Meat lovers omelette with home fries and toast
    Steve H.

Decided to go to one of my favorite places for breakfast. I have never had a sub par meal from them until today. I ordered the meat lovers omelette with home fries and 9 grain toast. Visually the omelette looks great but after cutting into it the omelette was sitting in a puddle of grease. The omelette tasted fine but the greasy puddle kind of turned me off. I've had several omelettes from this chain at other locations with no problem. Don't know if I'll be back to this location again. The 9 grain toast was delicious and the home fries were as good as always.

Inside of Palm Beach Club (with no tomato) on Sourdough instead of a Ciabatta Roll

This is a good breakfast or brunch option in Lithia! Came in for a last minute weekday brunch and was seated quickly. The inside is quite small so I imagine it gets pretty busy on weekends. I ordered the Palm Beach Club ($14) on sourdough instead of a ciabatta roll). It was really yummy and had a lot of avocado and bacon which was nice considering a lot of place skimp on that. The fries that came with it were great too, especially with an extra side of the garlic aioli to dip in. My friend went for the BLT Benedict ($15) which she really liked too. Another friend got the Eggs Benedict ($13) and she enjoyed those. Another friend went for the Cafe Smash Burger ($14) and thought it was yummy too, especially with the sweet potato fries on the side (+$1). The only thing that soured the meal a bit was our waitress who rolled her eyes when we asked for some side sauces after she asked if we needed anything else. We also ordered a to-go meal and she never told us it was ready so we were sitting for an extra 15 minutes while it was ready to go. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I wish the service was better to complement the good food. I would definitely come back for some yummy breakfast or brunch!

Was over visiting Debs cousins and stopped n here for lunch. Nice menu with lots of choices. Pretty busy but we got in fairly quick. Solid choice for a breakfast of lunch.

If you're in the fishhawk area, you definitely need to try this place out. Yeah it's small. Yeah it's in a Publix Shopping center. But guess what this place is phenomenal. First things first let's talk about the coffee. I was so surprised at how good their coffee was. It's actually better than first watch. The avocado toast, which was very tasty. The goat cheese, and pico really brought out the flavors. My boyfriend had the biscuits and gravy which had great flavor. However, I will say the gravy was lacking sausage. The grits were cheesy and gooey and just the way I like them. I highly recommend coming here if you're in the fishhawk area looking for a bite to eat or just passing through great spot.

Come get your breakfast on! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Inside is small and can only seat groups of 4. Have a bar area you can sit at as well. Many options from pancakes, omelettes, skillets and more. I had the Beaumont skillet. 3 eggs to order on top of home fries or hash browns. This one also had ham bacon and cheese. Lots of meat mixed in with the home fries. Very satisfying meal. Coffee was good and they came around to top it off quite frequently. Give this place a try.

How much needed breakfast place over in Fishhawk. Great pancake selection. Huge variety for breakfast, brunch and lunch. Everything is made fresh to order. Definitely a very friendly and accommodating staff! As of this review, early February 2023, this restaurant has only been open less than two weeks. I noticed the review before me isn't perfect but seriously let's cut it these businesses some slack. Canopy Road has always been my favorite breakfast spot at the other Brandon/Tampa location and my visit to this new location did not disappoint. Same great food, same great service! I will say this is my first time having a chicken salad sandwich since we got to breakfast a little before 11. It far exceeded my expectations and was absolutely delicious. I recommend giving it a try if you're teetering between breakfast and lunch! IG: TampaFoodMom

We love this place in our area! Cute spot with friendly servers. Their food is yum!! They can get busy because of their food but worth the wait! I am not really a pancake person but I love theirs!! So many good choices! One of our favorite spots!!

Went to the new canopy road, the food was really great and we were pleasantly surprised! They have a vast menu with all kinds of appealing entrees but I chose the most basic omelette, it was really good! I feel like sometimes places don't do omelettes right and I can say that it was the perfect mixture of eggs and filling. I really liked that they don't pre-butter the toast, but rather provide everything you need on the table (creamer, butter, jam, condiments). I also really liked the home fries, perfectly cooked and crispy on the outside - soft in the inside. The only thing I think this place was lacking was the variety of coffee. It seemed them just iced and hot, nothing crazy. It was good and pretty simple but seemed lacking with such an extensive menu. The service was great, the outside patio seating was lovely and the food was fantastic.

Ehhh......just OK. Nothing to make me rush back for. Inside is very small but nicely decorated. It was a beautiful Friday morning and we sat outside. Our server, Felicia was friendly and attentive during the visit. I had two eggs, hashbrowns, toast and bacon. I swear, these were the smallest eggs I've ever seen! Wifey had avocado toast which was loaded up and tasty.

This family-run spot, led by Ken and Andi, delivers an inviting experience with its open-air chicken coop, vibrant fruit trees, and a cozy farmstand open Thursday through Sunday. With its standout cinnamon rolls, homemade jellies, and the option to pop in for a quick treat during the day, Wingspread Farm earns a solid five stars. The baked goods are the heart of the menu, crafted from scratch with natural ingredients and no preservatives. The cinnamon rolls are legendary, rich Danish pastry swirled with sweet cinnamon filling and topped with a creamy glaze that melts in your mouth, available fresh on Saturdays. Pecan sticky buns ooze with gooey caramel and crunchy nuts, while the rotating selection of cookies in flavors like chocolate chip or unique specialties keeps things exciting. The artisan bread lineup shines with French baguettes that are crusty outside and soft inside, plus Hungarian soft milk bread that's perfect for toasting. Farm-fresh eggs from uncaged chickens add a protein-packed touch, and the seasonal produce, like mangoes, guavas, limes, and avocados from on-site trees, brings the garden to your plate. Don't miss the homemade jams and jellies--guava strawberry or habanero mango varieties burst with authentic fruit flavors, made without chemicals for a pure, tangy spread. Savory options like Hungarian salami and fine cheeses round out the offerings, making it easy to build a picnic or charcuterie board. The value comes from the freshness and variety, with generous portions that feel indulgent yet approachable. You can swing by during the day for a single cinnamon roll or jar of jelly, ideal for a quick coffee break or snack run, with the farmstand's laid-back setup encouraging relaxed browsing. Compared to big-box bakeries, Wingspread's handmade quality and local sourcing make every item feel special without excess. They even have several options for those gluten intolerant like my wife and daughter. The service is personal and heartfelt, with Ken and Andi greeting visitors like old friends, sharing stories about their sustainable practices or the chickens roaming freely. They're quick to offer samples or tips on pairing bread with their jellies, creating a community vibe that's as nourishing as the food. The farm is clean and disability-friendly, with paved paths and covered seating for comfortable lingering, plus the joyful sight of chickens doing their thing adds a fun, kid-friendly element. Wingspread Farm is more than a bakery; it's a slice of rural joy in Valrico. Whether grabbing a quick pastry or stocking up on eggs and produce, the wholesome treats and welcoming spirit make every visit delightful. Yes, I could have asked if the cheese could be left out. But these salads had multiple kinds of cheese.
