Playing and fun, what a great combo! We really love this indoor play option in Whittier, and my toddler enjoys the spaces available. I love that I could always see her and it's not too big. The price for entry is fair and everything usually looks well put together. As long as it's kept clean, I think it will continue to provide a safe and exciting place for kiddos. We hosted our end of the year soccer party here. The staff was great and Glendy was so accommodating. It was a perfect place for the kids!

Making a reservation was simple and easy. My only complaint is that the owner told me they would be open at a certain time and it turned out that the time I was told was 30 minutes early so that really cut into the decorating time but we made it work. ZERO STARS. I personally booked my daughters party, paid in FULL, got the confirmation via email confirming we have our secure space for a party. Show up an hour before to decorate and there is another party there. When speaking to Glendy & her son, they come to find out they made a mistake on their end and double booked a party. Unfortunately she did not handle the situation well, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Stated out of this situation all she would get is a bad review on yelp... My daughter and nieces/nephews love this indoor playground. It's a really fun alternative to the park or Chuck E. Cheese. My daughter is 18 months and she's big enough to be able to climb and use the entire gym. I also have taken my niece and nephew who are 7- & 12-years-old, and they had a great time too. For what it's worth, the 7 yo told me it was more fun than Jump Jungle in City of Industry, which was surprising since the latter is a much bigger space. It's open Tuesday - Sunday. I've gone weekdays only and the hours are 1-7 pm. It's $10 or $15 per child and you can go for as long as you want. I always take the kids for 1-2 hours. Just make sure to bring snacks. They do sell water bottles and juice too if you need it. They also have a few tables in the back if you want to throw a party. I hope more people will start patronizing this place. It's a wonderful space for kids. I want it to stick around in Uptown Whittier because I want to be able to continue to bring my daughter here! read more

I LOVEEEEE Uptown Kidz! I host a mom group every week and have taken the group there a handful of times and the moms always go back! its our favorite place to host events and let the kids run around. The owners are very helpful, friendly. The play equipment and the bathroom is always clean, they also have a nursing and changing room with a rocking chair to accommodate the mama with a small nursing baby (this is very cool cause not all places consider a nursing mom) They have a very cute party room for the kids and when we book our events for the mom group we do crafts and everything. There's more than enough space for a goood 70-75 people. The kids LOVE this playground and are always asking to go back. I host ALOT of moms and children here and I have not had any complaints for from the moms. This is our OFFICAL playground to take the kids to on any day of the week. The young man that runs it is very sweet and helpful. He's attentive and offers help in any way that is needed. He opened early for us to set up and he made sure to clean the area before we showed up. I do highly recommend to bring your little ones here when you want them to run around and enjoy climbing. I like this play ground because you can pretty much see everything from your seat if you choose to sit and relax. We will definitely be back again! read more

This place is run by a nice young man. Super cool and nice to the kids and family. This place is small enough for you to sit and watch the kids. As a mom with a toddler who is wild it's nice that everything is padded. My 7 year old also had a blast. There is a perfect spot for parties. There is also a small area for little ones. Mother and son owners had no sympathy for my niece crying cause her party wasn't going to happen. Glendy (owner) proceeded to tell us we could only reschedule and not get a refund for their mistake. I came from out of town from my nieces 4th birthday. On arrival I learned this company said they double booked and could not accommodate her party and the many guests that arrived from different areas.. My niece was so upset! My kiddos really enjoyed themselves. The price is great and friendly staff. My only negative thing and honestly it's not a big deal. It's really cold inside lol. But I appreciate the cleanliness of the entire place. They have a section for breastfeeding and changing station. We showed up for her party at 3 pm to find there was another party going on and they had double booked. They wanted us to change the party for tomorrow when everyone was already arriving for the party and some family members had come down from Vegas, and Arizona. GLENDY had an attitude questioning if we even had reservations when there was e-mails and receipt confirmation of payment. She didn't even want to offer a refund. We came during the week with a small group of kids and arrived when they opened. The floor was very dirty. You could tell no one swept the night before closing because there were leaves that were blown in from the day before and a dead cockroach! I wanted to leave but since it was planned in advance to meet other friends there we couldn't. I couldn't get over how dirty the floors were. The chairs are ulphostered and you could see that they are not vacuumed frequently because they looked dirty. The bathroom also didnt look like it was cleaned frequently. It's a shame because our kids really had a fun time there and didn't want to leave. I'm hoping the owners see this review and start taking cleaniness seriously because I will never step foot in this place again and neither will my friends because of how filthy it was. read more

Brought my 20 month old in and she had the best time.Areas are available to modestly breast feed or diaper change.Although we were hands on with my baby girl there is enough seating for family members to keep an eye on their kiddos.There was even a little area for babies.Sensory tiles were a huge plus and the slide with rollers was a huge hit as well.When we went there wasn't anyone in there but after a few families joined there was still enough space and things to do to keep everyone busy yet safe.Will definitely come again read more
