I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at this establishment was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share. I booked a 2-hour session for my two sons, aged 3 and 7. Just 15 minutes after arriving, we encountered an unpleasant situation. An employee approached my 7 year old with a mean attitude because he was in the infant ball pit. Although I promptly told my son to step out to comply with the policy, the employee continued to provoke him, causing him to cry. I then went to speak with the manager, an Asian gentleman ‼ at the front counter, hoping to address the issue. Unfortunately, he was rude and unprofessional. I requested a refund after being there for only 15 minutes due to the negative experience, but my request was denied. Overall, the staff's lack of courtesy and the poor handling of the situation made the visit extremely unwelcoming. This place clearly needs to improve its customer service, especially when dealing with minors. I would not recommend this place at all read more

Really enjoy this place, staff is friendly. Unfortunately I have to give them a two star my son has gotten horribly sick both times. The first time he got an eye infection but I felt bad it was from this visit. We tried again after a couple of months washing our hands as we played and we have had two straight weeks of ER visits bc of a viral infection he caught called roseola. He doesn't go to day care and we don't have any family who are sick and the day we went there were kids running around with boogers. I know this is a kids place and it's bound to happened but more procedures should be taken like taking kids temps or 15 min sanitizing intervals. Other than that great place. This place is simply awesome. We've been to a bunch of play spaces, and the friendly staff at this place goes well above and beyond everyone else in helpful attentiveness and keeping the place clean and well disinfected. I'm a little annoyed they require grip socks, as they seem unnecessary for the attractions that they have, but this is rather minor. The attractions are also well designed, and we particularly liked the "obstacle course" area that had a variety of ways to get from one side to another, like a zip line, swings, tree-like poles, etc. It is also much larger than you might expect for a place in a mall, and we all had hours of fun and will definitely be returning! read more

This is our main go to for parties/birthdays and is fun with the kids. Parking is easy, the place is well kept and maintained and you're able to see the layout for the most parts unless the kids go on the backside of the apparatus. Since I still have small ones, I still follow them around and the set up is tall enough for grown ups. The other location is about smaller and going around is dreadful. The toddler/ball pit area is nice and the older kids section is spacious as well. read more

Super cute place and very clean! There's a lot of interactive play areas good for kids of all ages, the staff is really nice too. It is so clean, socks only used inside, and there's even areas where parents can sit and watch their little ones. Good prices for the play time as well, definitely worth checking it out! read more

I just love it here, compared to other playgrounds that I've taken my kids to this one is by far the best! It's very clean, the staff are kind and it is very spacious. They also have a little snack bar for when the kids get hungry we can stop by and get a small snack. You won't regret coming here!!! read more

No other place I rather go to than here. It's perfect because they have sperate areas for kids of different ages so the babies don't get pushed around and get hurt. Candeeland is a blast for kids. I have been here more than twice and every time my three kids enjoy themselves. The place is clean and there are enough restrooms.
