We've been working with Erica for almost a year now, and our dog walking experience has been spectacular. She's transparent, reliable, professional, communicative, and trustworthy. Our pug, Killah is a senior gal (she sometimes has accidents, and her back legs don't work as well as they used to), but Erica always takes excellent care of her. Also, she takes the best pictures, and the gives most detailed status reports I've ever seen from a dog walker. Like paragraphs long (jk). I feel like we were there on the walk with them with the level of detail she provides her in her reports! We don't know what we would do without her. We trust Lisa implicitly with Max and how she interacts with us! On "adventure" days, Max knows she is on the way and keeps looking for her to drive down the street. Lisa provides the pups with wonderful and unique experiences. From opening running on a large farm, to fun excursions to the shoreline along Puget sound, to playing "following the leader" in large dog parks, she treats each pup with individual attention, as well as, inspiring (and doggie tiring) group play. And for the "moms and dads" she documents each adventure in photos. And we have no idea how she "herds" the pack and takes such heartwarming and stunning photos. It can be a gamble when giving someone access to your home. Asking that person to take care of your family (pets) brings it up a notch. Carrie immediately won my parents over (not an easy feat) with her bubbly personality and clear passion for animals. We use Carrie's services when my parents travel. I am the go-to overnight pet-sitter for them but due to my long, unpredictable work hours, Carrie will come over 1-2 times daily to walk and feed Sadie. Carrie does not charge extra when my dog Bentley is there and takes him along on walks. Each visit Carrie leaves an adorable note on the counter with a recap. My parents dog (Sadie) is extremely fearful due to an abusive past owner. Carrie has won her over with patience and treats. This note is one of my favorites from Carrie: Sadie did excellent on our walks!! She and Bentley were so happy to see me each time I came. In fact, they never even barked at me (Not even on my first visit). We had a few beautiful sunny days which the dogs loved. Twice we went to the park. Einat, the owner, is very responsive and clearly cares about both her customers and her employees--and it shows in the quality of their service. Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. I asked them about it through text messages while on vacation, and they said the app was having "issues". We have 3 cats who need to eat twice a day (one of which requires medication twice daily). They were entering our home through our garage that keeps a log of the date/time it is opened/closed. When we got home from vacation, we checked our logs and found that what was showing on the pet app was accurate. They hadn't shown up for two visits and came extremely late for others. When we confronted them, they denied it and said they had come twice a day every day. Since our cats were alive and appeared fine, we didn't push it. However, I know they did not show up for a couple of visits which is completely irresponsible, unacceptable, and negligent. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
