We have asked Fairy Dogmom to walk our pups (three, poorly trained cavaliers--which is no easy task!), feed our kitties, board our dogs, and also stay at our home to take care of the full menagerie (three dogs and two cats). Fairy Dogmom has fulfilled all of our requests and done so reliably and with the utmost care and attention. For "normal" dog walks, we receive comprehensive and fun updates, complete with a narrative and photos, and when we have had a Fairy Dogmom stay with our dogs and cats, it's like we have left them in the capable and loving hands of a best friend--who updates us constantly by email about how our crew is doing. He has lots of anxiety and gets depressed whenever we have to leave him for extended periods. The first time we used this service, we left him with my brother and went on a trip out of state. Normally, he doesn't eat or poop when we leave him like this for a few days. However, he absolutely loved his walks with Ashley and my brother told us he ate and had a regular bathroom schedule! We got daily reports from Ashley and pictures with detailed information on if she gave him treats and his activities/pace during the walk. It was heartwarming to see our little guy being cared for while we were away. Because this was so great, we used the service again when I had to travel out of town. My husband was home but had to work really long hours so we had Marsha take Rockie for his afternoon/evening walks. Again, we got detailed reports and our little guy was very happy (evidenced by his regular eating and bathroom schedule). We also have a doorbell camera that automatically took a couple of 20 second videos and seeing how kind and caring Marsha was with our baby really put the icing on the cake! We interviewed a few dog sitters that just weren't interested in working with a dog with "issues", but Thomas took on the challenge and we are the lucky winners of his doing this. I can't thank him enough for now letting us have vacations again and not having to worry about Carter at the Kennel (he never was happy there) or at home alone with just some one letting him out.
