Shuttle driver completely blocked lane in which I was guided to park, and I couldn't go around to park my vehicle. Another car arrived a moment after me and I had to wait while they backed up. Thus, that car's passenger, who arrived after I did, got the last seat on the shuttle and I had to wait and board the next shuttle, which did not leave the lot until 10 minutes later. All because your driver blocked the lane while no one was boarding and he was just waiting. If he had the courtesy to pull forward, it would have worked out as it should have. Learn to respect the arrival queue of customers. read more

Wallypark has been my go-to spot for parking when I'm on a flight and will be gone a few days. It is super easy to book a spot using their website or your favorite parking app. Getting there is very easy right off of Pena Blvd and you just scan your QR code at the gate and find a spot. I never had to text the number to request a shuttle; they've always just seen me roll in and will pull up to wherever I park. Super convenient! I will say that if you are in a rush, this probably is not the best option for you as the shuttle will wait until there is a good amount of people in there before leaving. From the point of getting into the shuttle to arriving at the terminal took about 25 minutes for me. Getting a shuttle from the airport to the parking lot is a bit of a nightmare when it's busy. I've waited an hour for a shuttle. Also, there's been some people that have had experiences with theft. I've never experienced that but I always take photos and videos of my car before leaving. Also, make sure not to lose your ticket the shuttle driver gives you! read more

Pretty good first experience overall. They were full when we got there, so I'm glad I prepurchased the reservation. We were actually directed to a spot that wasn't really a spot...that's how full they were. Upon pickup, there was a shuttle loading when we got there, but there wasn't room for us, so we had to wait about five minutes for the next bus. The scanner didn't work on my QR code upon exit, but the attendant was there to help me. No complaints overall. Too bad they don't have a covered option. read more

Been using Wally Park for years and they have had both high and low points during that time. Right now is another low point. I waited literally 20 minutes for pick up to get from the parking lot to the airport. Do not park here if you don't allow much time before your flight. This has happened to me about 35% of the time I use WallyPark, so not a new issue, unfortunately. Occasionally have to wait a long time for return but it's always longer waiting to get there. They must do better or I'll go somewhere else. Also, the interactive map has never worked, don't know why they bother. read more

Outward trip - dropping off car- was subpar. There were multiple rows that said Full, but apparently were not. We parked in one of 2 rows that said parking was available. No bus came to pick us up for 15 min. Walked to the nearest shuttle and was told to go back to the car and wait. Then, when we were picked up and asked about the unusual delay, we were promptly blamed for parking in the wrong row. Driver was grouchy. Return trip- prompt pickup. Polar opposite experience- smooth, courteous, no attitude. Reza was amazing. read more

Parking your car and catching the shuttle to the terminal is efficient. Waiting at the terminal for a shuttle back to your car is hit or miss. There is no easy way to contact the office to know when the shuttle will be coming by. The interactive map does not really show anything so you have to wait outside for the shuttle to come by and it never seems that they're frequent enough. read more

Parked with WallyPark twice now and my biggest complaint is that they take so long to pick you up from baggage claim. Both times now it took 25-30 minutes to picked up. That's pretty ridiculous especially after a day of traveling and all you want to do is to get home and relax. I would not recommend them. read more

I had a great experience using Wally park over Xmas, just absolutely the best service and politeness. I usually use Fine Airport Parking but will be using WallyPark from now on. In addition, my driver, (Lahcen H) was just super nice and talkative and fun to ride with. Been flying out of Denver each week for work and have been using the parking location each time. Rates are great and the shuttle is never packed! Drivers like Habib help greatly with your bags. What I like the most is the drivers are always so helpful and they make sure to drop you off right back at your car. Used the place now 6 times in 5 weeks and plan to keep using them. read more

We've been using these guys for a while, obviously its not the most luxurious of the systems but for the cost and the reliability we have made it our go to for airport parking ... most of the drivers are kind and helpful. Nine out of ten will help with you bags ... we recently drove with Dale twice (to and from) he was informative and personable. He asked people if they wanted help with their bags and let us choose if we wanted help with our bags or not. read more
