Okay - I was terrified to park here after I read the reviews, but I had already purchased my parking and didn't have time to find an alternative. That said, my experience was flawless. I arrived and was directed to the parking lot section where they were currently working. Everything was clearly marked, employees guided me to the right section (yes, there are some pot holes in the lot, but they didn't impact me whatsoever - just keep an eye in the road and you'll be fine). I found a spot and the shuttle had followed me to where I parked my car, picked me up immediately, and within just a few minutes (to pick up a couple folks from their spots), we were in our way to the airport. Side note: I heard our driver get a call from dispatch saying a few travelers in covered parking had been waiting for a shuttle, so we stopped to get them as well. They gave me a small slip of paper noting the pickup area and the timing of the shuttle. When I returned from my trip, the shuttle was right on time, (waited just a minute to fill up with folks going to the same lot) and dropped each of us directly at our cars. The driver was very kind and helpful, and the shuttles seemed to be communicating with the dispatch continuously. Based on this experience, I would park here again in a heartbeat. read more

I've had repeated billing issues with Canopy Parking that need to be addressed. On my most recent visit, my reservation was paid through 2:00 PM, but I exited around 10:40 AM and was still charged for an additional day ($10.80). This isn't the first time this has happened. I track my timing carefully, and there's no justification for the extra charge. It appears their system is either inaccurate or not being properly monitored. Situations like this erode trust, especially when it happens more than once. I've requested a refund and asked them to review their billing process. One shuttle with empty seats pulled up, saw the crowd, and tried to drive off before people in line chased the shuttle down. The Parking Spot had shuttles picking up guests every six minutes. One of the longest wait times I've ever experienced to get from the airport to the parking. They have a system where you text and then they send a shuttle, not running shuttles. We waited for over 30 minutes for a shuttle and when we got back to the lot there were at least six shuttles sitting and waiting, doing nothing. At the exit there was only one lane open slowing down exiting even further. If you need a quick exit from the airport, don't park here. read more

The Shuttles run all the time and the drivers make sure you get to and from the Airport quickly from your car to the terminal, from the terminal right back to your car!! Canopy Parking is a frustrating experience! We arrived today, Christmas Eve, and were pleasantly surprised at how not crowded it was. However, we had to wait about 15 minutes for a bus to take us to the airport because the buses were full. Meanwhile, there were 2-3 staff standing beside the unused buses doing absolutely nothing. This is in addition to the staff that clearly had other jobs that they were attending to. It's frustrating for their customers to wait for multiple buses because they are full while they have staff standing around. I won't be using Canopy Parking again! read more

Canopy Parking at DIA (Denver International Airport) gets 1 star from me. We prepaid about $160 for just under 10 days of parking. We arrived 1 hour earlier than planned for our flight (3 hours before departure instead of 2) and they demanded an additional $28 for that single hour. They refused to let us leave until we paid the extra charge, which felt outrageous and unfair. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were told no manager was available. We then tried to calmly explain our concerns to the office staff over the intercom, and they abruptly stopped speaking with us and refused to address anything further. To make things worse, the shuttle situation felt unsafe and unprofessional--we watched a family of five get crammed on with kids on laps and one standing. If you're looking for DIA parking or Denver airport parking, I recommend choosing a different company. read more

Canopy lost a customer today. I've been using them for a couple years but the last few times I've had candy taken from my center console. Not a huge deal but this weeks trip was the last straw. I'm paying for valet parking and they let birds shit all over my truck. No effort to clean it up. Additionally, after drop off their bus driver nearly got into an accident and was way too rushed getting people to the terminals. I suspect their pay structure encourages this. I've heard Canopy is under new ownership. I don't know if that's a fact, but this place has gone downhill. I might as well park at the terminal. read more

My family has used The Parking Spot for a long time and after trying Canopy, we will definitely not be using their services again. We decided to try it out because it was slightly cheaper than alternatives, but they do not seem to have it together. I assume it's just an issue of being understaffed, but when people are relying on your services to not miss their flights, more care should be taken to make sure that they are able to fulfill demand. When we got to their parking lot, we had to wait 30 minutes for a shuttle with enough space. Then when we got back to DIA, waiting for a shuttle at the airport took about 45 minutes and a massive line formed during both instances. :( read more

We have more than 100 people waiting for a shuttle on Saturday night. it's been 26 minutes and one shuttle. Called dispatch. She was rude to me and my wife. It was 45 degrees and there were numerous little kids waiting. Driver showed up after 30 minutes. Drivers working hard but they have a staffing or execution problem in addition to a rude dispatcher (female). Well there's a reason for their terrible rating. Drop off was fine but when I returned there were about 60 people in line. I watched multiple shuttles for other companies pull up over and over again and nothing for canopy. Tried to call, no answer. Not the first time I have seen a line like this for this company. Just an all-around terrible experience, and it fundamentally comes down to employees who simply do not care. Tonight leaving the parking lot no one could get out because the automated machines were not working. There was not an employee in sight. Fifteen cars were backed up while three shuttle buses stacked up behind us, using the same exit gates. The shuttle drivers opened one gate long enough to let two cars through so they could get out, then promptly left the rest of us stranded. I tried calling and texting for help with no answer and no response. Earlier we had already waited thirty minutes at the airport because people were stacked up waiting for shuttles and two filled completely before we even got a ride to the lot. This place is run like a clown car. Get employees who actually care. Put at least one staff member at the exit gate. If they are going to sit in the office on their phone they can do it there while helping customers. Get more shuttle buses and drivers. Get drivers who move with urgency instead of dragging their feet. read more

Out of all the parking areas DIA has, this one is my favorite; easy to get to, easy to navigate. I've never had a problem with getting the shuttle and the staff are always nicer than most. I've been to other parking areas and it's hard to navigate, find and/or talk to any staff and hard to get to even with a shuttle. Highly recommend Canopy! read more

Worst off-site parking experience. Parking lot is riddled with giant potholes that damage your car just trying to park. Understaffed shuttles so the Line at the airport was so long it took 6 shuttle to get on. Night managers is super rude and just argued that 'everyone standing out there isn't for Canopy'. This was an unbelievable and inexcusable failure on Canopy's part, the likes of which I have never encountered in nearly a decade of parking with them. We had a reservation--booked well in advance, knowing full well how chaotic the holiday weekend would be--only to arrive and be turned away at the gate! The staff was out there rejecting everyone, even those with confirmed reservations, claiming they had "no room." How is that even possible? What's the point of a reservation system if it's utterly worthless, especially on the busiest travel day of the year? This wasn't just a mistake; it was a monumental failure that left countless travelers stranded and scrambling for alternatives. It's nothing short of incompetence, and it's beyond infuriating. As a frequent parker--there practically every week--I trusted this company to deliver, and they couldn't even meet the most basic expectation: honoring reservations they confirmed. Whatever system they're using, it's broken, pathetic, and completely unfit for a company in this business. After this disaster, I'll absolutely be reconsidering my options, and so should you. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to share. I reached out after receiving conflicting pricing from a third-party promotion advertising $9/day parking and tried to get clarification. Instead of addressing the concern, I was told: "How our third parties want to advertise is up to them... you are more than happy to utilize other services in the area." This response is confusing. If a third party is advertising your services, that messaging still directly impacts your business and your customers. Dismissing it instead of addressing it is concerning. That response alone speaks for itself. This wasn't an isolated issue either, the same dismissive tone came through during a phone call. It's disappointing, especially because I've used their service before without problems. Customer service is really tested when something goes wrong, and this was handled poorly. It's been a bumpy road, but I have decided to end this toxic relationship. I'm done with Canopy and wanted to share my experiences so you can avoid this terribly run company. Here's an email I wrote them after being a customer for over 12 years which received no response. I would call them, but nobody EVER answers. Probably because the phone lines are jammed with complaining customers. 5/4, I arrived to the pick up area around 7pm to find 20+ frustrated people waiting for your shuttle. Some had been waiting +60 mins and 2 groups resorted leaving to claim their car via Uber. I waited along with them and grew frustrated as well as we watched 5 Parking Spot shuttles, 4 WallyPark shuttles, 4 USAirport shuttles and many others come and go. 20 mins after I arrived, a nearly full Canopy bus arrived and 5 people were allowed on. 20 mins later another almost full buss arrived. Fortunately, I was the only single passenger and was able to get on this bus, despite many others having been there before me. When I arrived to valet, I took my bag from the isle and went to my car. I set my suitcase down (with $5 in my hand for the valet attendant) to grab my keys from the ignition to open my tailgate, and the valet attendant retreated inside to sit down without saying a word to me. Upon loading my own bag into my truck, I discovered that my vehicle had spent the last 2.5 days being used as a toilet for birds. (This is a fairly common occurrence in valet as their facility has become a bird sanctuary where they can use your vehicle for target practice.) As I left the lot, there was a group of people walking up the entrance who resorted to taking an Uber to retrieve their car. This is totally unacceptable. What seems to be the issue is that every other off site parking option seems to have 3x the amount of shuttles. Why is it that I spend extra for Valet only for my truck to come back covered in shit every time? If you're going to do nothing about your bird situation, maybe do something to clean it off upon arrival? End of email. After this email was sent, I gave them one last try. Once again, it took 3 shuttles before there was space for us to load. Once again, came back to a vehicle covered in bird poop. This time, the valet did assist to the vehicle, but as we exited, there was just 1 of 3 lanes open. We spent 15 mins being the 8th car in line waiting our turn to exit. Cars continued to pile up behind us. Did anyone representing Canopy come outside to assist as the line snaked all the way back some 200 yards near their office area? No chance. It shouldn't take +20 mins to exit a parking lot. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Constantly having issues, having friends who have rats eat the wires under their car, or terrible customer service. Used free days to park with valet, boyfriend shows up at 6 am, they tell him we are open air. Originally booked valet but when I called to change my arrival time, they changed me to open air with zero coverage at all. I call canopy, the "supervisor" argues with me for 15 minutes saying it's my doing and my fault. Says if she changes it to valet now, I'm gonna be charged $50. I tell her no because I'm not there and not gonna be in valet. She puts me on hold, looks into it, and says that when the person changed it, they changed me to open air and can only give me 1 of my 6 free days left. Crappy team, customer service, and facility. I have a secret compartment in my car which I leave cash in for emergencies. I had my car parked there from Dec 20-27. When I went to use the $ today it was gone. I have not used my car since getting home on Dec 27. The money was gone! I spoke to Sierra, who claimed to be a supervisor AND she was so rude and mean. I have been parking there for the past 10 years ish. It went through a change in ownership recently. This place is falling apart, and far to be the cheapest parking lot. Their shuttles are old. They got new ones, sure, at least seem new considering the seats. But the lot still has pot holes they never fixed in a year. They don't realize there are people in their covered parking often. You can wait sometimes more than 20 minutes. I had once my car at the valet parking. When I arrived to pick it up, an other car was pulled off. Seriously? I here's my car ? Glad I had a picture of my ticket. If this happened to me, how often will it happen to other customers. I do have the 5280 membership (free) and get the rewards. I'm 2 days away from having another free day. I'll use them, then it's going to be definitely over. The price you pay for what they do is beyond ridiculous. Their reward is not even worth it when pikes peak is $8/day. You gain way more by parking there than chasing points for free parking. read more
