Their prices are as low as any of the big chains or even the online stores. We get our dogfood there as they carry the big bags we like. What's more, they have loyalty program where you get a free bag of food after so many purchases. They have a large selection of toys and treats. They also offer grooming although we have not used that service yet but it seems popular.

I just opened the last case and noticed the box was open on side. I was unloading the cans into a storage place I keep. My hand comes up covered in WORM INFESTED FOOD from a broken can at the bottom of the case. The first order was also delivered with 3 cases not in a box but at my front door apparently dropped with cans everywhere. Needless to say I have cancelled all deliveries and won't shop there since I assume the food on the shelves might not be handled properly either. I have received a refund for this order of 3 cases. Amazon is a little bit more expensive but worth the cost not to have this happen again.

I bought some aquarium plants and a huge piece of driftwood at a fair price. Petco doesn't even have the selection that he has. The fish here are healthy because each tank has its own filter system and he's got way more variety than the big stores. He can even order animals if you're looking for something specific. He's also got snakes, tortoises, turtles, spiders, and other exotics. The store's clean and he lets you browse without hovering. Great experience. I'll definitely be back.

We unfortunately have had concerning care for one of our dogs with a male Groomer during a nail trimming. One of the employees at this location had helped me in the past with bringing in one of our foster dogs for an attempted nail trimming that didn't happen. Their help was greatly appreciated, and the decision to not trim their nails that day was supported by me as well; I appreciated their care and consideration for the dog in how it would impact them over trying to get the nail trim done to get it done. Lexie's patience, and good judgement call was greatly appreciated in this moment! Overall, I have had a positive experience with this Pet Supplies Plus location.
