The tofu was soft and overall the pizza was great. - Karahi Chicken Pizza - 1 Large 14" Pizza - I was not a fan of this pizza. I find the veg pizzas here tastier than the non veg counterparts like the butter chicken pizza. The crust is really soft which is topped with a creamy masala sauce, the paneer is well seasoned. The pizza also comes with a white dip (which is like a mix between an Indian Raita and a Tzatziki sauce) which pairs well which the pizza. The spicy pizza option doesn't seem legit since they just top your pizza with jalapenos instead of a spicer pizza sauce. Pro tip: The x -large pizza here is probably the most value for money. They are probably doing something illegal I guess. First the pizza is $28 x-large. The price went up from 23 to 28. We all understand inflation and all but this is a rip off. Most importantly, they fuckin charge credit cards fees on top of that. I would like to know which other restaurant does that? They don't even show you that there is going to be a credit card charge. You get to know when you see the receipt. I bought 5 X-large pizzas for $138. I also got a few extra drippings so that total was $140 with tax. That's the amount I signed on and approved. Two disappointing things here 1. How complex is it to not sprinkle a garnish when you are making food to order. There is one thing that makes or breaks a pizza and that's the crust. We ordered a Pepperoni pizza and a Hawaiian pizza. While I thought the sauce was mediocre and the toppings were scarce, it was the crust that sunk the ship. It's a spongy crust. A good pizza has a complex, chewy crust that has been 'aged' for a few days in refrigeration. It's what separates a good crust from a mediocre crust. Well, this crust wasn't even a throw together, kneed, let rise once, then stretch out and use crust, I'm not sure it even has yeast in it - maybe it does, but it was just a complete fail with my family. So, we ended up giving a lot of the pizza to the crows who hang out in our backyard - they enjoyed it. Sorry, but I can no longer recommend Can Am. Ordered from Grub Hub tonight, the pepperoni classic pizza and the Greek style gyro. The pepperoni classic description is missing in its entirety, so I assumed (incorrectly) that it was a pepperoni pizza. Nope, pepperoni plus black olives plus sausage. No explanation on the website at all that it is anything BUT pepperoni. My granddaughter and I spent time picking off the other ingredients on the 2 pieces she attempted to eat, the rest went into the trash. The Greek style gyro was OK, except the meat wasn't hot, and there was way too much lettuce. I ended up picking out the excess lettuce trying to find the very few pieces of onion and tomato. However, I exprienced most humilinating and disturbing incident at this place yesterday. Essentially, if you never complained about the food, you are fine. Get your pizza, enjoy it. God forbid if they mess up you order and you complain about it. They, the main guy in charge fundamentally believes that "Customer is always wrong" and he has every right to question and be skeptical of any claims of incorrect order. if you call to report an issue, you will be met with skepticism and asked to send the proof. And if you dare to show any attitude, frustration or loose your cool about the situation even if you were flat out told you are wrong to claim an issue with the order, you will be treated like a criminal and be thrown out of the store. Nice place to get Indian style/ topping pizzas. We've tried the dine in, take-out and home delivery options and have had a good experience. Service has always been good - on time and courteous. The Karahi chicken pizza is one of my regulars and one of my favorites. Rich, spicy flavors and a generous amount of chicken and veggie toppings. The karahi paneer is also good. What goes really well with the spicy flavors, is the dip - which tastes like raita (yogurt with Indian seasoning). Good value for money ! However, the order form on the Yelp website, as well as Grubhub's order form, don't let you do the "Create your own Pizza" - you can't select anything. This is very annoying. Also, if you try UberEats or PostMates, they don't allow you to customize your order at all - and I have to have the feta cheese left off my salad, so that's a no go. I wish Can Am pizza would get their own ordering website for all their locations. But most of the food is good, especially the salads. The garlic bread is too dry, though. Too many times I've been burned in Seattle with things not being spicy enough and this place delivered. We got a butter chicken pizza and a palak paneer pizza and found both to be delightful. I honestly wasn't sure I was going to like this. I've always liked the flavors of Indian food but I don't like dark meat chicken, which is commonly used in Indian recipes, at all. Also, many of the Indian lunch buffets are sketchy so I just don't eat it very often. Additionally, I am extremely picky about my pizza and I think that the majority of pizza is not great. Happily, they use all white meat/chicken breast for their pizza here. If they didn't, I wouldn't have even tried it. So here's the deal; It was delicious! I'm going to give props to their use of social media. These guys were kind of on my radar because I used to eat at another restaurant in this complex that no longer exists so I'd seen them but strip mall pizza joints are a dime a dozen and most of them suck. These guys responded to some of my other food posts on Twitter and invited me to drop by and give them a try. If you personally invite me to visit your establishment, the odds of it actually happening immediately jump up to 60/40. What got me in for this specific visit was some pictures of their food they had posted on their Twitter that day that looked delicious. I saw them because I followed them back when they followed me. Solid social media marketing and outreach. The flavors are outstanding. I got the Tandoori Chicken pizza and a meatball grinder. The grinder was good and I'd order it again but the pizza was the standout here. It was so tasty that I had to really force myself to stop eating so I would be able to sleep that night. Late night eating isn't the best for you once you get out of your 20's so maybe I shouldn't have been sampling new food at 11PM but that was how my schedule worked out that day. I chose the ginger, hot pepper and cilantro options and it was pretty warm. My youngest kid had to eat hers with a glass of milk in hand and my wife wouldn't try it after she heard about the heat. I don't know how to really do justice to how tasty it was but I'll just say that you should try it and I will definitely go back to try the other flavors and eat this one again. My only gripe is the crust and it's a mild gripe because I think it was above average but not at the level of Zeek's or Pagliacci. When I warmed up my leftovers the next day for lunch, I was able to get it to crisp up a bit more in the oven so I think that next time, I'll just ask them to leave it in the oven a little longer. Please don't be put off by any bad Yelp reviews. There are two things working against them here. First; they have recently changed ownership but retained their name. I would normally advise against doing this but they are part of a mini-chain here that does something a little unique and it would be ill advised to throw away the brand recognition that has already been established. Unfortunately, the previous owners of this location only distinguished themselves in a negative sense. Second; they're in the middle of upper-middle-class suburbia and the whole area is teeming with 30-50 year old white women sporting bobbed hairdos, AKA the "May I Speak to Your Manager?!" haircut. I would guess that a disproportionately high number of them are named "Karen". I'm stereotyping here a little bit but those people tend to share a predisposition to being nit-picky about stuff that is unreasonable or doesn't matter, especially when they pull up in an SUV or minivan full of kids. Sorry soccer moms, I don't mean to pick on you but this stuff has happened enough times now that a stereotype has officially been established. Would you give Dominoes or Pizza Hut bad Yelp reviews for not having public restrooms at their carry-out locations? No! You give them bad Yelp reviews because their food sucks so bad it's nearly a crime against humanity! The service was very friendly and I chatted with the owner while I was waiting for my food and I found him to be a great guy. They do have a couple of tables if you want to eat in the establishment but the Karens of the world might have to hit their diaper bags for some wet wipes if they get any sauce on their fingers. Bottom Line: I highly recommend this place. I won't be able to eat here as much as I would like because it's out of my current travel radius but if it wasn't, I'd drop by a few times a month. I'll say the butter chicken was much more saucy and moist because of the sauce obviously and also because of excess tomato chunks. This is a review of the service, since I never actually got to eat their pizza. So take that as you will if you give this a read. After hearing rave reviews about this place for months, I decided to give them a call on Friday night. The kid who answered the phone was a catastrophe. Like, an actual catastrophe. It started when I asked what specials they had running, and he acted like I'd asked him something in pig Latin. He said they had a butter chicken pizza on special (without giving a size or price), so I said I'd order that. I asked for it in a small size- or the smallest they had- and he said they didn't have smalls for speciality pizzas, only medium, large, or extra large. Okay, then, I told him. A "medium" (12") pizza was fine (in what world is that not a small pizza? Anything smaller than that is a personal pizza). I tried ordering a second pizza. A pepperoni pizza with sausage on half. Size small. I was told I couldn't order a small pizza with a half topping: it would have to be at least a medium-sized pizza as a matter of store policy. I asked for the price difference in sizes, since he didn't give it to me, and he said it was $3 (so a medium would be $17). And that I would have to pay for two toppings. Well, why couldn't I just pay for two toppings in a smaller size and have them just put one of those two toppings on half of my pizza? "Store policy," he said. WHAT? He said something along the lines of it being about the work that went into making the pizzas. Look, kid. You guys aren't making the Mona Lisa here, or any kind of art. He then asked me in this haughty tone if I had a menu available to look at, clearly not wanting to help me. At that point, I told him I'd just call Little Caesars, where I was able to order the exact pizza I wanted in literally five seconds. Here's the punchline: as I look at the menu today, I see they advertise a special: two medium two-topping pizzas for $19.99. WHY COULDN'T THE CHILD TAKING THE PHONE CALL JUST HAVE SAID THIS? And why, oh why god, couldn't one of those pizzas just have sausage on half of it? This was honest to god the weirdest, most messed up phone call I have ever had with a pizza place. The customer service and draconian store policies make NO sense in an era where "make on demand" pizza places flourish. No, it's not my honor to taste the culinary delight of your pizza. This isn't fine dining. It. Is. Takeout. Pizza. In. Suburban. Bothell. Why would anyone ever want to deal with these people again? I sure don't. read more

Based on the reviews and my own experience, if you're not going to order an Indian-style pizza, then you really shouldn't set your expectations too high. Order right, and you will not be disappointed, defeated, or disparaged. The butter-paneer one I got I could've slept with and woken up to 1000 times over. I've never heard angels sing until I saw this Can Am delicious pie set out before me. The taste was amazing and I will be ordering the same one for awhile until it's just time to move on. Low stars for the server dude who seemed to be in no hurry to finish his own food at the front table-- probably on his break, but they should work on a system to have the cash register covered and to take breaks in the back. It was awkward when another group came in and he still had his own food to clean up while taking their order.
