We arrived at opening time, which is 10am. I went on a Thursday and my daughter and I had the place to ourselves for about an hour and she loved it! It started getting busy close to 12pm. It's clean and well kept. The staff are nice. Definitely recommend coming if you want to kill time at the mall!

So I just received the most amazing customer service. One of the workers had already caught my eye when I seen how caring and thoughtful she was towards the other kids. I had no idea she would be so helpful to me, but the experience I received was so great it made me go renew my son's pass. My friend and I brought our sons to come and play, but they lost an item and we had asked a staff member and they kind of brushed us off but when we approached Samantha, she was very professional and helpful. She didn't make us feel like the other staff member did like "hey we already took your entrance fee. Now you don't matter" The professionalism and her demeanor with the children was excellent. Thank you, Samantha wherever you are you changed my overview on this place it was nice to see a staff member who showed concern and professionalism towards the children and the parents as well...Good job having Samantha on the team Candeeland -Downey

Serves it purpose. Children have a variety of slides, some swings, a ball pit, and some mechanical rides to explore. Staff was amicable and courteous. There's a snack bar inside the grounds where you can purchase a variety of snacks or drinks. Can't fully rave about this place since I'm not the biggest fan of indoor playgrounds but all in all I'd say the kids had a great time.

We have visited this Candyland location for a few times now. Although today it was super crowded! I guess the kids are not too crazy about the Oscars!! The staff members were light blue T-shirts with Candyland printed on them so they're easy to spot. There is a snack bar so you are able to buy snacks and drinks once you're inside. You do have to take your shoes off and if you're going to participate with your kids, then you should have the socks that have the rubber bottom so that you do not slip and fall. You pay by the time that you want to stay into the playground area. They do give you a sticker that you have to wear to designate what time your session ends. It is noisy so if you came here to do any kind of work or steady, I would avoid the weekends. It's located inside the Stonewood shopping center .

Easy five star review. Some stand out things I liked: the second floor of the main play structure is tall enough for an adult to stand up! This means I can chase my kids or play with them without having to crawl or bend over for an extended period of time. It's so nice. The second thing I really like is you can see the main play area AND the toddler area from each side. This is really great if you have kids of different ages and need to keep eyes on both. I also appreciate that they enforce the rules, like no kids over five in the toddler area, no going up slides, no outside food. This makes it easy on parents because other kids are not doing the things you're telling your kid they can't do. Enforced fairness can be good sometimes, lol. Those employees have a tough job keeping that place orderly and clean with all the kids and crumbs, and they do a great job!

I had a little pre-Easter egg hunt party unfortunately the kids got too wired up on Candy. This was the perfect release. For $32 they were able to get all their energy out for an hour. I loved it. I just put my headphones on and looked at TikTok uninterrupted scrolling five stars.

Fun place for kids to play freely. And very clean. Friendly staff. Good price. My kids always ask to come back to candeeland. Love that is local.

Great place for kids, only complaint is i've gone many times and every time i go there are LESS and LESS balls in the ball pit to the point where you already see floor which is not fun for kids and almost dangerous as they jump from the edge. It would be nice if they maintain the place as it was when they first opened.

The place is clean, spacious, and fresh it has good WiFi. It has a small "cafe" a little store with packaged snacks and drinks a bit overpriced. I gave it 3 stars because they say no food or drinks inside including bottled water but you can purchase their bottled water and is ok to keep inside. Their water isn't cold. I have a ice cold water that had to put outside in the check in area. Kids must wear rubber socks they sell them here for $3 adults bring your own socks. read more

Not friendly staff, expensive snacks and they don't seem to sanitize the equipment. The restroom was not very cleaned when we visited. The ladies "watching" the babies are so bitter and rude. Not worth your money read more

Bad customer service. The Asian manager not friendly at all would've liked him to be more talkative and welcoming at least after we spent over $450 on a party with the room not worth it! Only 15 guests came with the party but each additional guest had to pay $20 adult OR CHILD, even though some showed up 5 mins before the party was ending....... Why would it cost $20 for an adult anyways if they aren't going to play in the area that's made for kids. And plus they don't accommodate by adding more pizza. At least for $20 per person ?! After 15 guests ridiculous. Also I thought they host birthday parties in the room like scooter jungle? I guessed wrong. Nobody ever checked up on us. Disappointing!!! read more

I'm impressed with how clean and spacious this place is. The best part is the adults can go inside the play area. There is plenty of seats, sofas and massage chairs for the adults to relax while watching the kids run around. Definitely coming back. read more

The kids had so much fun! The place is very clean, staff is consistently cleaning and wiping everything. I even saw the owner on her knees wiping the floor! All the staff I've encountered was very friendly and helpful. The jungle gym was very fun, big enough for adults to playin. Nice massage chairs in the back for tired parents like me. First time here on 01/15/23, it was a very rainy day so it was very packed we had to wait in line to get in but that took no longer than 30 mins. Staff was very friendly and answered all my question, while in line I completed the online waiver, once I was let inside it was a very easy process. There's plenty of room for parents to sit around and watch their kids, everything was very clean and organized we were there for about 2 hours, staff was walking around with cleaning supplies and a hand vacuum constantly cleaning and picking up. Snacks are a little over priced but they have a good selection. **bonus the restroom has a basket of slippers you can use, because to me stepping in the bathroom with no shoes is a big ick** We will definantly be coming again. read more

I have 3 kids and we've been here a couple times. I love how they're so clean, but there's a lady who makes me so uncomfortable. The petite Asian lady that manages the snack store has a problem with kids being kids. She kept whispering stuff to my older two kids (7 & 8yo) , and then kept coming over to my 2yo in the ball pit and kept telling her "no! Throw the balls the other way." I told her to relax! Then, I saw her following a baby, she must've been no older than 11-12mos.. the baby was walking around with the fake fruit from the play kitchen.. she was following the baby trying to take the toys away. I kept staring at her, and the baby lost her balance because the Asian lady tried to take the fake fruit away. She has no shame touching other kids trying to snatch toys away. My kids snuck into the 5 & under play area and she walked over. Started waving her hands and yelled "Where is your mom!?" I told her "What's the problem??" They literally weren't doing anything, my 8yo was on FaceTime with her schoolmate and she was showing her friend the kids area. The Asian lady calmed down and told me "oh they can't be in here this equipment Can't hold much weight" I told her they were just standing there. She then stood on the doorway of the 5 & under play area so no big kids would get in. The owner himself told me when it's not busy he doesn't mind that the big kids play in the ball pit, as long as they're not throwing the balls around. This was strike 3, because I've been here 3 times with my kids and decided it was the last straw. It's either I stay away or the Asian lady gets five fingers to the face. She kept looking at me nasty too, because she saw me drinking my own water, and didn't buy her 5$ tint water bottle. read more

When we got there, a man was doing maintenance on the playground and told us it would be about an hour before we could enter. My son, who has autism, was understandably upset, so I took him next door to the pet store to help distract him while we waited. After an hour, we returned--only to be told it would be another 30 minutes. At that point, I asked if my sons' memberships were active through Regional Center. The employee flipped through a notebook and couldn't even locate one of my son's memberships. We left because my son's patience was gone, which is directly related to his autism. This entire experience left a very sour taste. If a business offers social recreation services through Regional Center, accurate hours and organized membership records are essential. What's even more upsetting is that I later discovered Regional Center was charged for six months of membership, even though we never attended or used the membership at all. I never signed a contract agreeing to ongoing charges. I also received a text stating the membership would not be active if we didn't attend--yet they still billed Regional Center. Also, never extended services. Between the inaccurate hours, lack of accommodation, disorganization, and billing issues, I would not recommend this business to Regional Center families.

The price for entry is fair and everything usually looks well put together. As long as it's kept clean, I think it will continue to provide a safe and exciting place for kiddos. My friend and her son recently wanted to meet me and my two girls there on a rainy evening (12/29/21). Well my girls and her son really enjoyed it, however, it's not my favorite place to hang out as a parent. The couches are facing the mall. I think they should turn them to the play area for parents who don't want to be a helicopter hovering around their kid. Also, it's a really laidback place. No waivers to sign. It's convenient, though, on those rare rainy days. For $30 per child, each kid gets unlimited playtime. I don't know if that means in and out privileges because showed up at around 6PM and were only able to spend two hours there as they closed at 8PM. With that package they get to choose a toy. Two of the kids chose stuffed Ty Beanies and my other daughter chose the last white "Among Us" because it reminded her of a marshmallow. Lol. There is a $.75 fee to use a credit or debit card. Shoes are not allowed in the play area. I would recommend that you bring a pair of no-slip socks. Parents can sit on some of the grungy couches out front. It was like being in college all over again. Lol. While it's not really the cleanest of places, my girls enjoyed it because there were a lot of different bouncing houses set up close to one another. Also, there was a ball pit. Lots of large, colorful soft blocks with which to build forts. You must ask for an employee to unlock the gate every time you or your child needs in or out. That may or may not give parents some sort of comfort. Bring water. Not sure about the restroom situation as I made my girls use ours before we arrived, but there are public restrooms near Kohl's just a short walk away. The lone employee we interacted with was really sweet. I really appreciate her!

There a plaza next door that you can park at but it's a risk. This place only has jumpers and some slides too. There no arcade or anything else here. There also not a lot of seating inside. They have a little dining room where you can bring your food and such to eat there. It did get hot in there because the AC couldn't handle the many people eating inside. They have sign for no outside food or drinks but I think those are for people who didn't booked the place for the party. There was 2 ladies working here and they would walk around to make sure people had no shoes in the jumper area since it's socks only. They sells drinks, snacks and some toys here. The place has been around quite some time and kids do tend to make a mess, but they keep up after it. Parking is for a fee, but sometimes you get a game card that comes with the parking. It can get crowded in the summer and on weekends. We go on week days and have been several times. Now, the prices in here add up fast so be mindful of that, but it is the same as other similar places. Miniature golf is about 16$, a go kart is about 12$, the arcade can really add up so get a card that you can use for the wide variety of games they have. The bumper boats and Disk Thrill Ride are about 12$ per person. We love their little train and that is about 5$. You can get a two hour wrist band and we do that and save a lot that way. All in all the prices are fair. The service there is nice and the place has a lot to offer, you don't have to do it all. There is a lot to do. They also have Birthday Parties there and that is great. It is super fun.

He loved the variety of activities and made so many new friends. He came home with fun stories each day. I loved that they offered a variety of options from 2 days/week to 5 days. We returned last summer and an unexpected and sudden medical event threw our summer for a loop. They were beyond kind and accommodating. Michael, the owner, personally made sure we were taken care of at a very scary time and was just incredibly kind and communicative. I can't thank him and his staff enough for the support. However, we decided to pull him out for next week because of a very disturbing situation. He shared that a counselor had pushed him with both hands on his shoulders during a capture the flag activity. He had dropped his flag and was putting it back on when a counselor (he didn't know her name) pushed him back hard enough to make him lose his balance and fall. She also barked "you need to reset!" She didn't ask if he was ok or help him up. You'd think if this was an accidental push and he fell over she would say something like "sorry bud are you ok? Here let me help you up" but nope, not a word. A friend he's attending camp with witnessed the whole incident. Since I pick them both up in the afternoons they both recounted this situation to me and both of them noted how inappropriate her behavior was. I immediately reached out to Michael, the owner of the camp. He said he wanted to identify this counselor and get her side of the story. Understandable. My son felt uncomfortable going back the next day but I reassured him it would be handled and offered to drop him off in the morning and stick around to talk to Michael and the counselor. I wanted him to feel safe. Michael identified her (her name is Carson) and said he wanted to talk to her first, which he did a few feet away from me. I heard her say she didn't push him. They then walked over to me and she again denied everything. So we asked both kids to come over and recount what happened. They both did -- in front of her -- and reiterated she pushed him. She denied even touching him. So Michael suggests at this point that perhaps it was an accident and my son responds by saying "how do you push someone like that by accident?!" No response. So I ask her, are you saying these kids are lying? She again said she didn't touch him and at this point we send the kids away. I'm incensed because not only does she gaslight both of them to their face but tells this bold faced lie to her boss in front of the campers and me. I tell her I believe them and I think she's the one lying. At this point she gives me this dirty look - angry, irritated and almost rolls her eyes at me. I turn to Michael and say "and now she's giving ME an attitude?!" Unbelievable. In a follow up call, he tells me how good of a person she is and that this is shocking for him to hear but that she doesn't seem like someone who would do something like this...that she's getting her teacher credentials and he knows her really well. I am getting the vibe he doesn't actually believe any of this and he sounds very skeptical. I respond by telling him that it's almost always surprising when people exhibit bad behavior and that even teachers do bad things...that doesn't make her any more credible in my eyes. He acknowledged that. In fact, it's worse because I would be really concerned to have someone like that teaching a kid. Lack of empathy, accountability, and integrity. I mean, I think it's great he's trying to have her back but there are moments in life when you need to draw a line and act swiftly...these are one of those moments. Because ultimately, this impacts the reputation of your camp. I told him that it would be good to offer training to his staff in case this ever happens again in the future and honestly he sounded baffled and asked me to clarify...I said well maybe tell your staff not to give dirty looks to a mom who's clearly upset that her son just got pushed by a grown adult at summer camp?? I told him that the response to this situation could've resulted in a totally different outcome. Had she said something like "I really don't recall pushing you but if I inadvertently did and made you feel bad I'm sorry - I didn't mean to do that" - I would've went home that morning feeling fine about the situation. When I told him this he said that he's not going to police all her reactions, that she's still young, that she's still learning and made all kinds of excuses for her. Exhausting. Apparently she got a "warning" and will sit out of the flag activity (umm, ok...). He seems like a smart guy and wish him nothing but success in the future and I was earnestly trying to offer advice for how to handle a situation like this better but it fell on deaf ears. I really hope that some kind of learning comes out of this for both of them. Oh and to top it off, my son's friend told her mom that Carson was giving her looks several times throughout the day today and when she asked what kind she said "side eye" looks. NOT COOL. My son also said she was kind of mean to him but wondering why they were even in close proximity when Michael said they'd absolutely be separated and would not see each other? Validates we both made the right choice by pulling them both out. He offered a refund but I'm still pissed about the situation.

I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at this establishment was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. I booked a 2-hour session for my two sons, aged 3 and 7. Just 15 minutes after arriving, we encountered an unpleasant situation. An employee approached my 7 year old with a mean attitude because he was in the infant ball pit. Although I promptly told my son to step out to comply with the policy, the employee continued to provoke him, causing him to cry. I then went to speak with the manager, an Asian gentleman ‼ at the front counter, hoping to address the issue. Unfortunately, he was rude and unprofessional. I requested a refund after being there for only 15 minutes due to the negative experience, but my request was denied. Overall, the staff's lack of courtesy and the poor handling of the situation made the visit extremely unwelcoming. This place clearly needs to improve its customer service, especially when dealing with minors. I would not recommend this place at all read more

Really enjoy this place, staff is friendly. Unfortunately I have to give them a two star my son has gotten horribly sick both times. The first time he got an eye infection but I felt bad it was from this visit. We tried again after a couple of months washing our hands as we played and we have had two straight weeks of ER visits bc of a viral infection he caught called roseola. He doesn't go to day care and we don't have any family who are sick and the day we went there were kids running around with boogers. I know this is a kids place and it's bound to happened but more procedures should be taken like taking kids temps or 15 min sanitizing intervals. Other than that great place. This place is simply awesome. We've been to a bunch of play spaces, and the friendly staff at this place goes well above and beyond everyone else in helpful attentiveness and keeping the place clean and well disinfected. I'm a little annoyed they require grip socks, as they seem unnecessary for the attractions that they have, but this is rather minor. The attractions are also well designed, and we particularly liked the "obstacle course" area that had a variety of ways to get from one side to another, like a zip line, swings, tree-like poles, etc. It is also much larger than you might expect for a place in a mall, and we all had hours of fun and will definitely be returning! read more

This is our main go to for parties/birthdays and is fun with the kids. Parking is easy, the place is well kept and maintained and you're able to see the layout for the most parts unless the kids go on the backside of the apparatus. Since I still have small ones, I still follow them around and the set up is tall enough for grown ups. The other location is about smaller and going around is dreadful. The toddler/ball pit area is nice and the older kids section is spacious as well. read more

Super cute place and very clean! There's a lot of interactive play areas good for kids of all ages, the staff is really nice too. I just love it here, compared to other playgrounds that I've taken my kids to this one is by far the best! It's very clean, the staff are kind and it is very spacious. They also have a little snack bar for when the kids get hungry we can stop by and get a small snack. You won't regret coming here!!! read more
