In general, I did not enjoy any of my experiences at this office. I always felt like they were going to find something to charge me for. I'm pretty on top of my dental hygiene, and they always managed to find a cavity or something wrong with a previous filling they had done. They were the type of office that I felt like would purposely do a filling semi-wrong so they could guarantee another visit from me. Additionally, I was often seen well past my appointment time and by the end of every visit I had a bill. I'm switching dentists because I do not feel like Cane Ridge Dentist has the patient in mind. I came for a regular 6 months tooth clean up which you should be covered by the insurance so the clean up went perfectly great and once I was done I was told that I have an amount to pay for the mouthwash I had which was $30 agian for mouthwash not sure what kind of mouthwash was that also I was not told that it would be an additional fee for that otherwise I would have said no read more

I wanted to set up myself and my husband as new patients of this provider. The receptionist who took my call was very vague with her approach to my registration and when I inquired about her set up process she immediately became defensive with her response prompting me to withdraw my request for service and end the call. Suggest the office provide better training for their employees when dealing with new customers. read more

I went to Cane Ridge Dentist to have my teeth cleaned. During my visit, they said I needed several fillings. Ironically, these were fillings I recently had done three months prior. They also recommended a root canal and having my wisdom teeth removed. I only allowed them to clean my teeth. One of my coworkers recommended I go to another dentist. When I went to another dentist, he took free x-rays, and said my wisdom teeth did not need to be pulled. He also said I did not need any fillings or a root canal, and my teeth were healthy. He explained sometimes dentists suggest expensive procedures to make more money and he has other patients who have experienced issues with Cane Ridge Dentist. read more

I came to cane ridge today for the first time. As a new patient, I was a bit uneasy due to some of the reviews. Overall I'm extremely pleased. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful with navigating me through the new patient forms. I was in the waiting room and when it got to five minutes past my appointment time she initiated giving me an update. I'm so sorry. Someone will be with you in the next 2-3 minutes, I apologize for the wait. The X-ray technician Juanita was extremely dedicated. She introduced herself by name and walked me through things very gently. She also introduced me to my hygienist Julian and they explained why xrays had to be performed first for a new patient. There was difficulty with my xrays since I have a small mouth and some bone overgrowth but I was out at ease. Dylan came to assist and Juanita very gently placed things in my mouth so as to minimize discomfort. Julian carefully cleaned. She asked about my comfort level throughout and if I had questions. When the doctor came in she was quite nice. She wasn't in a rush. She sat with me and again walked me through things like those previous. At the end I had my consultation with Maiete. She also took her time and made sure I felt good about future appointments. I unfortunately have four fillings coming to me, but Julian suggested breaking up the appointments over time for my comfort. Maiete could have gotten me in this week but understood that I'd like a couple appointments stretched out over the next two weeks. Nice place. Good people. Had to come back for the 3rd time to get my fillings done on the same tooth. If you want your service done the first time, considered yourself warned. Each visit appear to have to a new set of staff and provider. This should show you something. One more thing to add, no one told me to come in earlier until the day of my appointment via voicemail so I need to do paperwork?! Shouldn't have my info on file?!! Apparently, it's their policy that it must be done a year. I'm writing this while I'm in the office, as it turns out, the dentist is not available to correct the issue that he initially made. 2doctors in the office, one male and one female. Everyone works together as a team and try's to communicate best way possible. Doctor kasiar is the funny doctor that helps his patients best way possible and Doctor stone is the one you want to take your children to. She is a sweet southern woman that explains in detail, all dental treatment that you are needing. The staff is very friendly and hard working. They come in earlier & stay later for their patients. The hygiene team are very dedicate, educated and gentle. Even when there are times this office might fail at anything they always make up for it and hold each other accountable. I will continue allowing these ladies and gentlemen to be my dental provider. read more

NEW PATIENTS BEWARE! Cane Ridge will service you without having it approved with your insurance, and then stick you with the full amount for a crappy and unprofessional job. They will tell you that you need services that you DO NOT REALLY NEED. So if they've given you an opinion, please go get a second one from a more professional business and not one that just wants to drain the most money from your pockets.. They're best interest is not for your health, only for your money. My teeth are still hurting 8 months after receiving a filling from their company. I have been a patient at Cane Ridge dentist for about two years now. I've always had pleasurable experiences here. My last experience wasn't the best, but it was immediately made memorable by Deaundrea, the dental hygienist that assisted me. When I arrived to check in the front desk clerk handed me paperwork to fill out. Well, I was just in two weeks ago and filled out the same paperwork. I work in a profession that has taught me that this paperwork is to be updated annually. I then get to the treatment room and my Dental Hygienist made mention of what I was in for that day. However, she failed to mention my fillings. After asking about that treatment she informed me that it had not been scheduled. Now, mind to during my last visit, I had an extensive conversation with my that dental hygienist and a front desk clerk - rewrote the treatment plan to provide me with a ballpark number of what I would be paying. Very upsetting. DeAundrea (lord, I hope this is her name) went out of her way to make sure she diffused the situation. She was extremely apologetic, very empathetic and went above and beyond her call of duty! read more

I went there to do Invisalign, they told me it will take 9months to a year, it has been 3 years. they have been changing doctors on me for 4 times , and each of them has their own ways, they do not care about my time or their own, I am still going there to get my teeth fix and I don't think it will happen, I do not recommend them for Invisalign at all. read more

Cane Ridge dentist is the best thanks to Dr. Heilman and DA Emily!! Whenever I have some going wrong they get me right in with with no hesitation. I had a great experience there. Staff was helpful, especially when it came to planning the treatment plan. I was very tight on money and new to insurance and they were more than helpful and patient to help me understand. The treatment was good too... of course, the dentist can't be the funnest thing you do, but it really didn't hurt compared to other fillings I have had. They took the time to make sure I was numb, and efficient when working so it didn't take forever. Just a great job and from my experience I can say highly recommend! read more

Was told that one son needed a root canal and ten fillings. Was told another son needed four fillings. I was suspicious since six months earlier there was no indication their either son had any problems. I went with my gut feeling and scheduled appointment with another dentist who said that the my son did not need a root canal and only had one tooth that needed a small filling and that my other son needed no fillings at all. Also charged $200.00 on my debit card without authorization. Do your homework and get a second opinion if you feel something isn't right. read more

Got a voicemail from this business again to confirm the original appointment that was scheduled for tomorrow September 11 when I called in August. I call back for them to explain and again the person see's I have no appointment scheduled under my name. So why do you keep calling me? The staff at Cane Ridge Dentist was very polite. The other doctors and hygienist where very polite, kind, and helpful. However, Dr. Kellee Stone was very rude and judgemental to my 7 year old son. She refused to service my son because he got nervous after she showed him the needle. I feel as if we where discriminated against as immigrants. Everyone please beware!!! I was contacted a few weeks ago by someone from Cane Ridge Dentist who informed me that I owe them $1,800 from services in the year 2015! After going three years with a zero balance, they told me something about an insurance error! This is outrageous! I have email and called the Heartland home office, but I've yet to get a response! And during the first call of being notified after three whole years, I was threatened with being sent to collections. Now, my credit report may be compromised! I just don't understand! I will continue to call Heartland until I can get an acceptable answer to why I all of a sudden owe them $1,800.00! read more

Cane Ridge dentist should be renamed and called, "Cane Ridge Excellent Dentist". I was referred by my general dentist who was retiring to go to Cane Ridge Dentist. From day one when I went, I was treated with friendly, warm welcomes. There was one dentist's assistant that truly stands out: EMILY. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and took the time to console me once I was diagnose by their excellent team of the major work I needed done. Emily went over each page of the paperwork that was given to me for the dental surgery that would be performed. She even took the time to call me a couple of days later to assure I was okay. Dr. Anna Singh and Kellee Stone are the best dentist in the Nashville area. OMG! they are so knowledge and precise in everything they do pertaining to the care of your teeth and gums. They will take the time to explain what they are doing before they perform what they are doing. They are very patient and caring dentists. Athena, another dentist's assistant also went over and beyond the call of duty to assure that she used TLC when working with your teeth and gums. She will talk with you to keep you informed and relax as she is working in your mouth. It has been over a month since I had a major dentist surgery done and my teeth and gums are in the best shape ever!!!!! My wife has used this facility in the past. I just got out of the military and scheduled my first dental appointment as a civilian. For whatever reason, they did not input my phone number in the system when I scheduled my appointment. The day before my scheduled appointment, my wife noticed a VM on her phone. I called Cane Ridge this morning regarding the voice mail. Apparently, if you do not call back and confirm, they will cancel your appointment. The call is not just a reminder. Making the appointment should be confirmation enough. To not take down my phone number and then cancel my appointment is extremely unprofessional. This behavior is indicative of an organization that puts making money ahead of patient care and customer service. I will tell all my family, friends, and business associates of this experience and recommend they use a different organization, and cancel any outstanding appointments. read more
