DO NOT BUY........ I purchased a $950 dollar jacket for Christmas for my wife, jacket shipped quick, but whoever packaged the jacket probably should have put the jacket in the Canada goose bag that came in the same box as the jacket.... ups delivered the jacket today and upon receiving the box never noticed the softball size hole in the box..... needless to say i was pissed that this expensive jacket was packaged the way it was. This is 100% not the way to conduct business and i understand that they probably didn't ship me the box damaged but could have put the jacket in a plastic bag or anything. Jacket was exposed to the nasty weather we had all day. Spent an hour cleaning the jacket, called customer service, guy apologized about 150 times, still didn't make me feel any better that this was a piss poor operation when it comes to shipping item of this value. WORST STORE EVER. I go to check out buying a 1000$ jacket, and suddenly you can not use cash? "It's a pandemic, do you know what's going on" I found the employees to be very rude. Especially if i'm buying a $1000 dollar jacket. They told me it was posted on the door, which it was in very small print, on an open door. If the door is open i'm not sure how I was supposed to read the note. The employee Targets Rogers was beyond disrespectful, and insulting. I was so excited to get a Canada Goose jacket bc I was tired of freezing in Boston winters. I got the Mystique jacket ($1,152) which is rated as the warmest. When I got it home and had a chance to actually assess it outside of the pure chaos that is the Canada Goose store, I decided it was too long. I brought it back less than 24 hrs later and they would not accept the return bc the individual at the store had removed the tag. This is the worst customer service I've EVER experienced with a high end brand in my life. I was told by the manager I could "call the 800 # for customer service. Bought the Canadian goose jacket, it did get stained, called the store they said it was under warranty. Brought the jacket in they explained, I may have to pay for repairs but they would fix it. Took two months to get the jacket back, they never tried to get the stain out. They did dry clean it and charge me 55.00, but did not look at the jacket or do anything. I recently returned a winter coat that was purchased by my husband as a gift. Upon entering the store I was helped by a gentleman named Charlie. I had wanted a rain coat not a winter jacket so I was disappointed to find ouT the rain coats were not in stock yet. Charlie told me he would check the back room and see what he had. He came out with a blue rain coat however I stated I wanted black. Charlie convinced me to try it on. I did and I loved it!! So I read all of the poor reviews and I thought, "oh whatever, I'm in Boston so I might as well go check it out." The customer services is very poor. The first thing I noticed was that after waiting in line to get in the store, I was immediately rushed and trying to be persuaded into buying a jacket. The salesman had no knowledge of the coats, having to look at the tag to know which type of coat was which. I told him I wanted to try some on to see which looks good on me. This slowed things down, and eventually he walked away. I then had plenty of time to try on coats, FaceTime my mom and friends, and try to pick out the right coat for me. He eventually came back once I was trying to decide which coat I wanted of a few I picked out with my mom on the phone and he immediately began trying to persuade her and myself by saying, "Mom he's cold get him this coat!" So I learned to not worry about the salesperson and say that you'd like more time and not to be rushed while trying to decide. I eventually went to Saks Fifth Ave because they had the exact coat I wanted, while Canada Goose Boston did not. Summary: Customer service is horrible but the coats are fantastic (hands down the best coat I have ever purchased and I am so happy with it), the sales people know absolutely nothing about the coats and will attempt to rush you during your purchase, but do not let them. I wish I could give a zero star for this store in terms of their customer service. They should've hired somebody who's professional and more friendly. The sales associates I encountered today were absolutely the most racists people I have ever met in my life. Not only they were rude but they had zero knowledge on their products. Asked for a size and he was already impatient and refused to do get another size for me. Told me that their store currently doesn't have any small sized jackets. This is not the store for you if you are not white or An Asian tourist , after waiting in line to enter had to experience being disrespected because I guess if you're Hispanic, black or basically anyone besides the 2 mention above ,you don't have money to buy at Canada Goose you will be treated like a thief that's how I was treated along with my mom and brother, by the 2 goons that were looking at us front the moment we set foot inside the store to make sure we don't steal something to the "customer sales woman" that I guess couldn't ignore us anymore and had to ask if we need it help and even after we told her what we were looking for, she left us not too subtlety to "help" someone else. I really enjoyed my visit @ the Prudential Center location. I called ahead of time explaining I bought a coat online for Christmas and wasn't satisfied with my purchase. The fur on the hood was matted, and overall, the coat was not what I expected. I was told by the store manager to come in for an exchange, I did inform him that I had a toddler and it would be extremely hard to wait in a long line. He took my name and ensured upon arrival the person at the door would know, and I could skip the line due to my circumstance. This did happen and I was extremely grateful. I met with Charlie and I couldn't have had a better experience. He was kind and professional, and given the fact I had a very young child with me, he did not try and rush me nor did he seem bothered in the slightest. We engaged, I found the coat I wanted, and the transaction was complete. That streamlined. :) I really enjoyed my time, it was extremely pleasant and organized. Mind you, I'm an hour away from Boston, so the stress in that drive alone was enough for the day. I really felt compelled to give this store the credit it deserves. 5 STARS BC ITS WORTH IT!!! Probably the worst customer service ever experienced! My husband had got me a jacket that needed to be exchanged when going back to the store i asked for assistance from multiple employees and many responded with "sorry can't help I'm going on my break" or simply made me feel as i was annoying them when asking for help to find a size but it's to bad for them because it's there job finally fed up asked to talk to the manager who after screaming at another customer and getting into a very public argument said "what do u need" after that i decided to return the jacket and get the $1000 dollars back never will go back and i never will recommend!!! read more

Purchased a coat for my mother for Christmas. We ordered the coat early as we noticed many of the coats were not avaialble and my mother loves bright red. We actually had her try it on early just to be sure it fit and sadly it didn't. So we contacted Canada Goose to return the coat and received a "so sorry" message. it has been over 30 days and it is not eligible. Last coat I buy from them. read more

Customer service was super friendly. Was in here looking for a few coats for gifts. They did not have the correct sizes but offered to take info for when they do come in. About 15 minutes earlier I bought a Canada Goose from the Tannery, who did not have Canada Goose bags or boxes, so I simply requested one from the store. They said No, and said you could only get a bag if you purchased from the store, because it's part of the "experience" what a joke!!! I'm not a frequent Yelp reviewer, but felt the need to tell people: DO NOT buy Canada Goose products! (Disclaimer: This negative review has nothing to do with Canada Goose's use of animal products; something that does not bother me.) My frustration relates to CG's abysmal customer service. Store employees made judgments about my outward appearance and my ability (or apparent lack thereof) to afford CG products and treated me poorly as a result. Additionally, customer service through CG is entirely unwilling to stand behind their warranty. I purchased what I believe to be a faulty coat (very weak nylon on exterior) and was told by employees at this store to call CG as the brick and mortar stores are completely unwilling/unable to assist you once you've bought something from them. I was told by CG corporate that there was nothing they could do--impossible to replace OR repair at my own expense. I know a few things about fabrics, how they are graded and their resulting performance rating and when I inquired about the quality of nylon fabric used in CG products--to better understand the issue and CG's unwillingness to stand behind warranty and inability to repair--I was first ignored by customer service and later told that the information was unavailable--this should not be the case as they boast of superior quality materials and could reasonably be expected to know the metrics. All in all, these coats appear to be EXCLUSIVELY manufactured as fashion articles as they cannot handle even a light amount of wear. The quality of these products may have once been superior, but this is no longer the case and you can get a better coat from nicer people for less money. The impressive "lifetime warranty" is not something the brick and mortar stores are prepared to discuss with customers and additionally something that CG is not prepared to stand behind. Warranty is a joke! Brick and mortar stores are not helping the brand: inconsiderate employees selling coats that do not amount to much in terms quality. Spend your money someplace else that is willing to help customers! read more

I agree with the last reviewer Laura L. but with one exception The customer service is horrible with ALL races. I'm white and my white friend bought me a gorgeous, expensive coat for Xmas. It was a surprise while we at the mall and she wanted to make sure I was happy with it. We went back to the Canada Goose store within 2 hours of purchase so I could try it on for size and possible exchange. But because there was a line at the store (what is this the 80's??), the manager on duty, Shiffy (sp?) told us that we would have to wait in line. My friend just bought a $1k coat 2 hours ago and you told us to wait in line to try in on!?!? Long story short, I luv my coat. It's beautiful, warm, stylish and worth the price tag. But if you're in Copley, RUN do not walk to Sax 5th Ave to the Canada Goose department where they have bigger selection for both men & women, the customer service is superior, and they will order and ship anything to your house for free.
