a good thing. The pizza was hot and the delivery person was friendly. My kids like standard pepperoni, so we ordered 1/2 pepperoni (sigh) and half butter chicken. The butter chicken was very good. We ordered mild spice because I wanted my kids to try it, and we ordered the extra thin crust. The whole pie was a bit greasy, so I'm not sure why that was -- perhaps the butter chicken ingredients? We ate it anyway since the flavor was good, but I might consider ordering a thicker crust next time so I don't have to see the grease. Let's face it, pizza isn't a healthy food and anytime you order BUTTER CHICKEN, it's not, either! But it served us well on a night when I didn't want to cook and my kids were sick but hungry. It was an XL pizza and cost me $25 without tip. I still think the prices are high, but I like their pizza better than Papa Johns which is our only other delivery option here. I ordered a half and half veggie pizza on phone and when I arrived 20 mins after for pick up, my order was not ready. The guy at the front desk again took the order and made me wait another 20 minutes to give me my pizza. Then I went home to realize that they made a mistake. I asked for Paneer butter masala and spinach delight half and half pizza for which they charged extra $4, instead I ended up eating paneer butter masala and canam veggie pizza. Can am pizza these days doesn't tastes great, after the change of management the pizza quality started degraded especially at bothell location and these days they really suck at baking tasty pizza, most of the times they are offering like half baked pizzas after eating two -three bites you will get raw dough taste. 3 star pizza for 4 star price makes this a 2 star experience. If you like mediocre butter chicken layered on cheap canned pizza sauce (complete with metallic flavor), then you will like this. I personally didn't prefer it. There wasn't enough cheese to make this pizza anything but acidic. We made the mistake of asking for ginger and cilantro on top, and the result was an even stranger pizza. Way too much going on flavor-wise between the cheap "italian" flavors and the middling butter chicken flavor. The crust tastes premade (think Boboli). There wasn't enough cheese to even cover the tomato sauce. Your average Papa John's crust is substantially better.Yuck. I have had their pizza once...and that's more than enough for me. The food is less than average and the service is disappointing. When my friend and I walked in, not even a hello was muttered minus the fact that after the gentleman rang me up, he began to make the pizza without washing his hands. I have only placed my order for delivery ever they got the food to my house on time. Five out of ten times I've ordered here the pizza was either burnt, crispy or just didn't taste that good. When you call it's very hard to understand what their saying non American. A few times they were short or seemed like they were in a rush to get off the phone. Hit or miss here. Had a coupon paper left at my door at my new apartment for Can-Am Pizza in Bothell. Thought I'd try them one night with a friend since they were close. I didn't know that pizza could ever be so bad!!!! I would have gotten better pizza for cheaper at Little Caesars. There was hardly any toppings on the pizzas and they had a musty taste. They have very good pizza. You will love eating it especially if you r Indian (paneer pizza and butter chicken and all). I gave 2 star because the guy who is in charge of billing doesn't give you itemized bill. This happened 4 times and because we did home delivery we never bothered. Now last 2 times I went there to pick up pizza. The guy didn't give me itemized bill. When I asked him to give me itemized bill he wrote it on a piece of paper and gave me. I counted when I went home and he charged me 50 cents extra ( counted taxes and all in the bill). It's not about 50c it's about how you cheat and don't give itemized bill so you can take money from your customers. I didn't go back to fight about extra 50c but as a customer I have a right to say so I m writing here. read more

We've just ordered our 2nd Pizza from them and I have to say I'm a fan! The first pie was the Canadian classic. YUM and the crust was delicious too. Tonight we ordered the Italian and it too is tasty. I also want to give a shout out to the guy on the phone and the delivery guys. All very friendly and deliverywas faster than quoted. I'm excited to find a new place to order from! BTW Round table you suck, can't get a pie right and too busy to fix it. We've had several inedible due to burned or too much garlic (we didn't order the garlic sauce either,). Domino's you had several chances too but couldn't get the order right TWICE. I love Indian food, and was intrigued by this location's menu options. I ordered the Butter Paneer and Spinach Delight pizzas, both of which are meat-free, and really enjoyed them.
