Santa Fe Station Casino and Hotel is part of Station Casinos. We came here for the Oyster Bar and walked around. Has a theater, bowling alley, Kids Quest arcade, sports book area, bingo, poker room, lot of things to do. The food court is very similar to all the Station casinos like Red Rock. Lots of restaurants and food deals. Parking is free.

    Slow day in the casino

I come here (Santa Fe Bowling Lanes) every week to cheer on my husband who is in the bowling league. Sometimes when he's bowling, I will walk around the casino to get my steps in. While walking around, I notice that for an older casino, this place has been kept up quite well, and is very clean. I have not seen the rooms, but I assume by the appearance of the casino, that the rooms are probably kept up too. It is a quiet casino compared to the ones on the strip. Again I'm assuming that's because a lot of locals gamble here. The sign outside says the rooms start at $44.99. That's a real good nightly price for a room in this area. The casino offers a movie theatre, game room for the kids, and a very nice food court with several fast food restaurants, a Starbucks, and an ice cream shop. There are also several restaurants, and of course many bars.

Came here to the Oyster Bar on a Friday around 1pm and there was no wait, which I loved. Once we ordered, the food did take about 30-40 minutes, but you can tell it's cooked fresh, so I didn't mind too much. My meal was really good overall. I ordered the gumbo with shrimp and crab, the flavor was definitely there and the texture was good. They also allow you to pick the spice level you want. I chose 4 and it was just enough spice for me. Only thing is, I honestly couldn't see or find any crab in it, which was a little disappointing. I do wish the waitress would have asked if I wanted okra because I actually hate okra and had to pick it all out. Not a deal breaker, but something that would have made the experience better. Overall, I enjoyed my food and I would order the gumbo again but next time I'll ask for no okra and clarify the crab situation.

This place is really cool! Other than me having to get security to walk me up the stairs because I do not ride elevators it's was a good stay and they were really nice about it. Our room was big and comfortable, we also played bingo and ate a club sandwich from one of their restaurants and pancakes at 1am in the morning from another restaurant. They were so yummy and the ladies at the bingo hall were so helpful. Definitely a place to stay if you don't want to be close to the strip. Also make sure you get one of their cards because you will need it for some of the food specials.

DO NOT STAY AT THE SANTE FE unless you want to get WRONGLY ACCUSED OF SMOKING IN THE ROOM! Their "fresh air sensor" in the room alerted them that we were supposedly smoking in the room - we DEFINITLEY WERE NOT! We are not smokers. They charged us $250 for this and the only recourse is to ask for a "review" by the company that makes and monitors the sensors for them. No phone number so you can actually talk to someone. The manager was no help either. Refused to even come up to our room to investigate for himself. There was a smoke smell in the hallway leading to our room as well as a large gap at the bottom of the door, a dingy smell from the vent above the entry to the room and the ac vent blows right next to these sensors. DON'T STAY HERE AND BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM! The rooms are OLD, the beds are HORRIBLE and the management team doesn't care about guests. They are LIARS and THIEVES!

Parking: Easy & Free Lobby: Clean, easy to navigate, plenty of signs to guide you Expo Meeting Room space: Fantastic Drawback? Too much cigarette smoke wafting. I know it's normal for people to gamble & smoke, but air purifiers can make it more bearable for the rest of us.

I'm a regular and tonight I was on fire! Spent about 5 hours gambling. I figured I would stop while I was ahead. Now to go eat. Wing stop sounds good! Good luck everyone!

We come here once a year for competitions. Rooms are basic, no microwave, no coffee pot There is a mini fridge and small toiletries in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and welcoming but the casino itself isn't my favorite. Filled with stinky cigarette smoke our hair and clothing are so smelly just from walking through. The marketing is kinda sketchy, I received a promo flyer in the mail for free play if we stayed on certain dates. We stayed on the dates but did not get the credits and I spoke with 3 different people to ask why. Short answer was I only get the free play if I booked through their non user friendly website. If we didn't have to come here I probably would not come back here. Parking is "free" but if you're a hotel guest you get "resort" fees. This place is so far from a resort its laughable. It has several food options in the food court area. The bowling alley that we got a Bogo deal for at checkin was only for non cosmic bowling and we were only able to attend during cosmic hours, again slimy marketing schemes.

We have visited the Santa Fe Station Casino off and on over the past 5 years to attend concerts at the Chrome Showroom, for casino play and sports betting, watch their live DJs, and eat at the variety of restaurants they have. This casino has it all to include a movie theater, bowling alley, showroom, restaurants and lounge, poker room and more. The staff is friendly and parking is easy and free. The only negative is that smoking is allowed in the casino so sometimes you will notice it. Overall, it is a very good establishment and we have had good experiences here.

This review is based on the restaurant The Brass Fork. We didn't stay here we stayed on the strip but we came here Saturday and Sunday for breakfast. Did a little slot play but that was it. Had a Bloody Mary on Sunday for breakfast with my steak and eggs. It was delicious. The steak knife they gave me was so dull the serrated knife worked best to cut my steak. Hash browns nice and crispy and my eggs were cooked to perfection both days. Saturday I had the American breakfast bacon , eggs and hash browns and marbled rye toast. We plan on going back and staying here.

Came here for the $1.99 margaritas....yum! Easy parking and not a lot of people. We ate at the Brass Fork and got the special $5.99 cheeseburger and fries but Must have the players club card. The burger patty was a little small but it was cooked nicely with a bit of char on it and the bun was toasted. The fries were good and served with ketchup. Our server was Sandra who was very nice.

I've never stayed at this hotel. But I did visit their movie theaters, enjoyed several eateries at their food court and did a little bit of gambling. Every bit of customer service that I received across the board was decent/pleasant and made for a good visit.

It's located in the TRULY seedy Downtown Fremont Street section, and believe me, it earns that reputation. Any hour of the day or night, if you walk outside, you'll see hobos, beggars for money and types that makes security questionable. Police presence ALL over the place, even at 7am. Unpleasant. As for the hotel, it's 21 only, that's nice. They check ID every time and every door, also nice, although for guests I think they could come up with a better way. Had a Stadium Swim Corner room. It was nice, decent, far from spectacular. The views, nice for sure, but the bathroom and shower, extremely slippery floors and no mats to protect, very dangerous. Standard in most ways, furnishings plain, nothing great. Bed fine not spectacular. Air conditioning, the worst!! I get this same type of poor air conditioner at 30 + year old Strip hotel, not the speak of this 4 year old resort. Are they nuts. It was 113 when I was there, the room never got below 70 and even so it took 5-6 hrs after arrival before it even reached that level. Embarrassing. Check in, was fine, quick, the elevators to the rooms, I loved and the use of the card to gain access felt safe, secure and modern. Casino pretty standard, spread out over 2 floors, generally clean and modern, good selection, payouts lousy. At the table games on the first floor, girls scantily clad dancing on tables all around. Hmm. Well it's a 21 plus only, so I guess so. Although are they a casino or a strip club? One has to wonder. Hey, I'm not a prude, but let's be serious here, what are they actually selling? Mega Bar is huge, but the servers need help. Not overly pleasant, and worst yet, as I was playing there machines, I got CHARGED for a drink. Later to be told by a delightful cocktail server, it would have been free, hmm. Overcharging! Sleeping was just OK. Sports book is great, I must say, probably the best in Vegas, so if that's your thing, you might love it here. 2 floors high, huge screen, nice. Just stay inside, don't venture to the trash zone right outside the front door, where I got asked for $$$ right at the door!! Stadium Swim is a huge and well designed pool, however, there is ZERO shade, not a bit unless you pay for a Cabana, and as I walked around it, in 113 degree weather with no shade, it was hotter than imaginable. It is impressive I must say, but there are equally good pools in Vegas. One great thing, a server who worked 2-10am on the 2nd floor, she was awesome, the best part of my stay!! Can't praise her enough. They also charge for parking, even to hotel guests, $25 per day!! Wynn gives free parking to guests!! Is Circa nuts? Circa wants to poise itself as a 5 star luxury resort. NOT A CHANCE!! Don't listen to the You Tubers who are paid off, given free everything or sponsorship. This is NOT a 5 star resort, nothing here earns that. It has some benefits for sure. It needs improvement. Doubtful I'll ever be back, I can't see many reasons. From the average room, the rip off at the Bar, the lousy area it resides in, the questionable service from some, and just general indifference, (see my Legacy Club review for more disappointment) this isn't there place to be. If you're spending this type of $$$, check out the Strip Hotels...you can def find better pricing and more amenities there, and BETTER air conditioning. The Wynn as an example, the only 5 Star Resort, the air conditioner worked every second, and the room was constantly cool or cold, and it never failed once, and took seconds to start!! That's 5 star luxury, and it was cheaper than Circa!! Amazing. First time, last time. This may be the newest kid in old and seedy Downtown but it just doesn't live up to expectations. I'm actually disappointed I wasted my 2 days there, it wasn't worth it. But now I know for future. There won't be a return.

As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. We stayed here the end of July for 4 nights. The vibe of this hotel are just so Las Vegas. You really have everything you need in the building or within walking distance. If you are doing a weekend trip to Vegas and don't have a car, this is probably the spot for you. You can walk to many places on the strip from this hotel. As for the hotel itself...the casino is great. It's very spread out in my opinion. I didn't too much gambling, but I did do a lot of eating! And this place does not lack on the food variety. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and late night dinner...they have it all. The room...Most of the rooms have a terrace balcony. Which is rare in Las Vegas. We had a fountain view of the Bellagio, but I imagine the views from the other side are just a good. The rooms are clean and very spacious. And the bed! Wow that was comfortable. We did order room service one night and not only was the service fast, but the food was amazing! And the portion size was very generous. I absolutely loved this place and we have already booked our stay again for next Summer!
