But it has come to my attention that the owner of this business (Tommy) has CONTINUED to sexually harass their clients. SO here is what happened to me in 2020: They were only taking one-on-one appointments due to COVID regulations. At the time I was 22 years old. His wife and daughter were in the business towards the back of the business in a room so it was just me and him in the main lobby on a pedicure chair. I had scheduled to do a manicure and pedicure. It started off with a regular manicure and pedicure and his weird comments began. Comments as in "you look so much younger than your age because of how small and petite your body is" -- the comments continued "you have really nice hands and really nice feet" -- they continued, "you are gonna look young for a very long time since you are small and have such a nice body" then the routine of a massage on the feet and calves began (this was normal and expected) THEN his hands traveled up my legs into my inner thighs and then to my shoulders and chest area..... I COMPLETELY FROZE. Up to this day I wish I would have reacted differently but I shut down. I felt completely and utterly paralyzed and in shock!!! It's been years later and I still reflect on how I should have spoken up and reacted differently. One of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life. I truly hope this business shuts down!! that his wife wakes up that her husband is a COMPLETE CREEP, and that should have NEVER happened to anyone!!! I have never received a massage like that in my life just for pedicure!! IT WAS AWFUL AND MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

The same day I got the nails done, I started noticing the chrome wearing off. It has not even been a week and the nails look worn. The gold and pearl finishes are fading on every nail. For a 170$ manicure (not including tip or the pedicure, which is holding up great!) I'd expect AT LEAST 2 week longevity. I'm not one to make reviews but these are my bridesmaid nails and I am embarrassed to show up to my event like this today. Unfortunately, I have not had any time due to my work to come in to fix them so I can't vouch for how the salon handles situations like this.

Someone called me a few minutes later stating they had availability the next day at 10:30am and asked me to send a picture of my nails for reference. I was told I would receive a response with a price. 4 hours later, no response. I sent a follow up message asking if the appointment was confirmed (around 530pm). No response again. Called the salon and left a message on the answering machine. No return call. The next day I see that the girl who originally called me text me at 10:15pm, which is completely unprofessional. To top it off, her message said she double booked and now wanted to reschedule for a different day. If this is how you run you salon, no thank you.
