I was told when I bought that there was no return unless it didn't work. the heating pad has 4 temp. settings...warm, low, medium, high. I had put it on the highest yet the heat was not that great. The pad was tested and manager told me the heating pad worked and refused to refund and kept on insisting I said it did not work. I corrected her several times when she insisted it worked but that I had said it did not. i repeated to her that at no time did I say it did not work but that the heat amount on high is very low. if it is that low on max I asked her what amount of heat is given off on low and medium.? She chose to ignore the question but just kept on insisting that I said it did not work...which I never ever did. She told me that it is the heat level set up by the company. i then suggested since others have complained about the same issue maybe she, as the manager, should contact the company to add a sticker on the box " minimum heat emitted on max" or at least have one heating pad available for customers to try. Maybe that would make customers the priority.

On the other wall are the displays for the machines then the masks & then the accessories such as pillows etc. I ended up getting the package which I think is a great deal compared to what hubby got the first time he bought his cpap machine. To show you how nice Michele is we had come in around lunch time & she recommended a place to get a good burger. She even let us leave our bulky bags there so we didn't have to lug them to the restaurant. Talk about service!
