Chico (assistant manager) is condescending and rude from the word jump. This person obviously has never worked customer service or retail. He's argumentative, mean, loud, and lacks basic communication skills. Trying to ask clarifying questions after being talked over repeatedly I was told snarkily "I've already explained that to you" "as I just told you" etc. I couldn't hear you because you kept talking over me. For clarity all I was asking was for delivery after 730 as I wouldn't be home from work until after then. I was told very rudely that they don't do that. There was going to be no further explanation until I inquired. He made his statement and was silent. I then said look, I've ran multiple dispensaries and delivery operations. I understand how the routing equipment works. Why can't you just add my order into the last route for your driver ? His only response was "you haven't run this one honey" um excuse me sassy pants??! Obviously! Lucky for him- he'd be fired. I was only trying to understand why my order couldn't be added to a later route. My options were to cancel my order and reorder later or cancel altogether so it doesn't "hurt them" I asked for a general manager and Chico was obviously going to hang up on me. Asked when the general manager might be in. " I can't tell you that" he also wouldn't tell me his name, or even if I should inquire on weekdays or weekends. I've ordered from here a few times now that I'm not in the industry anymore, but never again. Don't waste your time.
