Stan gave me great advice when it came to menu selections to ensure that the items would work for everyone present. And he was flexible when I requested changes and wished to upgrade the dinnerware even though it would add more work for him. On the day of the event, Stan and his crew arrived early and were totally organized when it came to set-up and the presentation of the food. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. The servers did a great job and the crew returned exactly at the designated time to do a very efficient and thorough cleanup. I could not be happier with my experience with Apres Vous. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and the level of service that they provide. In addition, they are genuinely nice people to deal with.
