I can't say enough good things about Danny and his guys. They are honest, professional, neat and organized. I called on a Sunday because I had a bad feeling about another company that I had been using for years. They responded so quickly to my call and scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. I received a text message confirming the appointment and on Monday morning got another text with a time window and the name of the technician that was coming. Already I was impressed. Gabe arrived right on time and looked at both the units. We had a problem with the upstairs pipes being clogged and he suggested that we put in a pump and have the coils cleaned. I asked about the downstairs unit as another company wanted to replace the whole system and Gabe said that it was absolutely fine and clearly, it did not need to be replaced or even repaired. Ray and Rodger came to do the work and they were neat and efficient. There was still an issue with the pipe draining so my husband decided to have it replaced. These guys were so good, they actually felt badly that the pipe had to be replace and honestly, I really felt bad for them since they had to spend hours on one of the hottest days of the year in my attic. When the work was done, Ray went over all the completed work and showed me where the pipe ended on the outside of the house. These guys work hard. They do a great job, care about the quality of work done, follow up and best of all, everyone who came to the house or called, was so nice and pleasant to deal with. Thank you!! read more

I own a home in Delray Beach and they installed a new AC about 1 year ago, but they left the Schrader valve caps off the unit outside, so the Schrader valve nipples rotted and all the freon leaked out. I spoke with their answering service person and described the issue, but they did not call me back, so i had to pay $750 to another company to refill the freon and fix the valves. The install was timely, but more telling is that they dont stand behind their work and/or mistakes. read more

Like others, I try to do as much research as possible and hope for the best. I saw the rave reviews online about Caner Air so I gave this company a try. I never heard of Caner Air, compare to the usual BIG Names in the area but there were a lot of good reviews talking about their customer service and especially that their prices are really fair. Let me share something with you, everything you read online about Caner Air is TRUE!. Customer service were EXCEPTIONAL. Candice the office manager always return calls in a timely manner and to get the owner of the company (Danny Caner) to call me on a Saturday morning with in 5 minutes of leaving a message, well that's unheard of, especially in South Florida. My tech (Roger) did a through job. I will recommend this company from now on to all my Law Enforcement friends and families. Danny I wish you luck with your company and I hope you don't get too big and loose the customer service factor that made this review possible. BTW Roger told me that I would need a new system in about 2-3 yrs, it's something I already knew and I will calling Caner Air for a new unit. I hope it's still the same owner. read more

I had such a great experience with this company. They are reasonably priced, professional, courteous, showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves, and were absolutely meticulous in their work. I called four other companies to quote out the work I needed (about 2k worth) and two of the companies never called/emailed me back (after coming out for a quote) and one of the other companies I ended up hiring then firing because they did such a terrible job on the initial work. I found Caner Electrical through Yelp and Google reviews and decided to give them a shot. They came out to do my quote and were extremely professional and courteous and asked me a bunch of questions to ensure they understood exactly what I was looking for. They were also the only company that actually climbed in my attic to make sure that they understood any challenges they might face when performing the work. I ended up hiring them for what ended up being a two day job. Both days everyone showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They cleaned up after themselves both days and the work they did was outstanding. The high hats we had installed were centered perfectly. They made sure to ask questions before doing the work so we understood how everything would work. Bottom line is this is the best experience I've had with any service in S. When I moved from California to Coral Springs recently I needed to have 2 new electrical panels installed with some additional wiring in my new house. I called Caner and was wonderfully treated by their technicians. They did all needed work and cleaned up after themselves. So when I was ready to install more lighting I called them, Jake came by to give us an estimate and while he was here found a broken switch and outlet that he repaired immediately. Today 3 tech's showed up and moved furniture to install a chandelier as well as coach lights and an outdoor fan. These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone.
