This place was amazing!!!!!! Shout out to Miguel in the front, he was SO NICE!!!! We will come back for him. First you walk in and there are temp checks and cubbies for your shoes and belongings. Everyone needs to have socks but little ones need grippy socks! They sell em for $2.50. I believe kids 1-15 are $12-$15 for an hour. One adult free and extra adult $5? Im sorry if I am inaccurate lol. Extra hour $5. Prices are great!! They give your kid a sticker with the cut off time. Hand sanitizer prior to entering. Everything is very organized. Place is CLEAAAAN!!!! the ENTIRE two hours we were there, they had a lady vacuuming and mopping and a guy cleaning inside the play areas. I appreciate that so much!!!! Even the bathrooms were spotless ! They had slippers in the bathroom to put on since everyone is in socks! What a great idea There are two sides to the place, a toddler area and a big kids area. Only toddlers are allowed in toddler area. My two year old was able to play in big kid area too. I love that parents are able to follow their kids in the playground. There are ball pits, slides, tunnels, and so much more. There is a snack area filled with so many options such as cookies, crackers, ramen, nachos, candy, juices, paletas, apples, etc! Not badly priced either. There are 5 or 6 tables to eat at. There is a charging station and a phone and key sterilizer. Awesome. Plentyyyy of seats for parents. Massage chairs on the big kid side When we left, Miguel gave my toddler a lollipop. How sweet! My two year old had the best time here. We stayed for two hours last night but she could have easily played for two more. By the time we got in the car she was knocked out lol! I LOVE this place and will continue coming back. Wow. I am impressed. This review is much over due since I have been here multiple times. Being a SAHM for a toddler, I crave for places like this! There are so many kids cafes BUT only a few a at the level of cleanliness that I have experienced from here. The cleaning lady at this place is a super star. She was EVERY where. Especially during times like this, it matters. Next, the layout. Unlike many other kids cafes, this layout has this huge space divided in two. One section is for the older kids with tons of slides and mazes. On the other side was the section for younger kids with larger ball pit area and smaller slides. Then you have the sofa area in the MIDDLE so parents can see to either side of them! How genius is that? Much easier for parents with multiple children to keep an eye on multiple kids. Also I never felt it was over crowded. Of course weekends are busier than weekdays but my child always had space to run and I had space to sit. Oh the snack selections! They have freshly popped popcorn, my kid's favorite, and a slew of choices ranging from your average M&M's to a wide selection of Spanish candies. For the parents they have premixed coffees that hit the spot when you are in need of something sweet while trying to keep up with your child. Lastly, but definitely just as important for me, was the friendliness of the staff. From the cashier at the front to the staff behind the snack bar, everyone welcomed me and my child with a SMILE! I heard there are options to rent the ENTIRE space out for after out parties. How amazing is that! I would definitely recommend this place over even the kids cafes in Buena Park and other areas. read more

What a great place to bring the kids! If you get the monthly membership it is $50 a month for unlimited time. I love indoor play grounds because they are contained and air conditioned . Great location inside Stonewood mall, next to Kohls and the old Sears. This place is very clean, there is a lot of staff continually cleaning, and the prices of the snacks aren't so bad. If I could give 10 stars I would! I was looking for venue for my son's 1st bday so when I'm reading the reviews of indoor playgrounds, I'm looking for CLEANLINESS. THIS IS THAT PLACE. Socks only so no outside germs on shoes are brought into the play area and hand sanitizers everywhere. Every time a kid used equipment, workers would then sanitize and wipe it down. Bathroom was clean, party room was cleaned and sanitized before we used it. Play area just looks clean! As a parent I loved that there were plenty of massage chairs/futons to just chill and relax. There is a place for little ones under 5 to enjoy as well. It's just the perfect place to bring your kids. And now to speak of the customer service: PHENOMENAL. All of the employees were SUPER helpful in setting up the party room and helping us bring things in for our party. They were very courteous and helpful I could not stop saying thank you. My 4 year old loves this place and I get a nice playful workout in while enjoying time with her! Staff is friendly and seem to constantly maintain the playground clean which is a plus for me! I do wish the playtime was unlimited for the price options compared to other playgrounds. Little things I appreciate as an adult are the slippers in the restroom. I hate walking into a public bathroom with socks on and they have slippers I can use in there! The snack bar is also a bonus for a snack after playtime. I really wanted to like this place. But it was absolute chaos in there. It felt dirty and was stinky when you first walk in. I rarely saw anyone clean or sanitize the play area. Kids have this sticker with time ending. But I've seen kids in there that's way passed their time. I feel like they will let anyone and everyone in without a cap. I brought 3 kids 8,5 and 1. They have this area for little kids. I wanted the littles to explore that area. But it had more parents or adults then kids. You got some parents inside the ball pit. Also adults going down the slide. But once my 8yr old niece wanted to go down the slide with my 1 year old we got in "trouble" and was told to go to the big kid area. Mind you there was adults going down that slide. If my niece wasn't allowed in the little kids area then grown ass adults shouldn't be in the ball pit throwing balls. And it wasn't like they were throwing it to their kids. They were playing hoop. Ugh I'm just annoyed by how disgusting this place was. They should seriously have a cap on how many ppl should be allowed inside the play area. My 8 and 5 year old were good at the big kid area. But then my 1 year old couldn't really do much cause you have big kids running and pushing people. It's just rude that the so called workers just stand there but don't call out bad behavior and kick the rowdy kids out. Remember when I said it was stinky when you first walked in. While it wasn't. It was stinky the entire time we were there. We paid for an hour. And we seriously left in 30 mins. Cause the smell just kept getting worse. I get it. It's hella sweaty kids running around but have some good air flow. Or have some air fresher in the vent. Idk but do something. Maybe clean often... just a suggestion. Needless to say we're never coming back here again. read more
