The only thing I would like to see improved is the knowledge transfer during training, it was great visiting once a week but it's hard for the training to stick on the human side when you only spend one hour a week together. The follow up trainings are also very helpful though. We've worked with at least four trainers (including one apprentice) and they are all very firm yet kind. My dog gets so excited when we show up at the facility and instantly goes into "work" mode.

I originally discovered Canine Comfort Corner through the SniffSpot app. It's a great app where you can 'rent' others land for some off leash fun! One of my dogs is deaf and a bit reactive so renting the field at Canine Comfort Corner is wonderful for him. After our SniffSpot visit, I did some research on their website and saw they did dog boarding. A huge plus for a searching dog mom is that they had the pups daily schedule posted to their website. I saw they got to play AND rest according to what the dogs wanted/needed. All for a reasonable, all-inclusive price. They don't nickel and dime for medicine, extra playtime, etc. Every staff member I've meet has been so wonderful and caring towards my dogs. Janice, the owner, refers to the dogs as my 'kids' which always makes me laugh. She's very in touch with what the dogs need, and I can tell she really pays attention. So now this dog mom can finally leave town with some peace of mind.

TL;DR Don't bother calling -- just do everything online and they will probably treat you better. Otherwise, perhaps take your business elsewhere where they don't treat you like an incompetent idiot.
