Candy selection is great and pricing is fair. I ordered a little over $150 worth of candy for my daughter's 8th birthday party on a Thursday night. I thought it would arrive by the following Saturday (6 full business days later). Since Candy Nation considers the candy a perishable item, I just expected fast shipping. Well unfortunately the candy didn't arrive and I had to scramble to find somewhere to buy the candy locally, which I should have done from the get-go and will do in the future to avoid a situation like this. The package shipped on a Monday and it took 2.5 business days for it to move destinations in Pennsylvania and another 3 (possibly more) business days for it to make it from Pennsylvania to California. The package is expected to be delivered on Monday. A very disappointing experience. I'll update my review, if needed, once the package arrives. read more

I tried to buy on line - wasted over an hour - the system blocked me after registering -they confirmed the registration - I shut off VPN - logged back on - made list in Cart - wouldn't go to checkout - then blocked again - tried several times- called and they told me all was fine - tried again - failed - reregistered with different address- then it asked for adding a pack after I had done so - tried to email them- got blocked again - gave up and went to a competitor whose website worked fine - in 3 minutes I registered and made an order. Candy was delicious. Selection was great, it is so hard to find gourmet mints these days. My only gripe was I had to call a few weeks after my order because I hadn't heard from them in a while. The prices are comparable to other online candy shops. I placed a $50 candy order which included one ice pack for a gummy product. I did not receive the ice pack that I paid for and the gummy candies melted slightly together (parts of the gummy snakes softened enough to allow them to attach together). They have reached out to resolve the issue (which is why my rating has changed) with a full product refund including the individual shipping cost for the item. Mistakes happen, but Candy Nation resolved the issue completely and with respect for me as a customer, which is what any 5 star company would do. Will buy again. read more

We ordered a large quantity of the Richardson Gourmet Mints and they were absolutely delicious. We used them for a business meeting and had to have them shipped to the hotel. We were worried about them melting, but Stacey assured us that they would pack them so that they wouldn't. The candy arrived on time and each package was bubble wrapped with ice packs. Good Product but TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have ordered from Candy Nation three times now. The prices are reasonable compared to the other websites i browsed but that's about it. First two orders were correct and on time. The most recent order (which was the same as my other ones) arrived on time but was the incorrect product. I would think they would be on top of fixing errors on their end but it doesn't seem they are worried. It's been several days since I first notified them of their mistake and them seem to be responding about one email a day. Five days later and I still haven't heard a verdict on what they will do about my mistake. Either hope your order is correct or just pay a little more money and order from somewhere else. read more

The customer service at this place leaves much to be desired. I was emailed from "sales" (thank goodness I didn't delete the email). They were out of a product (that was still listed as in stock on their website) never was there a "sorry" or even here are your options. I had to ask what my options were. I asked for a refund (after no response to my email) I asked for a full refund and to cancel my whole order. Was told they already refunded for the item that wasn't in stock (still not in my account) and shipped the rest out. I now get to "refuse the package so it gets delivered back to us and we can refund for the remaining amount." I can't catch (whoever it's being delivered by -no info on shipping or anything has been sent to me) to refuse it. The communication just isn't there, the customer service is lacking, and "they" need to keep their website updated. read more

NEVER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is so terrible. I called them 20 times in a day and reached their voicemail 19/20 times. It is crazy. My package didn't ship and they didn't call to tell till the afternoon the next day. They weren't flexible... Also a 4/6 candies that I ordered were not available but they didn't say so on the website, so that set me back even more because I had to try and replace the candy really quickly but because they never answer their phone and are slow with emails it was painful.
