Lucky for me, the location is very close to where I live, and I'm so glad that I found it. The first time that I was a patient, I had been given a particular diagnosis after an MRI. I was dealing with bad pain and came to PT West for several weeks without much improvement. I was doing everything that I was told to do, but there was no improvement. Well, my great physical therapist thought that maybe my diagnosis wasn't the cause of the issue after working with me, and it was suggested getting a second opinion. Well...I did that and it ended up leading me down the correct path that was needed! After two surgeries, I have been coming to PT West for PT, and everyone at the clinic is great! I thought I'd try compression therapy instead of a full massage. It was my first time at Biohack Cryo & Wellness, I usually go to Pause in Studio City but I stayed close to home this time. The location is nice and looks very clean and well maintained. They also have an infrared sauna (my favorite), cold plunge, cryotherapy as well as other services. My first impression was great, excellent customer service. I even got a discount for being a new customer. I'll definitely be back for the infrared sauna!
