This was a very friendly and clean hotel and casino. We got there on Friday check-in was simple and quick the front desk person was friendly and efficient. The hotel is small but there is a great movie theater attached as well as a bingo area, and gambling machines. Due to Covid only 2 of the 4 restaurants were open for business. The food was good and priced reasonably for the portions you got, all the staff from housekeeping to restaurant personnel. They always greeted you with a smile. If you are ok with not being on the strip but having a safe and friendly environment to be in, I recommend this hotel. The only down side was the wall were a little thin so voices and tv's did make it through. But it wasn't too bad. read more

We came to Cannery Casino to watch a movie at the Luxury movie theatre. We really didn't go through the casino because we had kids with us but we did have a chance to eat at the Cannery Cafe. There are a few restaurants in the casino (Mexican, pizza and a steakhouse) but they were all closed until 5:00 and we had gotten a matinee. The Cafe had many chooses to choose from and they even served all day breakfast. We had to be quick because our movie wasn't that far away. The food got there right on time and we had about 15 min to eat. We were sort of disappointed with our food. It was very bland, sort of like a hospital dietary food. I ordered salmon with mixed vegetables. There was no seasoning on either items and the salmon was pretty small for it being $15.99. My son had ordered a well done steak and it came out pink. We didn't have time to send back so we just took it home. They do serve wine/beer at the cafe. My daughter ordered French toast which she said was really good. I had a few bites and it was tasty. It is very cute in the cafe. They have more traditional paintings which was different. I did not smell any smoke in here which was great being most of these casinos have smoking through out. The best part about the casino was the movie theatre. I really enjoyed the reclining seats and the tray that pulls in front. Super comfortable and a lot of privacy with the huge wall in between sections. Being it was matinee we got a cheaper rate. We got a popcorn combo for $23. This popcorn is huge! And it came with 2 large drinks. I think that is an awesome deal. I will definitely be seeing more movies at this theatre in the future read more

I work here as a Craps dealer so I may be biased. When I first came to Las Vegas from Texas this was the best place to stay. Ten minutes minutes away from the strip. No resort fees and clean rooms. Loved it so much I got a job here. The theme inside the casino and everywhere is like the 1950 movies with pin up models and American propaganda posters. People are nice and workers are friendly. If you do come to play instead of just to sleep and a place to stay the pit is full of beginners. The dealers here are break in. Fresh out of dealer school. Odd are great compared to the strip. Blackjack is 3:2 and there is a $3 table minimum. There is room service and the casino has a movie theater. It's a great family casino besides Circus Circus which is directly on the strip. There is almost no smell of smoke and the floor is clean compared to other local casinos. Plenty of freebies. Every 2hours free money is given out to players club card holders at the tables in $25 chips or one $100 winner. Weekly there is a drawing for smart TVs or Xbox ones depending on the promotions. If you gamble often you can get cigarette tokens for free smokes or free Buffett tickets or movies just ask the people running around in the pit watching the dealers. Too long didn't read: Overall clean casino with good odds, family friendly fairly little smoke, and a small Utopia. You could rest here, play, and be entertained for a reasonable amount of money. I booked my hotel online through hotels.com. It's about 15-25 minutes of driving from the hotel to the strip (depending on the traffic, if there are any concerts, etc). It's a lot more affordable than the 3 star hotels on the strip if you book through a third party. There isn't much of a view unfortunately but it's not on the strip, so that was expected. The parking garage has an elevator that leads you right into the hotel. Check-in was super easy and didn't take too long. There was a creepy lady who was asking everyone in line if they had reservations. I didn't see that management did anything about it, the lady was helping customers in front of me but she was aware of the person, as this creepy lady cut someone in line and talked to her for a minute before she walked away and started asking people if they had reservations. The casino was very beautiful and clean, tidy, and neat. It was also outdated with the decor. It was organized and not confusing as there are signs to direct you everywhere. There was the smells of strong cigarette smoke in the casino but that is expected. I really liked the fact that in order to get into the hotel rooms, you have to scan your key card before you will be let to where the rooms are. We were room 147 and it wasn't too much of a walk at all as we were still on the first floor. Once you get into the hotel room, you can't smell the cigarette smoke anymore. It smelled fresh and clean and it was really pretty. The decor and paint/wall borders were very outdated. The carpet was kind of gross and needed to be replaced. The bed sheets had a few stains on them but smelled nice and clean. We checked for bed bugs and no sign of them! The bathroom was immaculate! It was beautiful and clean. The bathtub drain was a little old and rusty but other than that, it was clean and smelled clean. There were two fresh towels left in the bathroom for us. There was no microwave or coffee pot. Cool thing is that they have a restricted access (you have to use your key card) coffee room for hotel customers only. There was a tiny mini fridge in the room. We couldn't figure out how to connect the laptop tot he tv even though it says you can. The coffee room had basic coffee and creamer and tea I believe. Nothing fancy, just Folgers I believe. But it was nice to have a coffee room. I will say that we didn't have a wait but i could see that being an issue as only two people can fit in there at a time, it's extremely tiny. We only stayed one night for a comedy show at the MGM Grand, so I don't check out the pool, restaurants, or casino. The beds were okay, they weren't very comfortable and I woke up a lot throughout the evening. In the morning, we found a cricket on one of the beds and that was the only critter we ever saw. Before we left, checkout was seamless. The gift shop was nice. It had what we needed and then some. We needed masks, and an iPhone charger for the car, and my fiancé wanted a shot of alcohol, and we were bale to get all that. Overall, it was an okay hotel for the price. My main issue was the beds as I didn't sleep that great. Also, finding a cricket was kinda gross. It's good for last minute booking when you are low on funds and need somewhere to stay without breaking the bank as long as you don't mind driving or getting an Uber/taxi to the strip. read more

Some of the WORST slot machines in the country. Verified with a friend of mine and their machines are set to payback a maximum of 85 percent. You literally have NO CHANCE of winning anything. The only reason this place stays in business is because their customer base consists primarily of undocumented immigrants. They don't know any better, and that's just sad. Nicely kept interior but ventilation worse than others and you will smell smoke. Dealers messed up a couple times and tried to correct themselves, but they were inconsistent and not at all entertaining in conversation, mannerisms or dress. Rewards system is effectively spend $1 get 1 point. Restaurants inside are nothing to write home about; all are ones you probably wouldn't visit of you weren't stuck in a casino. We are in town at Nellis Air Force Base for a Red Flag exercise and chose this hotel to stay at. The hotel is definitely dated in the furnishings, but is very clean and they do not gauge you with a resort fee, . They also offer free wifi and parking, plus important to us, is right down Craig from the base for us. The property is conveniently close to interstate 15, so you can take a quick drive down to the strip. The Casino has a large selection of older slots and isn't packed, like some of the other strip establishments. If you need a place to stay, without the frills, you should take a look at the Cannery. read more

I'm being generous with one star. I sent a query in March 2024 asking why the smoking section was moved. I received an auto-reply stating we'll respond shortly. I'm still waiting (it's now July). I went to the casino to ask the question in person and got as far security. They couldn't answer the question and could't even give me the contact information for someone in charge who could answer the question. I am a 20 year Air Force veteran and the first thing you learn in the military is your chain of command. There is always someone available to answer questions. At the Cannery, there seems to be no one in charge. Who do you talk to if you have an issue besides security? I've been going to the Cannery since they opened in 2003 (I think) but since going to the Durango over the weekend, I'd much rather spend the time and gas to travel there then down the street at the Cannery. The Cannery is turning into another Silver Nugget. If you don't know what the Silver Nugget is, look for it on Las Vegas Bouldvard in North Las Vegas. A strong away from being blown over. We visited the Cannery for the first time. We walked up to a Craps table and the limit was $5. The dealers looked at us (Asians) and there was no Asians at the table and they raised it to $10. It was 11:30 AM on a Sunday and the table was half full. I'm not saying they are racist, but it looked bad to us. We left and went to Jerry's Nugget for the first time and found a great restaurant called Jerry's Famous Coffee Shop. It was a great meal. If the dealers at the Cannery didn't raise the limit, we would have never found Jerry's. Needless to say, I'm giving the dealers at the Cannery 5 stars for teaching us to not play at the Cannery and start going to Jerry's Nugget where they have a $5 craps table and a great coffee shop. read more

This place was horrible. You only get 4 channels you can watch if you don't speak Spanish or want to watch sports all day. They put the hotel part right next to the smoking section of the casinos so that smell lingers into the hallway. We requested a new remote on Monday it is now Saturday and it never arrived. There's no separate parking purchased hotel park it's combined with the casino so you do have to Parkette distance away. The staff is very nice though that's why they're getting a score of one. This casino is very outdated but still charge you resort fees and to use their Internet. I have stayed in much less expensive hotels on my travels and will take that over this place any day. I needed to be in a handicap room and the shower when you go to take it floods the whole entire bathroom floor. read more

I am treated better at the cannery than I am at Texas Station and that is why I have been going to the cannery instead. Texas station assigned me a host and then she subsequently ignored all my emails and also the station casinos DO NOT respond to emails ever and do not comment on reviews done on yelp or google. Swiped at the cannery kiosk and was pleasantly surprised to find 50.00 in free play. They also have been offering free rooms which I have not had the opportunity to take advantage of yet. Wash charged $30 to launder a jacket. Two front desk personnel told me that there's same day service and didn't notify me of an extra charges. When I picked up my jacket, there was a $20 rush charge. Sent Laurie, the manager, an email with no response. And only one of their washing machines were working in the customer laundry room. Since the hotel was full, it was near impossible to wash laundry on your own without using the hotel's laundry service. read more

3.5 stars This review is just for the casino, as I have not stayed at the hotel. This a good locals casino located in North Las Vegas. The casino is not too smokey(it is a casino, after all) the staff I have encountered are almost always friendly and helpful. Only the bartenders at the bar in the center of the casino are shakey. Some days they are good, but other days seem indifferent and slow to acknowledge you (and thats still after tipping???I dont get it). Drink service is pretty good on the casino floor(as long as you tip, of course) Race and Sports Book has an awkward setup and is made for race bettors, not a great place to try and watch the game, but good just to get your bets in and watch elsewhere. I frequent the movie theater they have on the west end of the casino. Very clean, full service movie theater. The buffet is average at best. If you dont catch a screaming deal on it, than go hit a stations casino buffet. I do, however, love the Victory Cafe. If you can catch it when its not busy its good solid food at a very affordable price. All in all, this is one of the better off strip local spots. read more

Bearing in mind all the caveats associated with gambling in general, (see my review of Soboba Casino), let's talk about the Cannery Casino experience. Sweet thang and I arrived around 5pm on a Saturday and check-in was a breeze. Valet parked the red scream dream and bellman got the gear to the room. we stayed in room 352 which is in the non-smoking section and the room was very good. Had a nice view of the pool. (See the picture). The only downside at all was having to walk through the smoking section to get to our room and apparently the hallways are used, (part of the bldg design I would presume), as part of the whole structures ventilation/ air exchange system. The hallways in the smoking section reeked of smoke. Short of that, no complaints. Super huge upvote for the freakin' shower head in our bathroom. I am dang in luuuuuvvvv! I've called them back since and tried to find out who makes said unit, but so far Denora, (?), the lady in charge of rooms or hospitality hasn't gotten back to me. If any of you yelpers or yelperettes know who makes that marvelous shower head, drop ol' Panochey a line and bust it out for me. My other picture is of the cooler in the gift shop. It's on your right as you enter the casino floor from the guest rooms. So what's the big deal? Tall boys. Nuthin' but tall Boys as far as the eye can see. If you want a beer, this is the secret place to hit. No sense in messin' with pints, eh? 12oz. cans or bottles? How gauche. The prices looked about right too. Da-amn. Our play here mirrored what Erica M. Said about the Eastside Cannery. I pretty much broke even. I did not see a single hand pay while in town. Apparently the machines now are rigged to not pop. Kinda sucks. Ate late night at Victory's, (a life saver), Champagne brunch Sunday morning was decent if uninspired. The only true minus was that when we called for a bellmen to check out, (Ol' Panochey's ticker ain't so hot), we waited 45 minutes before deciding to go ahead and hike it mano a mano. I survived. It looked like there was only one guy running the valet and no bellmen. ? C'est la vie. Would I stay again? I have seen some good scams in my day but Cannery has a slick one. While you are playing the machines they have an automated message that goes out telling everyone that someone has won a big jackpot but in reality no one won anything. You don't hear anyone yelling or jumping for joy. They do that so that we foolishly keep pumping money into the machines hoping to be that random winner. Guess what? There is no winner. The many times I have come here and that notice flashes on the screen, there is NO ONE in the casino who won. Nice trick, but very bogus. read more

I'd go 3.5 for this hotel and casino. We were here to watch The Beach Boys perform; otherwise, I'm sure we would've stayed on The Strip. There is plenty of free parking and check-in was quick. It's definitely not as smoky as many of the casinos, which was great, and our room, while a little worn and tired, was spacious and fit our needs for the one night we were staying. The A/C did take awhile to cool down, but I guess one can only expect that in the desert. We reserved a room that came with a $20 credit at the steakhouse. They offer a $30 prix fixe menu which was a good value. It comes with steak topped with veggies, side of mashed potatoes, asparagus, side salad and dessert. First though, we ate our fill of the (seemed homemade) potato chips at the bar and the yummy bread basket. If you order the prix fixe, you can choose a side size of any of the salads. The chopped salad was a generous portion and very good. I didn't expect the steak to come topped with veggies and a sauce, but it was also tasty and cooked nicely. The dessert, banana bread pudding, was an excellent end to the meal. If you dine here, make a reservation. We didn't mind sitting at the bar, plus we couldn't wait for a table since we were going to the show. The music venue here is partially indoors and the rest outdoors. I was worried that I would be suffering, but the show started 8 p.m. and the weather was cool and perfect. The chairs are close together, so get cozy with your neighbor, but it was just a huge relief that it wasn't hot. We're not huge gamblers so only played a few penny slots and called it good. Next morning we went for the buffet (hey, when in Vegas) priced at $8 per person, which I thought more than reasonable for the omelet station, waffles, bacon, sausage, pastries and everything else you could possibly want on a breakfast buffet. The food was comparable to a Denny's. Nothing great, but not too bad either. The casino is close to Fremont Street and a good option if you're seeing a show here or even wanting to save some money on your next Vegas trip. read more

Self-parking was a bit confusing because they are apparently re-doing their main entrance. But Valet Parking was offered free of charge. The rooms are basic but nice, and the beds have good mattresses. Very comfortable to sleep on. The heat-a/c unit was quiet, much better than the usual window boxes!! The casino is nice, not huge but not tiny either. It has a good selection of machines/games The best part is the people. I forgot a jacket and whenever I realized it we were not able to go back. I called and the front desk had housekeeping look. They not only found it, they offered to mail it back to me - free of charge!!! read more

In all fairness let me start off with this was a business trip that I did not pay for it so I do not know how much the rates are all I can do is comment on the quality of the rooms the service and the food in the many restaurants The rooms are clean and attached to the casino, inside are several restaurants there is even a theater, the first thing I noticed when walking in our room is there are no microwaves or coffee makers we do have a mini fridge so that's a plus. It's a few minute ride to the convention center and even less to the drag strip depending on the direction you're going I've stayed here several times over the last three years and never had any problem some of the other amenities are pools and laundry, and a small gift shop read more

Well we stayed reopening weekend.. the room we stayed in had a very bad odor when we complained that nothing.. to n the morning complained again.. this time wanted an id and when we didn't have called security on us... totally embarrassing.. after my son called me and told me what they doing finally moved his room. I would give the casino about 3-4 stars before. But since they got rid of the non smoking area by bingo I give it a 1 star. They put the non smoking area by a door going to the outside. It is a small not well marked area now. People coming in from the outside and have their cigarettes lit as they go through the non smoking area. Glad they put such thought into this move. Since the non smokers are treated like this I will no longer go to the Cannery. The bean counters want their smokers to be happy. The Park MGM is completely non smoking in the casino and does very well. Since non smokers far outnumber smokers you would think their pea brains would get to the 21st century. First of all, I came for a nice place to rest, not for the casino. I didn't realize how big the casino portion would be. Arriving on a typical 100+ degree August day, the shaded valet check-in was welcome. Hotel check-in was quick and efficient. A cart helped with carrying things up to my room. The very professional valet was the best part of the visit. There was no microwave oven in my room, so I ate yesterday's pizza cold. No coffee maker, either. Coffee is available in the casino area through a key card entrance into a small room with push button coffee, from Folgers. It was better than I expected. Wireless Internet comes in two forms: free and not-free. The complementary services has a speed of just (up to) ONE Mbps without security. Otherwise, pay $10/day for 10 Mbps. This is way behind the times. The television shows about 20 channels for free, but movies and porn are extra cost. When I walked through the casino area, I was blown away by the smell of smoke. When I first went to a LV casino in 1977, smoking was the norm and nobody thought anything of it. But today, with better health standards, it was shocking to have to breathe that cancer-causing second-hand smoke. It was not a good place for anyone's good health. I also noticed a LOT of very overweight people, sitting motionless at their choice of gambling addiction, and futilely trying to win. Nobody seemed happy. It was depressing. No gambling for me this night! With the smoke, I truthfully thought I was experiencing being in Hell. Are there such things as smoke-free casinos? The bed was very comfortable. Room temperature control was spot on. The room was fairly quiet. The shower and drape were modern and clean. Overall, it was the room that was satisfactory. The casino, meh. Rehearsed, disingenuous apologies, that's what I think of when I think of this casino now. What an abysmal experience in our city whose name is built upon hospitality and customer service. I've been to the Cannery three times, all by choice. I went out of my way to visit and seem to be punished for doing so. I had heard good things about a few of the restaurants, and that it tended to be a quieter scene than casinos closer to where I live. Generally appealing for those two reasons. I was also told that they are now a part of Coast casinos, having transitioned (past tense), and that I could use my player's card points here. That was confirmed the first two visits when I only went to the sportbook, but I was told by them that I could use my Boyd card. Fast-forward to a week later when I invited a friend for breakfast at Victory's Cafe, only going because I could use my points to treat a guest. Confirmed again at the door, there is a sign stating you should have "your player's card and ID" ready to use points. I thought to myself, "good, I'm ready!" To be clear, our meals were quality, and our waiter Oscar was attentive and kind. However, when the bill came and he ran my card to the register, he returned looking frustrated. They told him the BOYD player's card couldn't be used because they hadn't fully integrated yet. YET. I went to the lady at the register who said the same thing. I called for a manager who came to our table, and she said the same thing, all with a rehearsed disingenuous apology. I asked her if she felt like their advertising, both at the sportbook and with the sign up front was misleading, to which she only continued to apologize, and offered no tangible showing of customer concern when I said well that I guess this is the first and last time I'll be coming here. This display by staff was embarrassing. For them. This operation is a classic bait&switch. If your establishment is utilizing two different player's card systems, you need to make that clear up front. If you're going to "transition," it should be done with some efficiency, transparency, and with your customers in mind: that is, don't stick it to customers who come in with perfectly reasonable expectations based on the advertising you've provided. I tried to make this right in person, but was met with unprofessional dismissiveness. So, here's an earned 1-star review, which seems to resemble many of the low reviews of this joint, whereas most of the 5-star reviews are from faceless nobodies. Take your guess which ones reflect actual experiences and which do not. Heck, even their Irish coffee at the center bar was weak. An experience that also involved a curt bar staff--dude and lady, I came to *you* so you wouldn't have to walk over to take my order per your job. Show some civility if not gratitude. Deserves negative stars. Horrific hotel, terrible service, lacking the very basic amenities. Dirty carpets in the room. Brocken/crakes/ in places sheltered power outlets. The beds are visibly worn out ( indented from the bodies) Moldy shower. Sheets are practically see-through. I'm surprised they have toilet paper. You can't even get hot water to the room. I was told "but you can have complimentary coffee in the morning." Towels are old and the non smoking room reeks of smoke. Your key will only works on one hallway that is on the very other end of the hotel. Consolations need to be made 48 hours prier. So I'm stuck paying for this whole for now but I wouldn't touch those beds with a ten foot pole. This is my first review ever and believe me I travel a lot. The cannery is the worst! I feel as if I am punished for not liking smoke every person in the non smoking area is complaining about the machines I spent over $500 and every bonus I got payed me $10 or less! It's a shame when even the employees recognize it! Stay far far away from cannery all it will do it eat your money and leave you broke and then you might get a drink if your lucky because this is an unmanned area!!! read more

While covering CES in Las Vegas, we got as chance to review the Cannery in North Las Vegas. The resort offers many of the things you would expect from Las Vegas; gaming, entertainment, and food and we had a chance to experience a lot of what the locale had to offer. Our check in was very easy and it was nice to see that we could not enter the hotel portion of the resort without using our room key. There was also a security desk inside which added to the level of security. Our rooms was clean and spacious and offered free Wi-Fi as well as a fridge, desk, and cable as well as plenty of room to rest and relax after a long day. The hotel offers room service from Victory's Café and coffee is available to guests in the morning by the main desk. The buffet was about to close when we checked in so we decided to have dinner at Casa Cocina and had a very nice dinner of fresh Mexican cuisine which was great after our trip over. After our day at CES and catching a show on the strip, we wanted some quiet dining options later and night and Victory's was just the spot as they offered hearty breakfasts 24hrs a day as well as plenty of American dishes. I had a huge sandwich with homemade chips which was perfect for late night dining. The Cannery does have a formal Italian restaurant and Steakhouse as well as quick service Pizza and take out for those on the go. We made sure to enjoy lunch and breakfast at the buffet which offered great service and a wide range of cuisine, Mexican, Asian, American, and more as well as amble dessert and salad options. Breakfast was fantastic as well from custom Omelets to the usual breakfast fare including some great Mexican options. The resort also has a pool which was closed for the season during our stay but there is a gym as well as laundry facility for guests. The locale is also near numerous fast food and convenience stores if guests cannot find what they need at the local gift shop or vending machines. The weekend brought a sold out comedy show to the club and there were plenty of interesting acts on the schedule. For those looking for a movie, there is a Galaxy Cinema on site which offers a large selection of films in what is often called the best cinema experience in locale polls. There was plenty of free parking and as hotel guests, we had our own key access points which enabled us to come and go without having to walk around to the main door and walk through the gaming area. We had a nice and relaxing stay during our visit and found The Cannery in North Las Vegas to be a pleasant surprise which exceeded our expectations and offered great service as well. This review is for the Cannery Bingo parlor and their false advertising. The Cannery falsely advertises Bingo games on Saturdays pay double pay, all the way. To me, this means all games on Saturday are double pay. Not so. The first Bingo game of the session only pays single pay. I asked the Bingo staff why they don't pay double pay on the first game. I showed the manager the advertisement which states, "Double Pay, All the Way on Saturday". "All the way" to me means every game. The manager told me they have never paid double on the first game and that is how they have always done it. This is a poor excuse and does nothing to resolve their false advertising. Resolving this would be easy. Either change the poster to "except on the first game" or pay double. read more

I can see why this hotel has only three stars. Hotel staff is not honest. Manager very rude and unwilling to accommodate for unavailable amenities that are unavailable which we pay for when booking with a hotel. Nothing comes out of your pocket for kindness. 7 months pregnant and here with husband for his work class...jacuzzi has been down and is the only amenity we booked for. They don't care at all. Manager tells me they aren't prepared to offer any compensation for the trouble. 24 hour restaurant has been closed twice since we've checked in. Staff upon check in had no idea how to properly check us in, maybe she was new. Took about 30 minutes. All in all, the rudeness of the manager is the reason I will never return. I've stayed at the Cannery three times now. Our most current time was a trip to southern Utah and we stayed here twice in late September 2020. I was impressed at the steps the hotel has taken for COVID with a few exceptions. Most notably: charging an extra service fee for packaging meals in to go boxes so we could eat them in our rooms and not in Victory Cafe. They would not deliver meals to our room (we called the lobby to ask first). We would have gone out to eat but the food really is delicious at Victory. The loss of two stars was because of the last night we spent there. About 1:30 at night, we woke to our neighbors having a loud argument. It continued for quite awhile (10 minutes) and I was going to try to ignore it but then it got violent and that was not ok with me. I called the lobby and asked them to send security up. They did and promptly. Once security left, things quieted down for awhile but then it stared up again and again I had to call for security. That time it did the trick and we were able to sleep the rest of the night. In the morning when we checked out, the front desk clerk didn't want to hear about the issues and was rude about it. I was actually going to thank them for sending security. I asked for the manager and the clerk said everything was in the security's notes. I never received a call or an apology or anything from the management and was surprised since I'd up until then received excellent care and service. The incident has left me hesitant to return and in the future, I think I'll seek another hotel to stay at...there certainly are a lot to choose from. What a shame! read more

Please do not ever gamble at this casino. I just Gambled there and had to leave 100 dollars in the machine . ALL THERE slot machines were down . They had to hand pay even if it was 25 cents. There are many people who have been waiting hours for the person to come around and hand pay and they do NOT tell you this when you come into the casino . They know that the machines are all down and the wait time is a minimum of 3 hours to be paid , and yet they do not care . They could be making announcements , they could put a sign up , etc . This is the worst managed casino in all of Las Vegas . I see no reason for anyone to ever go there . read more
