I love that this shop offers such diversity when it comes to their techs. All offer a different style and technique. The actual services are perfection. Candy does a dry pedi that lasts for a long time . I used to be at other shops every 2 weeks , the service here last a month. The polish selction is great. They do offer designs and embellishments, gel x, hard gel , etc. If you are used to that fast asian nail shop , this isnt that. This is more boutique, they take their time but you wont be disappointed. The vibe is cool. It can be busy at times and therefore many convos at once. The ladies that work here and engaging and happy. They laugh, joke and its an overall friendly environment. If you need silence bring your headphones. Came to this place because of the pictures I saw on Yelp and the reviews. Brenda did my nails. She had to take extra time with my nails because I came with a horrific set that needed a lot of work to fix the sloppy mess that was done at another nail salon. She is a fabulous nail tech. She talks to you long enough to know exactly what you want done, she really listens, and checks in with you as she's working on your nails to see if everything is looking good. The pedicure stations, the seats are really cute. And best of all I didn't feel rushed at all. We'll definitely be coming back here. read more

5 stars because the owner, and the two employees doing my nails were amazing but I will likely not return due to the unprofessional behavior from the rest of the staff. I went yesterday for the first time because my usual place did not have room for me. When I walked in, there was a table with snacks and gift sets set up and they were offering mimosas and other alcohol alcoholic beverages. I was greeted by two very nice employees who let me know they would service me in a moment and then I was greeted by the owner who told me it was her one year anniversary being in business and offered me a snack and a drink. I had my pedicure done by Ebony, and my acrylics done by Gwen. Both of them were extremely professional, kind, and welcoming. Both my nails and toes came out beautifully and I am very happy that the two of them were able to do my service, I cannot stress enough, how great Ebony and Gwen were. The owner, Candice was also very kind. Which is my reason for giving five stars. However, I would give one star to the rest of the staff and will not return based on what I witnessed during my appointment. There were three other employees working that were sitting together gossiping, and laughing in such an insanely loud conversation about inappropriate things that it made it hard to focus on my service. They were laughing so loud during their chisme session that at certain points, I could not hear the woman doing my pedicure asking me questions. It made what was supposed to be a relaxing service very overstimulating. Then the employee with red hair answered the phone in the middle of a laughing fit which made her barely able to speak to the point the person on the phone asked if she was okay and she answered "yes we're just laughing over here". The other two employees continued the laughing while the employee with the red hair was on the phone with a customer. I heard the woman with red hair tell the person on the phone "yes we do that, you can come now. Give us a try you won't be disappointed." 40 minutes later a woman came in and stated that she called about getting her eyebrows done. The three employees just stared at her, and after a few seconds the one with straight black hair said they would have to go get the owner who is next door at the smoke shop. That employee returned and told the customer the owner is not providing that service today. The customer told her that she called and asked and was told that they do it. They told her that she was wrong and nobody would've told her that. She left visibly upset, and as she walked out they laughed at her. The customer then called the store and let them know that she was disappointed and that they should have a staff meeting so things like this don't happen. Again, the woman with straight black hair told her she was wrong and no one would have told her that she could get her eyebrows done there. The woman with the red hair never spoke up and admitted that she DID tell her she could come over the phone. The employee hung up the phone and then they proceeded to trash talk the customer. Rolling their eyes and saying sarcastically that they're gonna have a staff meeting because this lady wants us to and laughing. The behavior of the woman with the red hair, the woman with straight black hair and the woman with the curly black hair was extremely offputting. Like I said, Ebony and Gwen were truly fantastic. The owner was nice and I wish her success in her second year. But the other three employees are the reason I will never return. I would recommend taking the advice of the customer they were making fun of, have a staff meeting and let them know how important it is to behave appropriately in front of customers. read more

Even though I had an appointment, I still waited about 45 minutes before being seen. Once I finally got started, my acrylic set took nearly 3 hours to complete. For that amount of time and money, I expected quality work. Instead, two of my nails popped off within just 5 days!!  To make matters worse, my cuticles were left irritated and slightly bleeding from the service. She asked if it was hurting, and when I said yes, nothing really changed. The filing continued, and the discomfort only got worse. I paid $120 for a medium almond set that didn't even last a week. Between the excessive wait time, how long the service took, and the poor durability of the nails, I feel like I completely wasted my money. There are plenty of nail salons out there, and I would strongly recommend saving yourself the hassle and going somewhere else. read more

I did a walk in.. The ladies who work there are very kind, and put their all into the art of doing your nails.. A very clean environment.. and the quality is top! I say the best in the AV! good service but took really long to finish a short full set and pedicure, i also didnt like how they kept changing who did my feet.
