When we finished the day, people were deciding where to go while we waited for our dinner reservation at another establishment. I knew what I was doing. I went over and had two colleagues follow me. We walked in and were amazed. It was cool and dark and the decorations were amazing. A lot of beautiful antiques everywhere. The menu was super innovative. We met the man with the drinks and his wonderful dog. He was a friendly individual with a passion for Tiki drinks. I believe his name was Chris and the dog was Grizzly. I could be wrong. My apologies if I am I started with a ZOMBIE. This is my litmus test for how good the mixologist is; how good the ingredients are and how authentic the Tiki glass is. Well, it was a home run. One of the best zombies I have had in terms of balance and strength. The glass it was served in was perfect ( see photo). I followed it with one of their creations called Monkey Nuts which was AWESOME. Give this place a try if you are a Tiki fanatic like me or are just starting. You WON'T be disappointed.
