During my July visit, one of your receptionists was clearly sick (coughing, runny nose, hoarse voice), yet she was still working the front desk that day - passing back every customer's ID, touching all the door handles, coughing in every room she was in. This is my local dispensary. Nothing but great experiences here. They are also a cultivator so they can sell their own product at cheaper prices. They always have a wide variety of items, and their prices of all items are extremely competitive. Get the 1oz of shake (30% THC) for only $160. Also they have lots of discounts and they are very involved with the community. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Social distancing is good and the facility is neat and clean. The woman that helped me listed off a few things she had, but when I asked for some specific things she rudely repeated what she had previously stated she had- indicating that is the only thing she had. 3 people on a packed day, went in selection not great waited 15-20 mins to be constantly not taken becuase I was a first time customer and didn't have online order. Was told I didn't say I had a med card when I walked in to go wait in line again. (Quite the inconvenience when they don't have a parking lot and parking is payed) Would not recommend, product selection isn't great enough compared to other dispensary's especially with sub par customer care compared to other local dispos. read more

Inventory issues are way too often. Never have what they offer, always out of the higher quality items. No wonder why there is always a "discount bin" pay attention to your clients, no one wants that bottom barrel crap!! Menu on Leafly or weedmaps is never updated, you go in and look at the menu and they tell you stock is different from the menu....so take a second and update the menu!!! Otherwise, why have a menu if the budtender has to tell you what they have. Three weeks in a row with the same lineup, told every week new inventory is coming in. When came in, clearly they bought a small amount of inventory as it's already gone....concentrate menu has stayed the same, adding nothing...haven't had any updates in a month plus on this section. Drama with staff being told to me as I walk in for medicine, I could care less about and don't want to hear..now I'm being told new management is in place. The place was extremely overpacked for a pandemic. I was not able to stay 6 feet away from another person at anypoint while being inside. They asked me to take my mask off while the security guard was standing right next to me, which I refused letting them know that I would be happy to if they guard got 6 feet away. He did not and the blonde women seemed to get very angry with me for trying to be as safe as I can during a pandemic. They then had me go stand on a dot while ordering that was 2 feet away from another customer on their dot. Welp back again with another Review. Now I am 4/20 friendly. So, im all about getting the bang out of my buck when purchasing recreational Mary Jane. Well this is my third time shopping with this business and each time I have spent over 120-140$ you do the math that's almost 400$ in less than 3 months. Now, they have a loyalty rewards that I have been having difficulty getting access too. (For everything dollar you spend you rack up points etc.) Well this last time I went I was helped by Megan. Who is always a delight and helpful my first time shopping she was training on the register now she was on her own. But, I explained I was having issues with the rewards and so she went to ask a "manager" Luke? Or Kyle? Whatever his name was told Megan (loud enough for me to hear) that he couldn't help me with my loyalty issue. But, if I spent enough money then maybe. So I asked do I need to pull up my transaction history to show for a 5$ discount. But, without confrontation I thanked Megan for her help. But, from someone who shops around a lot this location has nice omnibus but service was a flop. Felt that if I was another race I would have gotten better help then what I received. If you must shop there fine but if you are looking for better service and more selection definitely shop elsewhere only worth it if you can get your loyalty rewards to work. read more

I had been going to this dispensary for the last 3 years. I stopped going when they decided to sell me "shake" only to get home and discover it was TRIM. After contacting them NUMEROUS TIMES and being told by their management staff that shake and trim are the same (THEY ARE NOT!!), I decided to take my business elsewhere. I used to spend over $3000 a month here. They have the highest turnover rate I've ever seen and the staff are completely UNEDUCATED, including the managers insisting shake and trim are the same. They LIED to me and told me the cultivator said shake and trim are the same. IT IS NOT!!! If you are a medical patient, take your business elsewhere. This place is not for medical patients. YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO SMOKE TRIM...you can smoke shake. OH they also told me all of their prerolls are made with trim - so buyers BEWARE. If you smoke trim you'll get a sore throat and nothing more. read more

Yes! I love Columbia Care. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The manager is awesome and keeps up with Weedmaps and Leafly so you know what they have in stock. They also do special orders. Staff are doing all the can for covid, big props to them for that. However, I stopped by this morning to get something after my late night to early morning shift to help with my anxiety as well to help me sleep. I ordered online to go pick it up, plain and simple. When I walked in, I was greeted by the security guards and the front desk very well, making my first impression of the dispensary very comforting and relaxing. When I went through the door to the main dispensary, I was told to stand on a circle for social distancing, pretty good experience so far. I gave my ID and cash to the bud tender and they proceeded with my order. As they were asking me questions, I took a step forward to get a better listen and the budtender next to them yells at me to stand back on the circle at full force, bringing everybody in the room to focus their attention on me. Long story short, my anxiety peaked right there. While I was trying to calm down and stay neutral, the budtender that yelled at me whispers, in a dead silent room mind you, to the nearby budtender saying that she should get a spray bottle for people like me so that we can stay back in the circle. I would have stayed in the circle if the budtender was clear and said to please try to stay there at all times instead of yelling, "I SAID STAY BACK THERE." I don't mind that she told me to step back for pandemic's sake. I mind that she could have handled it in a completely different way. This budtender was a shorter statured woman with short hair. It was dry, smelly, weak and expensive. If I buy a poor quality product at Jewel, I can return it without question. However, though Columbia Care chooses to sell inferior products at exorbitant prices, you cannot return the product. Foodie S. suggested customers perform research. The only research needed is to ask yourself these questions: Does the company sell good products and does the company stand behind its products? The answer to both those questions is--NO!
