More and more I find myself waiting on Island 3 for a bus to arrive. I waive at Wally, canopy, Fine and all other busses one after another. When a bus finally arrives it is somehow over half full and barely puts a dent in the very long and growing line. After hours of travel its disheartening to wait so long for a shuttle. Signs say they only pick up on the west side but the last two busses that have stopped are nearly full. We have been waiting 45min for a family of four. Its really unacceptable and infuriating to see other companies sending multiple buses half full while we continue to wait. I wont be using Park DIA again. This is ridiculous. Shout out to the parkdia driver named Abas. I had lost the parking slip. He called their support staff and found out the parking row based on the day/time at which I parked. Awesome service. ---- There was a fairly long line at the East pick-up spot when I arrived around 11 pm, so their shuttle frequency could be better. It may also be due to their popularity with airport proximity and low rates. I really hope they address it to avoid losing long time customers. read more

I've been using ParkDIA for a few years now, and overall, I'm pretty satisfied. The main reasons I keep coming back are the reasonable prices and the convenience of their location. I've never had any major issues during my visits, which is a big plus. That said, there are a couple of areas that could use some improvement. The parking lot roads have a lot of huge potholes, which makes me worry about potential damage to my car. A little maintenance would go a long way here. The shuttle drivers are generally friendly, and their service is usually good. Help with luggage is hit or miss...sometimes they're eager to assist, and other times it's just a quick nod. But we usually end up getting help, which we happily tip for. On the return side, pickup from the airport has been okay. The wait times have occasionally been a bit longer than I'd like, but overall, the turnaround has been pretty good. Prices have gone up a bit over the years, and unfortunately, the promos and discounts seem to have disappeared. Also, I'm a bit bummed that the app is no longer available, as it was convenient for checking in and managing my parking. Despite these minor frustrations, I'll continue to use ParkDIA. It's still a reliable option for me, and I appreciate the overall convenience. Hopefully, they'll address some of these issues in the future! read more

We've parked here for years and the price and location are great. A couple of months ago we arrived back to DIA after midnight and had to wait in a line of about 50 people for a shuttle, which took 45 minutes to arrive and we were squeezed unsafely into the mini bus. I was willing to assume this was just one crazy night and we booked them again. Same thing. Arrived at DIA after midnight last night, exhausted, and the line for the shuttle stretched all the way back to the airport. No other parking lot shuttles were having this issue. People in the line were ordering Uber to get them back to the lot. Never again. They don't have the staff and shuttles to cover the volume. read more

Outbound on a Sunday morning, fine. inbound to DEN on a Friday evening, terrible due to long shuttle wait times and an inadequate number of shuttles available for the 30-40 customers waiting at the pick-up island. We waited 40 minutes, knowing there were many more passengers than room on the next shuttle and expecting a shoving match to get on board. While waiting for Park DIA, we saw multiple shuttles pick up from the Parking Spot, Canopy, Wally Park and others. We eventually gave up and took an Uber to Park DIA, where we necessarily were dropped at the entrance gate, about a mile from our car. Inadequate shuttle service turned a 12-hour travel day into a 13.5-hour travel day. I am never using Park DIA again. read more

Horrid process. We parked, unloaded, and locked our Turo rental return (so couldn't get back in). A shuttle had stopped right there as we unloaded. We waited and none came. Asked worker at the booth and she told us we had to walk all the way across the huge lot to be picked up. Family of 7 with a baby. We ran into a shuttle on the way and he refused to help and told us to keep walking. At the stop, the first shuttle driver said "that's your own fault". He started loading our stuff and then we climbed in. There were 3 seats left, so obviously wasn't room for us. He then said "yeah, get out. Just wait for the next one". Terrible system and rude/unhelpful employees. Worst parking experience I've ever had, and one of the worst businesses I've had to deal with. Edit: it got worse. Mellis dropped us at baggage claim instead of departures. With all the construction at DEN we had to take about 10-15min walking around and taking elevators w long lines to get to our departure counter. read more

This morning I had a devastating experience this morning with one of ParkDIAs drivers. This morning at about 8:03am I came to park my car at ParkDIA. I parked my car, and the bus just so happened to be about 4 cars away from my car. As I grabbed my sons bag to head to the bus my  year old son got to the bus first. As I tried to enter the bus the driver closed the door on me and than began moving his mouth with the door closed but I was unable to make out what he was saying. I than had to knock on the door because he refused to open it to explain why he wasnt letting me on, but he failed to open the door. Mind you my child is already on the bus. So I'm knocking and telling him my child is on the bus and he's pulling off with my kid in his possession! As he's pulling off I'm looking at the back of the bus and my child is in the back. He turns around and sees me and I literally have to yell to tell my son to tell the driver to let him off of the bus!!! Its almost as if he was holding my child hostage. This situation was had me fearing for me sons well being as was also very embarrassing. I am considering contacting an attorney as this should of never happened. This driver should not be working for you. This was a horrible experience. read more

Made excuses about why we were sent a bill, trying to charge us $100 for 3 days of parking that was already paid for. Plates were all in the account info also. Was told in the past that it didn't matter if plate was different than when reservation was booked since it's in the account and it's for their bookkeeping. Told them to send my complaint to a supervisor. Never heard back. They refused to take responsibility for their shortcomings and lack of customer service. Sunday, 11am, not a holiday weekend, waited 45 minutes to finally get on a shuttle from the airport back to the lot. This happens more often than not with ParkDIA. I've been using them for six years now. New ownership is not helping in regards to the number of shuttles. I wish there was better options. read more

After being a loyal customer, multiple times per year, for about 10 years I am done with this company. Last spring my return flight was delayed and I exited the Park DIA lot 23 minutes later than estimated. My time didn't roll into another 24 hour period or anything, but they felt the need to charge me a $17 penalty to leave the lot. Recently I received mail from them for parking on a different occasion that they claim I didn't pay for. The bill was for $109.50 for a $47 reservation that was paid for at time of booking. I emailed them all my receipts and reservation info showing that all was in order and paid for yet I continue getting harassed via mail demanding payment. Something changed in 2025 and they are no longer a well managed company in my opinion. read more

Weird that I haven't written a review for ParkDIA after using their services for 5+ years, but I guess it's equally weird that it's an even option to write a review. Always my go-to for DIA parking, to the point where I don't need to think about it and don't want to look for other vendors. Ideally book online in advance and try to find a discount code. I always just opt for uncovered parking. Their drivers are always fantastic! Once in awhile there's a wait to get back to the parking lot, but that's just dependent on DIA traffic. We arrived back at DIA in the evening and the line awaiting the shuttle was extremely long. It took an hour and a half to get back to our vehicle. We had been using this lot for several years but the last two times the wait to get back to the vehicle was not worth it. We won't be using ParkDIA again. I used a third party to book with ParkDIA. I booked on April 5th. When I went to leave, I was going to do the self check out and the lady in the booth next to me asked if I had a reservation. "Yes". She had me back up and come over to her. Then she told me they stopped allowing third party booking as of April 1st. Well, maybe you should do something so people can't book! So, I paid $49 for the third party, but then she made me pay $69 to get out of their lot. I was a hostage, so I did it. She told me I can try and get my money back from the third party. So, I emailed the third party. Then I emailed ParkDIA asking how I can get a receipt. I heard from the third party and they refunded my money. Then I heard from ParkDIA and they refunded my money as well! So I parked for free, but the time and hassle wasn't worth it read more

Not sure what has happened but ParkDIA has gone downhill. They use to have plenty of shuttles but now expect to wait 30 Mins in the lot before a shuttle will take you to the airport. And when you ask the employees what's going on, they don't seem to really care. I feel bad for our driver today when he did eventually come. He had to endure a very upset (and very cold) crowd. Likely not his fault as ParkDIA should have more Drivers on hand. Bad situation for all involved... except for the managers I suppose that don't have to interact with customers. Terrible service. Never have had an issue getting from the lot to the airport, but getting back to the car is terrible. So bad that I had to grab an uber to the lot. 8pm and a 45-60 minute wait out on the island waiting to get back to the lot is unacceptable. Meanwhile every other parking lot shuttle has no wait. I'm giving it a 2 for three reasons. Number one is that ParkDIA charges you for full day stays regardless of the time you say you will be park. If you put in your estimated time you expect to pick up the car, and your flight is late, say by 3 hours, they will charge you a full day, even though they charged you a full 24 hours. ***Hint-book in 24 hour increments regardless of when you expect to return, just in case your flight is late. It does not cost extra!!! Number two is the buses are really a rough ride. I sat with the owner of ParkDIA recently and he said new buses were in the works. That was months ago. Still nothing. Number three is you used to accumlate points to be used against future stays. So far nothing. Customer service is not helpful either. My verdict....use with caution. Hopefully they will come up with an app as well. The old on is gone. read more

I arrived from Florida at 4:00 pm on Sunday, Jan 11. After getting my bags I had to wait at the Park DIA area on the east side of the airport for over 30 minutes. Other parking companies had numerous shuttles arrive and depart during my wait. Very poor service. I bought covered parking and with the amount of money I spent, I expected much better service. read more

We had a terrible experience at ParkDIA this morning. Rude employees who gave us incorrect instructions then treated us poorly for doing what we were told. When we came through the gate, we were told to park in Orange E by the attendant. We did so and watched at least five shuttles drive by us. We decided to walk to the center lane of the uncovered lot with another group of waiting travelers. While waiting there, I walked back to the gate and asked a different attendant if we needed to go somewhere to be picked up. She responded by asking where we parked, when I told her we parked in Orange E (as instructed) she rudely responded "You were supposed to park in U. We are only providing shuttle pick up services to people parked in U." I told her we were told E, and she told me that I was incorrect, and that we need to park in U. The other group waiting with us was also told to park in E. When I insisted we were told E, she cut me off and said "No. U." Unacceptable customer service. While I was doing this, my wife flagged down a driver who told the waiting groups that he wouldn't pick us up unless we walked over to the designated pick up area - which would be fair if we knew that existed. None of us knew this was required, because no one told us to do so prior to this interaction, and the drivers used to pick you up at your vehicle. The other group with us also recalled the drivers coming to pick you up where you parked the last time they were there. When my wife told the driver we didn't know we had to do that and hadn't been told, he snapped back "Well I'm telling you now!" This was an extremely disappointing morning, as we previously had nothing but good encounters at ParkDIA. Rude gate attendants, rude drivers, unclear instructions. Not coming back. read more

DO NOT MAKE A RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION. I returned two days early from a trip due to a family emergency and they wouldn't refund my money. They charge you as soon as you make the reservation so they have your money for days or weeks and still won't refund. All other companies I dealt with returned money to me: car rental, hotel, etc. MAJOR RIPOFF!!! read more
