All I remember is that the drinks were strong. They also were open kind of late. I had a good time. Overall as well

The parking lot was actually full so we had to park on the side. They had security at the door to search you before entering. It's actually a pretty large open space, with seating, slot machines, a pool table, and a dance floor. The DJ was high energy and played to the crowd. There were actually quite a few menu options and we went with the fried cauliflower bites and chicken wings and shrimp. The food was ok. It looked good - but wasn't seasoned. Overall, not a bad spot to try if you're in the area.

We were looking for a bar atmosphere to sit and just hang. Bartender was friendly and gave us the…read morelow down on food and specials and they also have frozen drinks. The bar stools we were told were recently changed-the old ones were worse- and they can use another improvement. They are still too short for the bar if you eat there. Your elbows are up to your shoulders when eating, do yourself a favor and go to a table. Other than that, the inside was nice and the music was good. The sign is off to the side so keep going past the Subway and you will find it. There was also the dreaded liquor meter. Some nights I think there is a cover. We ordered the catfish and chicken wing basket that came with fries. The fries were good and crispy. The chicken was good and was seasoned. I was not a fan of the coating but it was okay. The fish I did not get into much as the coating was not for me. They did offer sauces on the side or on the food and that was good. My friend had the garlic parmesan which he liked, i had the buffalo hot sauce.

Wonderfully seasoned, stuffed generously, and priced in a way that makes you feel like you are getting away with something. This is the kind of burrito that makes you reconsider every burrito you have had before it. The horchata was so good I was guzzling it like my life depended on it. Cold, creamy, perfectly spiced. And the choco flan was my personal highlight of the meal. Rich, silky, and deeply satisfying in that way only a great flan can be. We visited on the Fourth of July, and despite some visible storm damage the team was actively working to repair, the restaurant had a steady and loyal stream of locals coming through without pause. That says everything. Frankfort knows what it has here. The decor is cute and the family owned warmth comes through in every interaction. You can feel the care and pride in this place from the moment you walk in. A gem hiding in plain sight. We completely understand why the locals love it.

The carne asada was good and so were the flautas. To be honest I enjoyed it but I have had the same entres that were much better and for less money. It's not a huge disparity between costs but it's hard not to notice when the quality isn't the same. The server was great; super friendly and checked in us a lot. The restaurant is a humble place in a strip mall. It does have a Mexican vibe with all of the decorations. They weren't very busy so having tables that weren't cleaned was not a good look. I'm not sure we will visit again but if we do, I'll know we will have a good meal. Don't let this review keep you from giving them a try. Let me know what you think.
