The staff were wonderful and took the time to address any areas of concern. We actually had to return a product as the size didn't quite work and they were excellent in handling our refund. It was nice to deal with such caring staff that has a great concern for the patient rather than the sale. The products are very affordable for rental and for purchase. I'd recommend people stopping in there. It does get a bit busy there at times since both times I've been there, there was only one person working. But it is worth the wait. They are good at multi-tasking and do their best to get to everyone.

I was told when I bought that there was no return unless it didn't work. the heating pad has 4 temp. settings...warm, low, medium, high. I had put it on the highest yet the heat was not that great. The pad was tested and manager told me the heating pad worked and refused to refund and kept on insisting I said it did not work. I corrected her several times when she insisted it worked but that I had said it did not. i repeated to her that at no time did I say it did not work but that the heat amount on high is very low. if it is that low on max I asked her what amount of heat is given off on low and medium.? She chose to ignore the question but just kept on insisting that I said it did not work...which I never ever did. She told me that it is the heat level set up by the company. i then suggested since others have complained about the same issue maybe she, as the manager, should contact the company to add a sticker on the box " minimum heat emitted on max" or at least have one heating pad available for customers to try.
