I was a little worried it might feel crowded or messy since it's an indoor playground, but it was surprisingly spacious and comfortable for the kids to run around and play. There were a variety of play areas, so my child didn't get bored and stayed engaged the entire time. The staff were also friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more pleasant. On such a hot day, it was especially nice to have a cool, safe indoor place for kids to have fun. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back again.

Even the side entrance by the party rooms had shoes available! My LO is 2 1/2, and I thought this place was perfect for her age. I can see kids aging out around 8-10, depending on size. She had so much fun. There was a private event and we definitely stayed until we had to leave. 10/10 would come again! Looking forward to the next time we go.

It's quite spacious and there are just such a variety of activities for kids, from playing in a ball pit, to stacking random foam blocks, to playing in an area filled with random electronic entertainment (like mario kart and coloring fish), to actual play area with slides and padded obstacles. Even after seeing some of the lower reviews, I still think it is relatively clean considering the amount of traffic the weekend or evening may bring. I didn't really see anything that was broken or not working, and even when the mario kart system bugged out and was on a default screen, a staff member quickly did a reset and got it back into working order within 10 minutes or so. A consideration to be made is the fact that not all the parents are attentive with their kids, so there were definitely some kids that are just disrupting other kids playing or being obnoxious/rude. It's inevitable but also makes it feel like some parents literally just let their kids do whatever with little supervision, knowing that they are within the indoor playground. For example, my 1 year old was sitting on the padded carousel, and an older kid (at least 6 y.o.) jumped into the middle of the carousel and started dancing around wildly, which would've been fine until he almost fell on top of my much smaller child. It should also be noted that the area was marked for 2 y.o. or younger, but there's pretty much no enforcement of the space. Otherwise, it's a really cool spot for kids to burn a few hours and I still think it's remarkable that they fit so many different things to do in the same area.

It appears clean and the staff is vacuuming constantly. You have to wear grip socks which are sold before entry. There is plenty of seating for those who will not go inside. They provide free lockers for your things. The place offers free arcade games which is pretty cool! Although it says 90 mins, I don't think they will ask you to step out. We only stayed for an hour as it gets very tiring. It is located in the Santa Anita mall, park close to Cheesecake Factory and Benihana. It is right in there as you enter; beside Lucky Strike & Dave & Busters. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

Kelsie and her crew (Sophia, Rebecca & Mattie) did a phenomenal job for my granddaughter's 1st birthday party. Kelsie herself was a complete blessing!!! She is an amazing & very thorough party planner. From the first phone call inquiry, answering all my questions and kept me in the loop for anything else via email or phone call until the party date. When you read, with the VIP package all you need to do is show up with your child, that's literally all you have to do! The food and beverages were excellent choices. Everyone from children to adults enjoyed themselves! Thank you again Kelsie & crew for a wonderful, stress free celebration! They thoroughly explained the process and timeline for our event and put out the coffee, bagels and donuts we brought for our guests to eat outside of the play room since we had a 9am start time. The kids had a great time playing and our hosts had the dining room set up with decorations before our eating time. It was great that they were able to blow up a few balloons that we brought (for an added fee) that were specific to the theme. We only bought pizzas from Scooters Jungle and brought other food ourselves, but everyone enjoyed the pizza. They did a great job serving the dessert and helping us pack up our things at the end. Overall, they provided top notch experience from A to Z and made hosting super easy. Would definitely recommend having your kids' birthday party here if you're considering it!
