I have been privileged to purchase tractors from Gene an excellent salesman and customer advocate. Ever since I walked in the first time he told me what I needed to know! Not what he wanted me to know. The difference, when a salesman tells you what he wants you to know it's in his best interest. Not necessarily yours. That started my relationship with J5. Selling me what I needed. Then there is Craig,, over service and parts. He has been unbelievable!!! Even when parts have been hard to come by he has found a way!!! Don't get me started how he works with sales to make sure everything is just right! Nor how he has handled every warranty issue, plus an insurance claim as fast as humanly possible. Perhaps it's because of the people like Jerry and Shawn that he has working with him. Finally this post would not be complete without mentioning Andrew!! He just assisted me in buying three mowers this month. He stepped up like no one else I know!! So if you want a great deal on a mower go in and see Andrew and if you want a great deal on a tractor go see Gene. You will be in great hands!!! The person on the phone barley spoke english, she didnt know how to check the order with order # or phone # she then transfers me to someone else who I give the info to who puts me on hold for 4-5 min after I gave him the info. Then he answers again and asks if he can help me???? I give him the info again and then he tells me the product still hasnt arrived to them??? If you read their about page they claim customer service is their #1 priority... I can tell you it is not based on 1 phone call and what I was told... I will be cancelling my order. Dont know if this place is even legit????

My husband works out of town A lot, so a while later, we were finally able to send our son in law to pick the tractor up from there. Thats when they proceeded to tell our son in law that the reason the tractor wasn't fixed was because they told my husband it was a transmission problem and that my husband didn't want them to work on it. Why would my husband bring his tractor up there , especially for as long as he did before HE had to call THEM to get an update if he didn't want them to work on it? And why tell our son in law such a blatant lie? If you can't do a job, admit it and do not blame it on your customers. Needless to say, we will not be back there.
