The owner was very snarky and obviously unappreciative of my patronage. When she finished the grooming, my husband and I joked to each other that our dog had a "turtle cut" because her top hair was long and her lower portions cut short, reminiscent of a turtle shell. I felt belittled the entire time I spoke to the owner/groomer. I will never go back.
