Even though it was shredded flatbread, it tastes kind of like a fried rice. The cardamom tea was a nice way to finish and what you expect of a good chai. They had a smoky flavor to them and were a 10/10. I've had Thali but never a Thakali. While similar, they are different; We chose the mutton option.
