The environment is always calm and clean. I typically get my ears waxed now that I've passed 40 and started turning into a Warewolf. On this visit they were running a special for 50% off for new services so I elected to get my nose done too. The service member was super accommodating of my kids being in the room and was very thorough in getting all the hair off my ears and nose. I'll definitely continuing going.

It continued to be sooo painful I could hardly breathe. They came over but bc they couldn't see anything and I wasn't bleeding, at first they didn't react much. But I was still in so much pain, they came back at gave me some ice that I put on my toe for almost 30 minutes. The owner came over and another worker assured me she'd "make it right". I fully expected to have my pedicure comped and maybe even a coupon for another one free - this is definitely what I would have done, as a small business owner, for my client. It felt absurd to me to pay for an experience that was so so painful and stressful - and still hurts! But nope - they only gave me a 10% discount. Said they couldn't do more bc they are a small business. I explained exactly what I just said above. I told them I'd love to come back (but obviously never have that man work on me), but didn't feel I could if they didn't show me the care and concern to give me even half off. Nope. They stuck to the 10%, so, they've now lost what would have been a loyal customer - with lots of friends I would have recommended, and hopefully now others will also be warned! I'm so very disappointed in how they handled this. How companies respond when things go wrong could either create even more loyalty, or lose the customer altogether. Do better.

So, I came in for a gel x manicure and pedicure, both thin French. The gel x tips that were used were too small for my nails so they popped out a bit. Not a huge deal, but I like the attention to detail on my nails and this wasn't it. I showed the inspiration pics and was pretty clear about how I liked my nails, verrrrry thin and natural and not harsh lines. She made it super thick, which is typical. I let her know I would like them a little thinner on the sides because it's pretty thick, which definitely annoyed her and she stated the picture didn't look like that. It did look like that lol. When I got a pedicure, I asked if I could pay $15 for adding on a longer massage which is the same price as their gel add ons and other special wraps for feet and such. He said they only do 10 min add on massage for $25 dollars. I said okay. I will do that. He was very nice and the massage was amazing. When doing the French tip he asked if it was okay the size of the French and it was really thick like almost all the way down to my cuticle. I said I'd like thinner, and he said no problem and did it. My toes looked amazing. Would go back for a pedicure, but other that that, for their prices, I wouldn't go back for my nails.

Well, Hanna is that person for me. From the moment I sat in her chair, she listened carefully, understood exactly what I wanted, and made me feel completely comfortable. It's rare to find a nail technician who combines talent with such a warm personality. The salon itself is exceptionally clean, welcoming, and stocked with an impressive variety of polish colors, styles, and manicure/pedicure options. It's also conveniently located near I-4 in the Sanford area. As an added bonus, there's a Planet Smoothie nearby if you're craving a treat, and a Tijuana Flats if you're ready for a meal afterward. I was able to get a builder gel manicure and gel pedicure completed in less than two hours, which was impressive. I absolutely love builder gel because it protects my natural nails, doesn't cause damage, and easily lasts three weeks or more. By far, it's the best nail product I've used. Another thing I appreciated was how accommodating they are. Even without a prior appointment, they do their best to fit you in whenever possible. If you visit, don't forget to tip generously. Their kindness, dedication, professionalism, and hard work deserve recognition. Many of these talented technicians work incredibly long hours with very little time off, and it truly shows in the quality of care they provide. Needless to say, I've found my new nail home.
