We did not enjoy this place at all. I would have gave this place 2 stars but the owner was really rude. On top of that the charges you got were crazy. They were offering a deal for 2 pizzas and bread sticks for $35 and you end up paying $50. They charged for credit card use and the boxes they used to box their pizza. It would have been fine if the pizza wasnt so basic. Their dough was pre packaged and there was no rise in the crust. We would have rather ate little caesars to be honest. read more

Omg what a rude person! The pizza is flavorless and is overpriced too. I tipped well and I'm annoyed about it after being treated badly. The woman scolded me for showing up 10 minutes after the order (as she told me it would take 10 minutes) asking for napkins and parmesan cheese... "I waited on you for ten minutes! I want the parmesan back in 2 minutes!" Raising her voice and chastizing me like she was my mother. F off dude, you're in the service industry... it's literally called waiting on people. Im not one to leave one star reviews or even the two stars this place probably deserves. For $18 pre tax n tip which came to $23 for me I opened the box to find a really small good to good plus tasting pizza but like a previous reviewer said pulled pork must be represented by tiny Tony's pizza style sausage balls. Lucky i was already mentally bent from drinking beer or i may have had something to say to the proud owner of this pizza wagon who had been preaching to all who stopped to have a look how good it is. Such a huge disappointment. We couldn't wait to try this place. We drive near and far for good woodfire pizza. The photos online have nothing in common with the food their serving. The crust was a frozen, stale, tasteless disk. The photos of the pepperoni pizza show it completely covered in pepperoni. We had 15 pieces of pepperoni on the entire pizza. We ordered and paid for additional toppings of pineapple and artichokes, and neither was on the pizza. We should have looked at the pizza before heading home. It was some of the worst, most expensive food I've had in a long time. I wish I knew where they took their website pictures because that's the place I can't wait to eat at. We've been to Smokin' Dough a couple times and it's really pretty good! Also a traveling brick oven?? What a great idea! First time we went was when they were at the Beverly Food Truck Park in Everett. I believe it was in the summer and it was a really nice day. The line was a bit long but our wait wasn't bad at all. Especially considering the pizza was being made fresh. We got our pizzas and cheesy breadsticks. The crust was definitely burnt but it was still really good. We went again recently while they were at Haywire Brewery, this time just for cheesy breadsticks. We only waited about 10 mins and chatted with one of the ladies inside. She was super nice! Glad to see the crust wasn't burnt this time but it definitely could've used a couple extra minutes in the oven, it seemed like it was just a tad underdone. Still really good flavor plus we love their marinara! I hope they come back to Everett soon, it's nice to have something different from the other pizza options we have here. read more

Smokin' dough must refer to the money they're making selling crappy pizza. The margarita pizza is mostly cheese and dough, not much tomato and there is VERY LITTLE fresh basil. The Pig Out pizza has weird little balls of ground beef (like a frozen Tony's pizza) and if there was any pork shoulder on my pizza I couldn't see or taste it. I couldn't see or smell any smoke coming out of the pizza oven either I suspect they mostly use propane. Their dough is tough and flavorless and an order of their bread sticks ($8) is about the size of a Pop Tart. That's my impression after attending an event they had time to prepare for. read more

Ordered the pizza and bread sticks for $20 and unfortunately never got to try the food. The truck came to granite falls and we only have a few restaurants in town so I don't think they expected the turn out. I wasn't told that it was going to be a 2 hours wait when ordered and ended up waiting 45 minutes before I asked if my order was called or not. The lady at the order window told me it would be another 60-90 minutes before my order was ready. They refunded me in full but while I was waiting for my food, I witnessed what I believe was the owner or at least the manager since she was the one that was called over to issue my refund take the buzzers from customers and then turn around and prep food with no gloves and she definitely didn't wash her hands in between the customer interactions and preparing food read more

I work Monroe music in the park and get to try most food trucks and we order lots as a crew and share it. This pizza was good, they had limited menu and had long lines high demands for quick service so I get it. But I wish their crust was as thick as it was in their yelp reviews and they offered more topping than their pretty plain pizzas tonight. That being said I bet with a normal demand of a food truck compared to a 20 person line at the concert the pizzas would be better. But pretty good crust and good sauce. read more
