Very cute neighborhood breakfast/brunch place in Lithia! First walking in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The space is huge and has an open floor plan with a lot of natural lighting. The service was exceptional - attentive and friendly, making for an all-around great dining experience. I ordered the EggTown scramble, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, complemented by their amazing warm, fluffy biscuits. The biscuits were absolutely incredible, soft and fresh and adding butter took them up a notch! Whether you're in the mood for a classic breakfast or something a little different, the food options here are diverse and delicious. Highly recommend this charming spot for anyone looking for a top-notch brunch experience.

Been coming here for a few months and every meal has been delicious. My eggs are perfectly cooked, the sausage gravy & biscuits are delicious and savory. The Benedicts are cooked well and creative options from spinach to salmon. Def a brunch spot, today I ordered a hamburger topped with my favorites . Swiss, mushrooms & sauerkraut lol. Wait staff is always good from the young man to the ladies, attentive and timely food is fresh and hot. No crazy wait times etc . Melissa is my favorite, always thinks of the little things and checks back after the food is delivered. Atmosphere is casual and open well lit clean sometimes you seat yourself as I did today. Saw a young woman with her laptop up front and she made eye contact but didn't say a word so I sat myself turned out she was a owner/manager. Probably the only thing I ever noticed is that some 20-somethings struggle with common etiquette. Even if your not on the clock but in your work clothes a greeting goes a long way. Lol I wasn't expecting you to wait in me!

Took my mother here for her Birthday breakfast. A friend of mine recommended this place. It's located in a small plaza but that doesn't take away from space. Really friendly staff and good food. The sweet tea was so good I would drive back just for that and my mother loved the flavored coffee. Will definitely stop in again for breakfast. Until next review Kisses

Brought my wife there for Mother's Day and had to wait about 30 minutes. It was so nice outside we ate on their patio. I had the meat lovers omelette which was chock full of meat. I've had this before but this time the amount of meat was crazy. The potatoes were nice and crispy and the biscuit was flakey.

It's one of the newest brunch spots in Lithia. Definitely a well needed one for this eastern part of Hillsborough. It's located on the corner of County Road 39 and Lithia Pinecrest. They changed their name from Brunchin to EggTown. It's the same great restaurant (same owner). I honestly think the new name is a better fit. It has an open and welcoming feel to it. The tables are spaced at a good distance so it doesn't feel cramped. The décor is modern and clean looking. The service was fantastic from the start. We were greeted right away. We started with our coffee orders. My husband wanted regular coffee, and I decided to try the southern pecan flavor of the day. They have a chalk board with daily specials, muffin flavors, and seasonal items such as strawberry stuffed waffles. I was impressed with many of the items on the menu (particularly the benedicts & pancakes). They even have 2 flavors of pancakes/waffles for those on a GF diet. I was curious to try the pumpkin pancakes, but ended up selecting the Southern Benedict. My husband got the Southern Skillet. We were both in a sausage gravy kind of mood and it totally satisfied us. What I love is that you can substitute the seasoned potatoes for grits, or make other substitutions at no extra charge. My husband asked for sausage instead of bacon and marble rye toast instead of biscuits. Everything we had was delicious! The scrambled eggs were so fluffy. The best scramble I've had in a while. The gravy was tasty. The portions are huge. We couldn't eat it all. The coffee was topped off when needed. They have half & half creamer as well as flavored creamers. It's everything we wanted. We're totally coming back for more in the future. They also give a military discount so make sure you ask for it. It was an awesome breakfast! It's our new favorite breakfast spot.

New breakfast spot in Lithia! Such a great new neighborhood spot for breakfast! Came with the family on Christmas Eve and had super quick and friendly service. We got the pumpkin spice pancakes, California omelet, French toast, and French toast combo. Everything was really tasty and had great presentation. I had the California omelet and especially loved the side potatoes it came with. Bottomless coffee is a nice plus!

First let me say the service was amazing! Met a friend for brunch at one of her favorite spots and the meal did not disappoint. The servings were huge, especially for the price. Everything tasted good! The eggs were especially tasty. I would have given 5 stars, but we never got a side that we ordered. Our server did apologize, but it was a little disappointing because she had hyped it up so much. Cute place in a small town. I would definitely go back

Snagged brunch here for the first time-a sweet surprise! The name is actually called Eggtown (not Brunchin'). A new brunch spot that is adorable with a welcoming staff. Service was great! I ordered the chicken salad on toasted raisin bread with the roasted potatoes for my side. The chicken salad was a B+. I do love the concept of serving it on raisin bread. They nail it on the potatoes! My husband ordered a skillet and it was enough for 2 people! A hungry person's meal! Roasted potatoes on the base with bacon, gravy and scrambled eggs on top. Served with a biscuit. Don't hesitate! Make your way to this home away from home and take a mini vacation!

Green Tea, Herbal Tea and others are served in style, making a very nice presentation.

Yea, a new brunch restaurant close to Fishhawk Ranch opened recently, and serves typical brunchery-style items at one of its fast growing group of restaurants in a growing underserved upscale area. This Eggtown restaurant mimics its other Eggtowns throughout Hillsborough County with creative brunch items at reasonable prices. Portions are ample for the hungriest of diners. Those with smaller appetites might consider sharing. Service is friendly and competent.

It's a pretty big cafe with big tables for a group of friends or large families. It seems to be a place for all age groups as I saw kids, teenagers, young adults, and adults. They had "How to Train your Dragon" the live action playing while I was there which is a bonus in my book. They also had some arcade games, board games, and lots of chess boards. Relaxed seating area and everything is a bit mismatched, but that just adds to the vibe. The bathrooms are STUNNING. I've never been to a cafe with a bathroom that fancy whoa. The service was very friendly, gave us recommendations based on the popular items ppl get. I got the velvet amber half decaf and my partner got the cinnamon toast latte. Both were great. They also serve Kava, Teas, mushroom gummies, and additives you can add to your drink. They also offer CBD consultation. Overall, I will be coming back to battle some of my friends in chess and do my study dates there.

Are you feeling like a power bowl, a coffee, a vape, a matcha, Kratom, kava....it's all here! Not only is it here, it is delicious and served up by an awesome team led by a very cool owner. I have always disliked matcha (and I've tried it all over the world...) I mentioned that to the owner and he said "Nooooooo- you've not had it made the right way!" And he gave me an awesome education about matcha. Even shared the one he was making so I could experience it the way God intended....with an "ahhhhh" , a smile, and a chocolate cold foam mustache! Perfection! It didn't taste like dirt, it tasted like a chocolate covered strawberry in liquid form! We intended to pop in for a coffee, stayed for a coffee, a matcha, an education, and the cool vibes put out by the folks here. They actually talk, smile, laugh and joke with their new friends (aka. customers) which is a very nice change from some places you go these days. Thanks so much for the magical mouth magic Moon Mountain...we will be back soon! You have created a Lunartic!

They have a guitar for any artist to play and many drink options like kava tea, loose leaf, coffee, smoothies, beer, sodas and more! The barista/bartender Zoey was super sweet! She answered all my newbie questions and recommendations. I tried their iced latte with coconut and caramel which was DELISH. The coffee was smooth with a strong flavor which I like, but not bitter. I will for sure be back! This is my fav spot now for homework sesh time in the Brandon area.

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more To be frank, finding this amazing coffee shop was not on my to-do list when my aunt and I partook in the Henry's Hidden Trains trail/scavenger hunt made in cooperation with the Robert W. Willaford Railroad Museum which is also located in the heart of Historic Downtown Plant City. The trail/scavenger hunt took us to many popular locations/businesses in the area, but one particularly stood out the most for me, especially since I was hungry and thirsty after walking around and about in the sun of the area. One of the hidden trains is located near one of the particular entrances of an amazing coffee shop that has a mixture of delightfully tacky decor mixed with a steampunk aesthetic, Krazy Kup. And through this "find," I "found" an amazing coffee shop that I am so happy I took the time to step into... or should I say my growling stomach made me step into it. Though an address is provided, Krazy Kup is located just south of the eastern half of McCall Park. If it further helps out, the aforementioned train museum is northeast of this coffee shop. Starting with the parking situation, the north parking directly in front of Krazy Kup is a one-way in, one-way out. Take that into account if you want to park right in front of the coffee shop. There is public parking, especially around the park, that is not too far of a walk to Krazy Kup, too. There is also an entrance in its back (south) with a bust of King Louie and more parking near there, too. Pertaining to the outdoors, there is also a unique "alleyway" right next to the restaurant that serves as their outdoor seating area, or at least a larger area of outdoor seating compared to the two small tables in front of the coffee shop. Inside, the ambiance has a light tackiness that is quite adorable mixed in with some mild steampunk elements. The numerous Christmas lights definitely adds to the ambiance. My aunt and I did not stay too long to really absorb the ambiance, but it was surely beautiful. Actually, we absorbed the air conditioning more as walking in the sun for Henry's Hidden Trains can be taxing. I didn't get much pertaining to food and drink, but what I did get: delicious! First and foremost, my drink order was a seasonal drink, the apple spiced latte. It helped wash down the amazingly large biscotti. I had the chocolate-dipped hazelnut biscotti with my drink. Now I have to return (one day) to enjoy more on Krazy Kup's menu. Definitely want to try some of their wraps and "Krazy" sandwiches, especially the breakfast sandwich. For my initial review, I am going to give Krazy Kup four-out-of-five stars for their review. The visit was quite short, but it made such an impact with the short time I spent there with the little I bought. But with what little they gave and provided, it was mighty enough to earn its way. I will definitely recommend to others to at least come in and enjoy the simple pleasures, coffee and baked goods with the ambiance. And when I return, if Krazy Kup is consistently good, just like last time, I will give them their fifth star for consistency.
