If you're looking for a calm, relaxing place to get your nails done, DO NOT come here. It's loud, cluttered (disorganized nail system. They don't bring you a nail book like every other place does), dirty (dust flying everywhere from e files. Many nail salons clean up as they go, this one does not), and overpriced. They treat you like a number to get you in and out. They make it very known they want tips (signs all over stations saying cash tips), and don't act grateful when given a tip because they expect it. Barely any TVs and no calming music. I understand their clientele want the new nail techniques, but I've been to better, cleaner places that offer gel x and builder gel for way cheaper. I paid $85 (not including tip) for short nails with french tips with builder gel, and that's a price I'd expect long and XL nails to be.... Now their work isn't terrible, but definitely not an enjoyable experience that you pay good money for. Other places treat you better (ask if you want water, bring you the nail book, are clean and thorough, etc.). read more

I was pretty disappointed with the facilities and cleanliness. The floors, walls, workspaces, and overall area was cluttered, visibly dirty, and neglected. I know they put a lot of effort into their furniture and design but it was overshadowed by the messy and grimy feel. I had a decent experience with my manicure otherwise and like that they take appointments, but I don't think I'd return based off of the lack of hygiene. read more

Update: booked an appt for a basic manicure at 1200. Arrived 7 min early, was greeted, checked myself in and took a seat. Did not get seen for another 20 min. Service was fine, no issues. Went to pay, he rings me up for $30. Website says a basic manicure is $25. Still left a 20% tip. Not sure I'll be back. This service can be found at almost any salon. It is obvious the salon has lost its 'new car' smell. Just an okay experience. Update to owners comment: basic manicure includes nail polish. I did not want or get nail polish and instead opted for the buff. Couldn't do an equal swap? Far less time and energy to do a buff over polish. Like these are the little games that customers don't want to play. read more

If it's the first time in a new salon, they should give you someone very experienced, who really knows what they're doing, so you will come back again. Not the case for my first experience. I felt like the kid was making it up as he went. My sugar scrub was him applying it on my legs, zero "scrubbing" and wiping right back off." Won't go back. Too many nail salons on Temecula Parkway where I can get my monies worth and feel like I got a chance to be pampered, even just a little. Nice kid but wrong business for him to be in. By the time I got home, my heels were dry. Not the soft moisturized heels you normally have after a pedicure. Manicure...one drop...not a dollop, a drop of lotion. Barely covered top of hand. I could feel the areas that got zero lotion...like my wrists and arms. No massage for either mani or pedi! Gasp! If you dare try this salon, ask for a seasoned professional or you will be wasting your money and your time. read more

In the am I got a text requesting to change our appt tp half hour later so I said fine. We showed up and they had us sit. Several people came in and got brought back right away. After sitting for another 15 minutes I went and asked about our appt. Oh we're getting ready. Then as I stood there I got a text changing our appt. No thanks. Very poor customer service. I booked a manicure and a pedicure. The manicure could have been going while the pedicure was but instead the technician waited until then end to start the manicure and didn't give enough time to soak and soften the cuticles. She used lukewarm water and spent less than 5 minutes softening the cuticles. Either the bottle of cuticle softener was out or she didn't use enough, because she hardly used any softener at all. She didn't push the cuticle back. She left the nails jagged, rough and uneven. The worst manicure I've had. For the pedicure she left lotion and oil all over my legs, feet and pants. The warm towels were strangely wet and after using them on me she kept wringing them out between my feet into the foot soak basin which wasn't draining to begin with. After using the towels she left soggy towels at the side of the chair- unsightly. Do not recommend. read more

Not only is this place alluring with their color acrylic or glass color cards in groups and it's several super comfortable massage pedicure chairs, as well as their many stations, this place has such great service and the women are all so personable and sweet. Tran has done both my regular naiils and toes and so has a man who's great! I went yesterday to get gels and a regular pedicure; made an appoint online (so much easier) with Rosa, the hands down BEST NAIL DESIGNER EVER!!! She is so creative, a truly amazing artist! I am so pleased with their vast menu of different pedicure treatments, I've had a different one every time I've been. Ok whatever guy at #7 that works here doing nails pls stop, you drowned under my nail in builder gel, the color doesn't even get close to my cuticle so they look pre-grown out (like a week old), the French tip (which I asked for thin) is so thick and uneven, I asked you to change it and make it thinner and you said "trust me it'll look good". Shocker it didn't. I asked for short almond and I got medium whatever shape this is supposed to be, if you want good nails go here just don't get the guy. read more

I jammed my finger :( and my nail started to lift. Knowing I would end up breaking it if I didn't get a set I went to Yelp to find a place. The salon I had tried once before was closed and this salon came highly rated. I was able to book an appointment online for the same day. Once I arrived they were only a lil behind schedule. My appointment was for 4:15pm and I was seated at the chair by 4:30pm. Kristine was wonderful to work with. I showed her pictures of what I wanted. (I'm testing out nail styles for my wedding). She tested out a few variations white to pink ombré and pink to white ombré. The entire service was lovely, she was so gentle with my sensitive nail and really took her time to make each nail perfectly shaped, smooth, and match in length. First time and last time. I felt gross in this salon... literally felt like I was in a straight up grocery store with all the talking and the whole vibe it was not enjoyable at all! It looked very unsanitary and I should have just walked out! My pedicure was awful and I don't think the guy DAWN was experienced at all.. he didn't even have the knowledge to put on a flip flop and was stumbling to try..was charged $65 for just a reg gel polish application on my finger nails with one cuticle cut even though I said no cuticles to be cut. I booked dipped nails and told MIMI to adjust the price because I didn't get that service like booked.. I got screwed but didn't fight it and won't be back! I'm upset because it's the principle and I've never paid that for a gel color application that looks like crap with irregular filing. Do yourself a favour and go to Red P down the street! read more

Never fails, I make an appointment weeks ahead of time. I arrive early, and I still have to wait 20 minutes for my nail tech to begin. At first the place was great, but now the customer with an appointment is not prioritized. The place is too busy to even clean up and extremely cluttered. When I asked for a clean file the nail tech became very nervous and proceeded changed the file to a new one. If you use a card to pay, you get charged an extra fee of $2.10. I wasn't given a choice of scent for spa add ons (yet other customers were). The PROS: 1. The metal instruments came out of a sterile pouch. 2. The ease of making an appointment. 3. The numerous reminders via email and text message. 4. Hundreds upon thousands of polish colors to choose from. 5. Plenty of parking. read more

There were six of us and everyone was very happy with their pedicure. Reservations are a good idea as this place was hopping even though our appointments were right when they opened on a Sunday. They handled the 12-13 people who arrived around the same time as us extremely well. Highly recommend this business. read more

BEWARE! I received a new set of Gel X nails in the beginning of December. All was good until the next day my finger started turning red and bumpy. Skin on the side of my nail started peeling and pus began leaking from my nail. My finger started to get inflamed and tender. Ended up having to go to urgent care where they informed me I had paronychia, a BACTERIAL INFECTION of the cuticle, due to unsanitary equipment. They claim to disinfect their equipment but my experience as well as other reviews regarding their sanitary procedures say the opposite. I will NOT be returning and would advise anyone looking to get their nails done to do the same. read more

I went in for a pedicure today. The girl that was helping me did not seem happy at all. I could tell even before she started. Once she put the wax bags on my feet, they pulled her to start another customer and left me sitting there for at least 15 minutes with nothing being done, then the manager came over and took them off and said I was all done. They hadn't even gotten the hot towels and I'm pretty sure I missed half of the pedicure. Definitely not worth $70! The vibe is not very relaxing at all. I won't be back! I'm normally not someone to leave reviews but I feel the need to make sure this is known. I had an acrylic full set which I originally thought was done really well, along with the first fill in. After the second fill, I noticed heat spikes while the gel was curing and once I got home I could see the places where my natural nails were extremely over filed through the acrylics. I recently booked with a nail tech separate from a salon to have the set soaked off. While trying to properly remove them, we found out MMA was used; which, for those unaware, is banned in over 30 states due to the serious health risks and damages it can cause.
