I was so disappointed and just wanted to leave, so I said "it's fine" instead of arguing or asking for a discount. Then when I went to pay, they tried to overcharge me by $40. I asked for a breakdown of the charges, and sure enough, I was being charged incorrectly. That was the final straw. On top of that, the salon felt dirty and communication was extremely difficult the entire time. Overall, a very frustrating experience and definitely not worth the money or time.

When I got home I completely forgot I had to wear closed toed shoes that day. Unfortunately, I messed up the polish on both my big toes. I came back in today and asked if they could fix it, expecting to have to wait since there were so many people, but I was sat immediately and the man fixed my toes!
