But our bartender, by the name of Red? What a lady. What a lady! Knowledgeable, personable, professional, and approachable. She helped us make beer and cider selections, and made some spirit and shot suggestions. And. And! She was so nice on the phone when we called to see if the joint was open, and how late it would be open. Our plan was to visit a few different places, but we just stayed here until close. They do have hard seltzers there but I think it's White Claw and not Topo Chico which seems to be the preferred brand in my demographic. And naturally, a variety of local and mainstream beers across all price points. He shared that Flyleaf was hosting a Boy Band event with great music playing and lots of patrons taking advantage of their Sunday Brunch offerings. It was very festive and standing room only at the moment. They host various theme events every month. Although I have included the menu, their food offerings change too. They had a great book selection. I was impressed that they had four books featured that I recently purchased. Some places want to charge the same amount for both and that's ridiculous to spend over $12-15 for a drink with no alcohol. Service is so-so. I ordered the Imagine non-alcoholic cocktail. The menu states that it is made of guava, lemon, cherry, dulce de leche. Unfortunately, I didn't notice any guava, lemon, or dulce de leche. It was just a cherry drink. I assumed they didn't have the ingredients to make the cocktail I ordered.
