Im not one to leave one star reviews or even the two stars this place probably deserves. For $18 pre tax n tip which came to $23 for me I opened the box to find a really small good to good plus tasting pizza but like a previous reviewer said pulled pork must be represented by tiny Tony's pizza style sausage balls. Lucky i was already mentally bent from drinking beer or i may have had something to say to the proud owner of this pizza wagon who had been preaching to all who stopped to have a look how good it is. I mean cmon dude would it be asking too much to make the pizza 20% bigger for that price? i overheard the guy next to me when asked by a passersby how his pizza was and he dryly replied "small" yep i think that's going to be everyone's impression of this one ..probably not many repeat buyers fugggggg i shoulda just bought more skookum ipa so good never disappoints

Excellent puzza and breadstix... comparable price too... Very friendly staff, and they are definitely the best crew all around. Highly recommended!!!

We've been to Smokin' Dough a couple times and it's really pretty good! Also a traveling brick oven?? What a great idea! First time we went was when they were at the Beverly Food Truck Park in Everett. I believe it was in the summer and it was a really nice day. The line was a bit long but our wait wasn't bad at all. Especially considering the pizza was being made fresh. We got our pizzas and cheesy breadsticks. The crust was definitely burnt but it was still really good. We went again recently while they were at Haywire Brewery, this time just for cheesy breadsticks. We only waited about 10 mins and chatted with one of the ladies inside. She was super nice! Glad to see the crust wasn't burnt this time but it definitely could've used a couple extra minutes in the oven, it seemed like it was just a tad underdone. Still really good flavor plus we love their marinara! I hope they come back to Everett soon, it's nice to have something different from the other pizza options we have here.

Missy and her gang do an amazing job!! I have had pretty much every pizza she has and have never had a bad one. My favorite is the breadsticks an her dessert pizza was to die for! When the oven gets going that wood fire smoke smells so good. Can't wait to get one tonight!

My first woodfired pizza with Smokin Dough Food Truck, now I can't stay away from them, they're so yummy and fresh, there is no comparison

Monica was our server and was welcoming and kind and in tune with this big group . We never felt rushed. She had excellent suggestions for appetizers and wine and our main courses. The other staff there had water and bread on our table as soon as we sat down and kept it coming all the time we were there. For appetizers, we had calamari, the antipasti misto and bruschetta for appetizers. For dinner some had the special (a t-bone). I had the lobster ravioli which was excellent. Everyone enjoyed their meal. For dessert... canneloni, tiramisu and chocolate and espresso martinis. Wow! All in all a very special evening at a very special place. 10+! Highly recommend!

We started with the Pappardelle Al Ragu Di Cinghiale, which was quite tasty, though the pasta felt a smidge on the drier side. Unfortunately, the Osso Buco ($75) missed the mark immensely. The veal was overdone and notably fatty, and the saffron risotto was very dry; it desperately needed a sauce to pull the components together. At that price point, I expected a much more refined execution. It's a lovely place to sit and the staff are wonderful, but the main courses didn't live up to the premium cost. Edit: I'm surprised by this response. I took the time to highlight what your team does well--the service and the atmosphere were truly lovely. My feedback on the Osso Buco was meant to be constructive, especially given the high price point. It's disappointing that instead of addressing a kitchen consistency issue, the suggestion is simply to eat elsewhere. I'll certainly take that advice.

Last summer we ate at the Tacoma location and it was life changing. I was shocked my how flavorful…read morethe pizza was and how crisp, rich and buttery the crust was. I'm pretty sure I have that location 5 stars. I have a friend who lives in Snohomish County and I had told him about Jet, so we decided to get pizza during the Seahawks Playoff run. Immediately, I was concerned. When he called, we got a bot and the bot couldn't understand our order. We wanted to remove peppers from the pizza and add flavor crust and the AI Bot fumbled all of that. When we got the pizza, it tasted nothing like the one I had in Tacoma, this was dry, lacked flavor and crispness. And the AI Bot didn't get our order right. My friend, who is a certified Pizza Fiend, looked at me like I had sold hold on life changing pizza that tasted like it came from a grocery store freezer. I ate one slice and tapped out. He ate 2, which is far few then he would normally have and the kicker was him telling me to take the leftovers with me. He is a certified day 2 pizza guy, but he waved it off. I'll be honest, that pizza was so bad, I don't know if I'd even go back to Tacoma. Oh well, there is no shortage of pizza on the planet, so we'll all be okay.
