My cats destroyed the fabric, and the chair moved to the basement, where it remained until we moved to a new house about a month ago. I almost threw the chair out, but couldn't bear the thought of parting with it. So I contacted Vinny at Miro Upholstery, and he couldn't have been nicer. I went to the store to pick out a fabric, and Vinny suggested that I take some fabric books home. He gave me several books, my husband and I went through them and selected one. Miro picked up the chair and the fabric books, and today, about a month later, the chair was delivered. It is more beautiful than I could have imagined. New foam, new fabric, they touched up the wood - it's an antique chair that looks brand new. I'm completely thrilled. This was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Miro Upholstery.

She did not show up July 24, nor a further hearing Aug 25. She made no attempt to contact the court. I was given a Capius, a right to hire a constable to force her to pay me interest and principal to me on monies due. I had the right to have her arrested. Inclined to do so, I agreed to lose 1/3 my $. She is a weasel and thinks she had a right to countersue me which she did not as she had 4 months to speak her mind. Snezana suggested that it might be easier for us if she came to our house to look at the situation, so that we could avoid having to schlep a big piece of furniture over for possibly no reason. She came by the very next day and told us the sad news that the chair's construction made it impossible to do a quality job. She charged nothing for the visit and was prompt, courteous, and super helpful (and also really sympathetic). It is unbelievably rare to experience this kind of attention and service these days, and this little company well deserves recognition for this. The quality of their work looks awesome, by the way, because the chairs our neighbors' had recovered by them look fabulous. Five stars for service, quality and integrity! Moral of the story: Never buy furniture upholstered with "bicast" leather! It's not real leather and it peels horribly, usually right after the warranty expires.
