I've been here 4-5 times over the past 9 months, and every time I give them another chance my experience is not good. I was skeptical since they changed their name/brand to 'get rid of' the old negative reviews, so I tried to give them a chance, but cannot recommend going here. There is no customer service, nobody to answer questions or direct you or anything in the store, I have had to sign up for the loyalty program 3 times because it never 'takes', even when I sign up in the store with the employee verifying that it went through, so no I'm done. 4 chances is more than enough, given how much choice we have for dispensaries. read more

First off, I'm a med-patient. I picked up from this place I got about 319$ worth of things. I gave them 320$ and then I used my 10$ off points. So in total, it was 309$. I got my things and then I was driving home--then I noticed that the worker didn't give me back my cash (11$). So then I drove back and told them that they didn't give me my money back so they went through the process of calculating everything and then came to realize that they made a mistake. On the receipt, however, it said that I donated to their adoptive family program which I didn't say yes to this. After that, I get home and tried out my new RSO's and not only is it the most difficult thing to get the oil out of the syringe but why put RSO's in a GLASS syringe? The glass shattered. Overall, this dispensary just wanted to get quantity over quality when it comes to service. Pretty dissatisfied and frustrating. Edit: I followed up with the dispensary via email. The service then was more than great. It was super helpful! They explained how to warm up RSO's so it smoothly comes out. (Look into this via internet or ask Columbia Care if you are experiencing what I did with the RSO). I very much appreciate the follow-up. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I'm the fool for going back to this place time after time and expecting anything else from them. They do not provide the correct change, they don't fulfill orders timely, and tonight I was within the time frame for pickup and they refused service because they can't move quick enough. You get dirty looks when you don't tip them, when they're just scanning something and giving you the incorrect amount of change. Incredibly expedient here! This was my first time at a dispensary. I was ready to wait over an hour, based on all the demand at the moment. I was able to park right out front and finish within ten minutes. They had a nice waiting area with comfy chairs and menus. They are very generous with their points (accumulated for future discounts), and I love the senior discount!
